The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Garmisch part of town and is set in a beautiful location. Arriving in early August the air conditioning was welcome and an essential (we had cancelled our previous booking in the same area as the hotel did not have any). Arriving later than expected, we enjoyed dinner in the hotel and the friendly service. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and opened onto the garden area. As it was an overnight stay we did not take full use of the extensive facilities (pool etc). Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and we were able to park our car in the hotel's car park

The breakfast was wonderful. I especially liked we could get coffee and bring to our room to stretch before normal breakfast hours started. Staff was helpful on recommendations for hiking and city bus travel. They also have a great location for local restaurants very close by.

The location is close to the centre and convenient, Free of charge room upgrade for honeymoon. Good parking (bit expensive)

Borderline filthy, sheets were stained had some sort of gum on it. Cleaning staff would pick and choose what they want to clean and change, would see a used glass cup and return it without cleaning, would skip on sweeping floors and counters even with dead bugs on it. Breakfast was ok but the dining area had worn out desks and chairs, staff didn’t seem welcoming wouldn’t greet or try and help out. No concierge or help with luggage and with large bags the trolley barely fits in the aging elevator. Rooms seemed to have been updated but sofa’s seemed to be kept, hallways were like something from the 80s so basically underwent a superficial upgrade Location was great but other than that paying more for a place that doesn’t serve the best

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Beleuchtung in den Bäder ist sehr dürftig.Wir haben bei der HP mehr erwartet bei 4 Sterne.

We only have praise and positive words for Hyperion Alpine Hotel! We had an amazing stay (booked 2 rooms, 4 guests in total, for one week) and our expectations were above and beyond met. First of all, our rooms were next to each other, which is always a nice bonus, and we had a beautiful view on the mountains from the balcony, something straight from a picture book if you think of the Alps and the Bayern region. We loved the facility of having an indoor swimming pool and that guests do not have to bring their own towels as there were plenty of towels available for us to use. Also the bathrobes and bath shoes in the room were great to use. Furthermore, the rooms were modern looking from the inside and very clean and neat. Rooms got cleaned thoroughly during the day unless you indicated at the reception you want to skip a cleaning day, for which you received a coupon for cocktails at the bar. The beds felt good to sleep on, the pillows were pretty soft (a very German thing), but we asked for extra pillows which was no problem at all. Minibar was also stocked everyday (delicious drinks and a little bag of peanuts!) On the second day I noticed that in one of our rooms the airconditioning was not working so well, probably blocked by dust, so we asked at the reception if someone could have a look; the next morning it was already fixed within minutes, we very much appreciated the quick help! We also appreciated the excellent service and friendliness of the hotel staff during our stay, especially at dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was very varied and extensive in choice, and everything was fresh. Garmish-Partenkirchen has a lot to offer in terms of activities and hospitality/restaurants etc, and Hyperion Hotel is situated quite close to the center, everything can be done by foot, but the hotel also offered us bustickets to use. Cars can be parked underneath the hotel. We would love to visit this hotel again in the future and I highly recommend it to others!

Overall, a good value for money. Location is great, just near the historic center, but still quite. We enjoyed sauna, private mini-garden and a nice breakfast.

We expected the pool to be a bit bigger.

In manchen Bereichen merkt man die Beanspruchten Ecken und Kanten, Der Badbereich war für das Zimmer etwas zu klein Die Parkplätze sind sehr umkämpft

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut top. Der Service war super die Zimmer clean und modern im bayerischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Es gab ein Sauna und Poolbereich, den wir gern genutzt haben. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man brauchte. Der Wintergarten des Restaurants war sehr schön, ebenso die Terrasse.

Die Unterkunft war super.

Der Ausblick. Wir konnten direkt auf die Zugspitze schauen. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Die Sonnenliege war defekt, Zu wenig schränke um etwas unterzubringen es gab nur einen kleinen Schrank. Dusche sehr klein

ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד ולא טעימה. חדר אמבטיה ממש קטן. וקצת מרוחק מהתחנה המרכזית (10 דק הליכה).

Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum.

Überschaubares Frühstück, Schimmel im Bad, kaputte Toilette, staubig und dreckiges Zimmer, laute Anlage vor dem Balkon, Schwimmbad-Qualität nicht wie auf den Fotos. Das Schlimmste: Unterwasserlampe lose aus der Verankerung an langen Kabeln im Wasser hängend. Kein Mitarbeiter fühlte sich zuständig, hier etwas zu tun oder Kinder zu warnen.

Établissement très calme, idéalement placé à proximité du centre ville et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare avec une vue fantastique sur les montagnes. Piscine agréable et ouverte de 8h à 23h! Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet établissement.

Das Frühstück war richtig gut und auch das Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und wirklich großzügig viel Platz. Der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen, hier konnte man nach dem Wandern die Muskeln etwas entspannen.

Es gibt hier nichts zu bemängeln.

Excellent location, near the centre on one side and the Zugspitze train station on the other, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Parking garage on site. Clean and spacious room, large comfortable bed, nice space for sitting outside, good shower, AC system, and very good roller blinds so you can completely block the light and sleep in. Very good breakfast, too, with enough choices.

The pillows are flat like pancakes, so bad.. but there were enough of them, so we could put 2 or even 3 together for better support.

The breakfast was lovely and fresh with a good choice everyday. The restaurant area was a lovely space with great views of the gardens, the staff were also very attentive .

I would have liked a few more sun beds round the pool area . Or maybe a room to relax in on a sunbed , maybe with meditation music , essential oil diffusers and soft lighting

Met name het mannelijk personeel in de avond zou een cursus klantvriendelijkheid mogen volgen. De dames die in de ochtend het ontbijtbuffet waren van een ander kaliber en veel klantvriendelijker. Voor onze hond hadden ze wel een eet -en drinkbak op de kamer gezet.

Foram muito gentis e fizeram o upgrade de quarto sem custo, pois estávamos em aniversário de casamento. Quarto muito espaçoso e com vista linda para os Alpes. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã agradável.

Infelizmente na hora da reserva tinham poucas opções de hotéis com ar-condicionado. Filtramos nossa escolha baseado nisso e apesar de configurar o aparelho para esfriar a 18ºC, ele não correspondeu às expectativas. Por este motivo, optamos por dormir de janelas e portas abertas para resfriar o quarto.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Essen war sehr einfach gehalten.

Bequemes Bett bei unserem renovierten Zimmer. Die Minibar wurde kostenlos aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war ok. Schwimmbad war warm und hatte immer so 30°C.

Das Personal des Hotels war aus unserer Sicht nicht besonders dienstleistungorientiert. Was uns besonders geärgert hat, war die Tatsache, dass vor dem Hotel die Straße komplett neu gemacht wurde was mit erheblichen Staub und Vibrationen verbunden war. Dafür kann zwar das Hotel nichts, auch der Umzug in einen anderen Raum hätte den Lärm nicht beseitigt. Der Pflegezustand des Hotels könnte besser sein. Beispielsweise lagen die ganzen fünf Tage unseres Aufenthalts abgeschnittene Äste neben dem Baum. Keiner hat sie weggeräumt. Die Sauna war neu gemacht und gut, ansonsten ein leicht verblichener Charme im Poolbereich. Unser Zimmer war zwar renoviert, aber die Dusche war tatsächlich zu klein und undicht. Es gab wenig Stauraum im Zimmer.

Het is een beetje verouderd, er waren ook niet echt bedjes bij het zwembad. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken!

Lokalizacja idealna jako baza wypadowa na wycieczki bliskie i dalekie.. Dosłownie kilkaset metrów od klimatycznego centrum. Czysty, schludnie, wyśmienite i bardzo różnorodne śniadania. Minibar (codziennie uzupełniany) w cenie noclegu - coś bardzo rzadko spotykanego, ale niezwykle miłego. Można było się poczuć jak w domu. Zawsze dostępny parking to także duży atut. Rodzina zadowolona z pobytu

Można byłoby zadbać o odremontowanie strefy basenu, który najlepsze lata ma już za sobą.

Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück und leckeres Abendessen. Bahnhof und Stadtmitte fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Wasser im Pool gut beheizt. Fahrräder konnten in der Tiefgarage in separatem Raum untergestellt und aufgeladen werden.

Im Speiseraum waren die Stühle tatsächlich ziemlich abgenutzt, aber ansonsten sauber und schön mit Blick auf Garten und Berge.

Śniadanie było znakomite. Półprodukty były bardzo wysokiej jakości. Duży plus za darmowy i uzupełniany codziennie minibar.

Krzesła w restauracji wymagają renowacji. Parking dla gości powinien być w cenie noclegu.

Ein tolles Hotel, in welchem wir nun zum 2.Mal waren. Sehr nettes Personal. Egal ob Rezeption, Restaurant oder die Zimmerdamen! Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl und kommen im Februar wieder.

Vom Balkon des Hotels aus hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und das Bett bequem. Auch die Lage ist prima, da man zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten in die Innenstadt braucht.

Die Service-Leistung des Hotels passt nicht zum Preis. Bevor wir am Hotel angekommen sind, habe ich drum gebeten, ob man uns eine kleine Flasche Prosecco in‘s Zimmer stellen könnte, die ich selbstverständlich bezahlen werde. Es war unser Jahrestag, wie ich geschrieben habe. Diese Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet und auch nicht ausgeführt. In Hotels die 1/3 des Preises gekostet haben, habe ich bei solch einer Anfrage immer meinen Wunsch bekommen. Bei Geburtstagen wurde sogar ohne vorige Erwähnung auf die Geburtsdaten geschaut und ein Gläschen für beide ausgeschenkt (auf‘s Haus). Am Empfang fragten wir die Empfangsdame, was diese im Hotelpreis inkludierten Dinge genau bedeuten (z.B. die Fahrt mit der Eckbauerbahn). Antwort des Personals „eine Fahrt zum Klinikum“ (es ist allerdings was ganz anderes….) Auf weitere Nachfragen bekamen wir nur die gleiche Antwort. Das ist kein Service der diesem Preissegment entspricht. Dann haben wir beim Wechsel der Handtücher keine Bodenmatte bekommen. Sie wurde uns nur genommen… Beim Frühstück waren wir die einzigen Gäste, deren Tisch nicht gedeckt wurde. Als bei uns zum Teil dann das Geschirr abgeräumt wurde, wurde dies zwar vom Personal bemerkt, aber einfach unkommentiert gelassen. Weder wurde dann gedeckt, noch wurde sich entschuldigt. Für einen Preis (inklusive Parken und Kurtaxe) von über 800€ für zwei Nächte erwarte ich einen gehobenen Service. Hotels für 1/3 des Preises schneiden deutlich besser ab.

Op loopafstand van het centrum. Onze kamer was aan de tuinzijde, daardoor geen verkeerslawaai. Heerlijk ontbijt. Kamer was erg schoon.

Er lagen kussens op het bed, maar deze waren zo dun dat ze er net zo goed niet hadden kunnen liggen. Dat was het enige wat ik echt kan aanmerken.

I believe the hotel need to be upgraded the all decoration was old and the breakfast is very poor options, the price of the property is not deserved honestly.

Air conditioning didn't work well. Noise from guests late at night in the central courtyard terrace. Lift from garage only to some rooms in hotel. Lift access to other rooms was a long walk away in reception.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with many varied options, the view can't be beat, the pool was very nice.

Frühstück war hervorragend, Zimmer waren einigermaßen sauber wobei teilweise überreste von anderen gästen übrig geblieben sind . Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt da bei den Hotelpreisen es angebracht wäre. Sehr schöne Lage , gesamt Eindruck gut.

Included Breakfast was very good. All of the staff was exceptionally nice and there was no issues with communication in English. View from the property were stunning.

The beds were not very comfortable as well as the pull-out sofa was not very comfortable for the third adult to sleep on.

The room view was amazing, the breakfast sitting area was cozy and quite. The hotel in general was very quite, you can have relaxed night in the balcony.
