L'hôtel a un charme indéniable et un emplacement formidable. La plage est très belle et bien équipée. Le service est charmant. Charmant est le mot juste pour cet hôtel. Il y a aussi un spa très bien avec hydromassage.

La connexion internet est instable et de basse qualité. Ce peut-être un gros inconvénient

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels und guter Service. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auto wurde in der Nähe parkiert. Kostet einfach noch 30 Euro pro Nacht.

Zimmer ohne Balkon resp. Fenster war etwas erhöht. Schöne Aussicht sah man wenn man vor dem Fenster stand.

The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was ok but did not meet the standard I would expect from a property of this level.

Einmalige Lage, schöner Strand, guter Design-Mix alt/modern, nettes Personal. Die Doppelzimmer mit der grossen Terrasse sind toll.

Frühstück, reiche Auswahl an süssen und währschaften Speisen, aber wenige Auswahl an gesunden Speisen und Obst (keine Beeren trotz Saison, wenige unterschiedliche Yoghurts), immer gleiche Süssigkeiten. Inhalt Smoothies nicht angeschrieben, unhygienisch präsentiert. Lange Wartezeit bei Getränken. Aber sehr gutes, eigenes Brot. Neu werden verlängerte Abreisezeiten mit horrenden Strand- und Parkplatzgebühren verrechnet, in diesem Ausmass nicht akzeptabel!

Un giorno si sono dimenticati il rifacimento della stanza; hanno subito rimediato.

Con tutta la spiaggia libera siamo stati sistemati in terza fila perché, ci hanno detto ma questo non era nemmeno accennato quando ho prenotato, i posti sulla spiaggia dipendevano dal tipo di camera prenotata. Sono stata in alberghi in tutto il mondo e non ho mai trovato una politica simile. Se proprio vuoi adottare regole del genere devi almeno scriverlo al momento della prenotazione. La mia camera non era delle più economiche, il lettino in spiaggia era il peggiore che ci fosse. Mi sono rifiutata di stare in terza fila von tutti i posti davanti a me vuoti (e per quello che ho visto sono rimasti vuoti) e siamo andati in una spiaggia poco più in là in prima fila. Era maggio e non c’era proprio problema di posto. Eravamo andati ad Alassio per goderci il mare senza folla ed ecco il risultato. In un albergo sulla spiaggia direi che il trattamento in spiaggia è una cosa molto importante. Se avessi letto prenotando che alla mia camera era assegnato un posto in terza fila di sicuro avrei cambiato albergo! Bagnino molto scortese. Ce ne siamo andati via.

Location: in town and right on the beach. Good food, friendly staff. Spacious room with amazing sea view.

Room price is quite high. Shower could have been cleaner (the joints of the tiles).

La nouvelle politique commerciale fait facturer 30 € par personne pour l'utilisation des transats l'après-midi du jour du départ, avec un transat en 3ieme ligne alors que la plage début juin était peu remplie. Cela nous a étonné vu le standing de l'hôtel : passage d'un cost killer ?

It's a beautiful hotel in an interesting town. We had a terrace room with the terrace overlooking the beach directly in front of us. The staff was professional and helpful. Our dog was not permitted in the indoor dining area (it was too chilly for the outdoor facilities to open), but the concierge made a reservation for us with an excellent restaurant just a few minutes away. We stayed for just one night but hope to go back again soon and spend more time.

Hôtel très confortable situé en front de mer dans la très jolie ville d’ ALASSIO. Vous profitez de la plage privée et aussi du SPA.

Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’on ne m’autorise pas de remonter une assiette avec quelques fruits quand ma femme souffrante le premier matin n’a pas pu se rendre au petit déjeuner . Il aurait fallu que je fasse appel au room service pour une assiette. Consigne de la nouvelle direction m a t on dit .

Struttura fantastica, curata in ogni dettaglio, torniamo sempre con piacere. Quest'anno la camera vista mare ha aggiunto ulteriore fascino all'esperienza e abbiamo molto apprezzato il pensiero di bentornato che ci hanno fatto trovare. Ottima anche l'esperienza in spa e colazione superlativa.

Rispetto ad altri anni un po' più caotica la colazione, ma lo staff riesce sempre a gestire al meglio la situazione. Peccato la struttura non preveda di fruire della spa dopo le 10 il giorno del check-out: dato il maltempo sarebbe stata opzione molto gradita.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Eigener Strandzugang mit Liegenservice ohne Aufpreis. Freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmer sind klein & renovierungsbedürftig. Der Lack ist wirklich ab. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr dreckig. Flecken an Schränken, vergilbte WC-Brille, Schimmel im Bad. Das Frühstück ist für eil 5 Sterne Hotel ebenfalls mehr als schlecht. Tauben fliehen über das Frühstücksbuffet, Wurst & Käse mit vertrockneten Rändern, kaltes Rührei. Das Hotel profitiert wohl davon, dass es das einzige 5 Sterne Hotel im Ort mit toller Lage ist & ruht sich daher vermutlich aus. Zimmer renovieren, vernünftige saubere Zimmer & ein vernünftiges Frühstück & das Hotel wäre 5 Sterne würdig. So ganz & gar nicht. Parkgebühren werden ebenfalls extra berechnet.

L'emplacement, la vue incroyable depuis notre chambre, le petit déjeuner varié et copieux, le spa (piscine deau de mer intérieure chaufee, hammam, sauna, sauna aux herbes...) compris dans le prix, la bouteille de vin blanc pétillant dans la chambre à notre arrivée

Très compliqué à Alassio de trouver une place de parking. Optez pour le parking de l'hôtel!

Le café du matin met un peu de temps à arriver! Et juste savoir que le parking est facturé à part 30 euros

Real ”Brideshead Revisited” right at the beach front in Alassio. Newly refurbished rooms with a seaview, rekaxing bar at the front terrace, calm and clear beach for long morning swim, nobody else there. Sumptuous breakfast at indoor or terrace restaurant. All staff were friendly and attentive. Valet service for parking. Special recognisions to concierge Alessandro for subttle service and excellent recommendations and reservations.

Hard to put put my finger on anything. Beach showers could be open before 9:00 a.m. Drinks at the bar were far too tempting.

Magnifique Hôtel, plage tout était parfait

La décoration de Noël, la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre, la vue mer, le spa, le petit déjeuner.... bref tout est magnifique !

It has this amazing spirit of a grand hotel of Belle Epoque. At the same time, it’s very modern, very stylish, I’m very happy we’ve discovered this jewel on the Ligurian coast and will certainly come back.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration, l’emplacement , la superbe plage. Le service était très bien.Le personnel était au petit soin. L’ accès au SPA était très bien et facile d’accès, nous avons pu nous détendre et nous reposer, superbe ! Le petit déjeuner était très bien, copieux. Le choix était très variés .

Le bruit de la chambre du dessus, l’ insonorisation, attention ⚠️ pour un 5 étoiles ! Et le samedi soir, le bar discothèque à côté de l’hôtel, la musique à fond jusqu'à 3 heures du matin....... Dommage
