Generally clean, but some reviews indicated room cleaning issues.

The room was very dirty with old candy on the floor, indicating poor housekeeping standards.

Mixed signals: several guests explicitly praise 'saubere Zimmer', but others report very worn rooms and a poorly maintained bathroom ('Bad war m.E. ein Grauen'), so overall cleanliness is acceptable but not excellent.

Well-situated, with good proximity to hiking routes.

The hotel is in a very good location with many opportunities for activities.

Often described positively ('Lage war wunderbar', 'localizaçâo'), though a few guests note it is 'abgelegen' or 'weit weg vom Schuss' which can be a drawback for some visitors; overall location is good for its type (romantic/quiet/remote).

Friendly and helpful staff, but some noted communication issues.

Staff was friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

Generally praised: multiple mentions of 'Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich', 'Sehr freundliches Personal' and thanks to the manager. One serious negative (no assistance during a fire alarm for a wheelchair user) tempers the score but overall service is a clear strength.

Breakfast and dinner were highly praised for quality and variety.

Breakfast was okay, but did not stand out; evening dining options were limited and not well communicated.

Breakfast is frequently praised ('leckeres Frühstück', 'generös'), but main meals receive criticism (mass catering, 'Koch müsste ersetzt werden', 'Hauptmahlzeiten könnten besser sein'). Overall F&B is uneven.

Great spa and wellness facilities, but some amenities closed earlier than expected.

Amenities like the wellness area and children's playroom were below expectations.

Strong amenities mentioned (hotel cinema, Spielzimmer for kids, daily cinema program, dance opportunities, dedicated dog-breakfast area). Some negatives (on-site gastronomy closed during daytime on weekends), but amenities are a notable positive.

Overall good value, but some priced meals were considered high.

Pricing is reasonable, but comes with significant compromises on quality and cleanliness.

Multiple explicit positive mentions of very good price-performance ('Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis', 'Der Preis'); guests frequently feel they get good value.
