- Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, vor allem Maria und Matteo waren super! - Es waren eine kleine Wohnung und nicht nur ein Hotelzimmer - Im 4. Stock konnte man 24/7 gratis warme Getränke haben. Falls man remote arbeitet, ist es ein super Arbeitsplatz mit tolle Aussicht. - Sauberkeit war top. - Sehr bequemes Bett. - Check-in konnte auf Anfrage verlängert werden.

Localização ótima, atendimento ótimo, quartos ótimos, aquecedor ótimo, roupas de cama e banho brancas e limpas.

Café da manhã não é bom. Pouca variedade e produtos velhos (pães velhos e secos), tostadeira sem funcionar adequadamente, danones aguados. Pouca qualidade e opção.

Excelente localização, próximo ao centro, mas reservado. Da para ir à rua principal à pé. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe simpática e prestativa.

Localização excelente, a apenas 2 quadras da avenida principal. Os funcionários são todos muito gentis e educados. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades e num restaurante com uma linda vista da cidade! O quarto era bem amplo, com uma sala com sofá, mesa e mini cozinha com utensílios.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we absolutely love it! The location is excellent, the rooms are warm and comfortable, the beds are very cozy, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options. But the best part is the breathtaking view from the breakfast area! It makes every morning special. We will definitely be back again!

Hermoso hotel, moderno

Recepcionista muito simpática e disponível a ajudar. Café da manhã com vista panorâmica da cidade. Lindo! Café, água e chocolate quente de cortesia todas as tardes. Muito bom!! Quartos bem confortáveis e com copa (microondas, pia, etc). Muito útil!

No check out, disseram que havíamos consumido 3 garrafas de água mineral, mas, havíamos consumido apenas uma. Achei chato o erro…

O hotel é muito bom, as acomodações são ótimos, muito limpas, o café da manhã é muito bom. Tudo muito organizado e pontual. A vista do local do café da manhã é espetacular. O acesso a rua principal da cidade super fácil. Super indico o hotel.

Sinceramente, gostei de tudo, o hotel atendeu as minhas expectativas e necessidades.

A comida é fraca, pedi ovos mexidos e não faziam, muito abusado o pessoal da cozinha!

Hotel bem centralizado, instalações em ótimas condições, chuveiro excelente. Cafe disponível na parte da tarde.

O hotel é bom, próximo ao centro, apesar da subida. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, variado e com alimentos frescos. A vista do local do café é incrível. Além disso, eles dispõe de uma máquina de café e alguns lanchinhos no período da tarde. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. O quarto é muito aconchegante, mas não tem ar condicionado, somente calefação. Por vezes precisávamos abrir a janela para refrescar um pouco. Mas acho que esse é o padrão da maioria dos hotéis nessa região.

O hotel fica localizado em uma região próxima ao centro, cerca de 2 quadras da rua principal, mas em uma região alta com uma subida bem íngreme para chegar. Outro ponto é que escolhemos o quarto sem vista e ele realmente não tinha vista nenhuma, somente para uma escada interna. Mas isso não atrapalhou a hospedagem.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación ya que está en el centro y fácilmente y con mucha seguridad se camina por las calles. El desayuno está abundante y variado. El servicio es excelente!!!

Se puede llegar caminando a la calle principal y al puerto, ofrece un buen desayuno y café libre de 2pm a 11pm, a veces hasta brownies

Algo complicado el subir desde Maipú o San Martín, si tienes problemas físicos

Alles war super. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Ausstattung und war sehr bequem. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war gerade zu perfekt. Nur 5 min bis zur Schoppingstraße und den Gastronomien. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Не сразу поняла, что батареи регулируются вручную. Было очень жарко. И немного тесно в ванной комнате.

Es war sauber.

Es hatte weder eine Terrasse, noch hatte es Blick in den Innenhof, wie beschrieben. Man hatte kein Tageslicht, da sich das Zimmer im Untergeschoss befindet.

Pontos fortes seriam localização boa,vista panorâmica das cordilheiras e café da manhã super farto e variado! Excelente! Secador eficiente no banheiro alem de shampoo e condicionador muito bons! Tem cafe de cortesia a tarde no hotel e no quarto tbm tem a chaleira elétrica! Voltaria com certeza! Parabéns pelo café da manhã! Espetacular!

Único ponto que me incomodou um pouco foi que ouvi barulhos de quarto vizinho,deve ser parede drywall.

It was quiet and a great room and bathroom with excellent shower.

The room was a little too hot so had to open window and lights in main room a little dark . As in basement the view wasn’t good.

First room we've received was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. After making a complain at the front desk, we've been moved to another room that was more acceptable.

staff was pleasant. room was sufficient for needs. breakfast is standard—meats, cheese, pastries, yogurt, granola, etc.

staff ordered taxi, taxi charged DOUBLE the rate and then the return taxi never showed up. disappointing & frustratin experience when you’re in an area with no cell phone signal to make other arrangements.

The views from the breakfast room are outstanding. The breakfast is good. The hotel is warm and cozy and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is very eco friendly.

It’s quite high up from the town up a very steep hill. Fine for us but not suitable if you have mobility problems.

La instalación del restaurant del hotel es muy buena por la visat que ofrece.

La habitaciuón que me fue asignada estaba en la planta -1 del hotel y no tenía abasoliatemente nada de vista. El menú del desaytuno muy básico y demasiado internacional, opciónes mas locales se valora mucho.

Habitación amplia, con cuarto de baño completo y como nuevo, super limpio todo. La cama comodísiiima i un personal excelente. Tiene unas vistas TOP desde la planta superior donde sirven el desayuno/buffet muy completo. Y ofrecen café y pastas, con fuente de agua para rellenar las botellas como cortesia, además de guardar las maletas el tiempo que necesitamos, se puede usar la sala comedor para tomar el tentempié propio y ver salir la Luna llena en el horizonte. Todo un regalazo. Gracias.

Por decir algo yo incluiría alguna leche vegetal i/o sin lactosa y café descafeïnado.

Breakfast with a stunning view overlooking the city and the bay. Splendid breakfast buffet and free coffee - tea - and snacks in the afternoon. Friendly team, good restaurants recommendations.

Jumping wi-fi. On 2 bedrooms 1 had absolutely no view - overlooking a wall. Which was very sad when you come only once in your life to Ushuaïa.

O salão de café da manhã tem uma vista maravilhosa paro o mar. O café da manhã é ótimo, eu diria perfeito. Tem estacionamento gratuito.

It was so hot in the hallway and room that I had to sleep in underwear. And that’s even when I asked the hotel to turn down the central heater and I left the window open 24/7. Bathroom had no counter space and the glass protector did nothing to help with water coming out of tub. The soap and shampoo dispensers don’t work. Elevator was so extremely slow. Mateo’s father who offered his partner to taxi us never showed up for our ride to airport. Far from the town on an upward slop with poor sidewalks.

El trato del personal, la limpieza y la habitación, cómoda y limpia. El desayuno también bastante completo y con buenas vistas de Ushuaia.

Staff were great: couldn’t have been more helpful. Nice to have access to tea and coffee in the afternoon/evening. Room was very clean and bed was great.

The hotel was always hot. Very little fresh air. We turned the heating off totally but room felt airless and too warm. Very disappointed with Booking.com to find that we had been relegated to a basement room. No mention of this information in the booking process: would have paid more if I’d known as I’d booked a long way ahead. Hotel staff tried to change our room but booked out. Despite the lovely staff, glad to get out after 3 nights.

Everything about this hotel in Ushuaia was perfect. The room was large, bed comfortable, spotlessly clean. Design modern and functional. Rooftop space for breakfast or relaxing. Location only two blocks uphill from the Main Street. Staff at desk spoke English and were helpful. Ushuaia is pricy but at the end of the world.

Location- it was just one street away from the Main Street- walking distance to all main attractions in Ushuaia city. Has a storage room for your luggage.
