Le lit d appoint est très deconfortable et sal. Les murs sont trop fin,on entend les enfants pleurer et les adultes crier il n y a pas de vue. On a reçu une chambre vue sur la fenêtre du voisin alors la vitre est masqué par un film blanc. On ne voit pas l exterieur depuis la chambre. C'est très angoissant. Ça ne ressemble pas aux photos!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026הצוות עושה מעל ומעבר, באמת שירות מצוין ברמה גבוהה! האוכל מצוין וטרי ויש מבחר מצוין. יש קפה ותה כל הזמן וגם קולר למלא בקבוקים, מאוד נוח. המיקום מעולה - החוף מעבר לכביש וכמה דק הליכה נמצא רחוב עם מסעדות וסופרים.
המלון עצמו מיושן, החדרים נחמדים אבל ניכר שהכל ישן.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026יחס אישי. על חוף הים. חלק מהחדרים עם נוף לים. צוות מעולה ואכפתי. עובדים מקסימים וחייכנים. מלון משפחתי. חדרים נעימים. כשהגענו המזגן החדר כבר עבד שממש היה נעים להיכנס לחדר. הליכה של 5 דקות לים. מומלץ ביותר.
מעלית אחת שבא גם משתמש הצוות לטובת העבודה אז צריך קצת לחכות אבל לא נורא כל כך

В этом отеле никогда не чистят и не моют! И не только комнаты! Грязь и мусор везде! Маленький лифт на все этажы. Не верьте фотографиям! Мы переночевали 2 ночи - потребовали возврат и переселились в отель напротив. Там все было супер! Непонятно куда смотрят органы которые контролируют отели.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Location- across the street from the beach! 1-2 blocks from all the shopping and restaurants… very convenient. Air conditioning was effective & the room was a cool respite to the oppressive August Israel heat.
So loud & an absolute mess with all the children running around (chips smashed in the halls, wrappers everywhere). This is a hotel that caters to the religious Jewish community & clearly these families are coming to this specific hotel to take a vacation from parenting. Our first room was on the first floor and was surrounded by screaming babies and kids running up and down the hall. Gratefully, the gal at the front desk was able to change our room to the 5th floor where it was much quieter. The breakfast has a broad variety including fresh veggies, spreads, yogurts, eggs, shakshuka…but again, it’s a mess with people & kids swarming. It really is a mess. Hard for staff to keep up.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026פקידת הקבלה מאוד נחמדה ומסבירת פנים בנוסף היה מאוד נחמד שאפשר להישאר עד מוצאי שבת ללא תוספת תשלום שהייתה כניסה קדמית ואחורית שאחרי שהוספנו ילדים לחדר קיבלנו מידת תינוק ממש בזריזות ואפילו הגדיחו ראש והביאו עוד מגבת שהייתה בהחלט נחוצה
ראשית התאכזבנו מאוד מארוחת הבוקר, בדרך כלל בארוחת בוקר ישראלית יש שפע, גם בשבת, ופה לא הרגיש ככה בכלל, לא היו אפילו גחנונים ורסק שזה ממש בסיסי שנית, החדר במלון היה די מיושן, ראו על הקירות את סימני הזמן, הגיע הזמן לשפץ קצת, אגב ראו את זה לא רק בחדר אלא גם במזדרונות ובהרבה חללים משותפים אחרים שלישית, לא הבנתי למה אין סורגים או סגירה יותר רצינית לחלונות! היינו בקומה 4, החלונות היו ממש פתוחים אפילו בלי אפשרות לנעילה, ממש סכנת נפשות אפשר בטעות ליפול משם, במיוחד כשמדובר בילדים, באמת באמת ממליצה לכם לטפל בזה בדחיפות לפני שיקרה אסון
