Entre Cielos Wine & Wellness Hotel

We were únable to stay at the property. The Expedía app listed “Entre Cielos” as “pet friendly” but in fact they did not allow pets; in this case we have a small “service dog” with supporting documentation. They only payment option was “pay in full” which we did. We submitted a claim to the property and they agreed to return our money, but we have been extremely frustrated with Expedía for not returning our money despite 5-6 emails!!

We had a great time at this wine resort and spa. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds very comfortable. The hotel offered free breakfast for quite a lot time in the am which was convenient. We took advantage of morning yoga and walking area around the property. Concierge service before arrival was spotty. Overall, very good stay though!

Outstanding property- 5 stars throughout. The food was excellent, and this was a beautiful launch point for my Mendoza vacation. I stayed in a room inside the vineyard and had a beautiful view every day when I awoke to the Malbec vines. Everything was impeccably maintained, down to each detail, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to even the most discerning of travelers.

A propriedade e hotel são lindos. Vista deslumbrante. Embora a arquitetura seja de concreto ele não é pesado, tem leveza. Grande conforto térmico no quarto. Funcionários muito gentis. Solícitos e prestativos. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Croissant bem crocante. Só acho que deveria melhorar as refeições. Não condiz com o que o hotel oferece. As refeições não são ruins, são bastante razoáveis. Só não estão a altura.

Beautiful and understated luxurious property set in a vineyard. Staff here are all *extremely* friendly and personable. They all went out of their way to help or chat with you; helping to make our trip extra enjoyable -- whether it was helping to hire a car, organizing a winery tour, making an excellent espeesso or helping us with laundry. Again, thank you and beautiful calm space.

Hotel muito gostoso e funcionarios gentis. Ambiente agradavel porem um pouco longe a entrada para ir a pe e a cama poderia ser mais macia. Valeu a pena principalmente por ser um pequeno paraiso numa area bem localizada.

This is hands down one of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed at. The vineyard lofts were so beautiful and romantic to stay in, and the staff were super helpful (especially Micaela the concierge!!). We cannot wait to be back.

best hotel in all of argentina, if you can make it a priority to come here! we came on our honeymoon and will most definitely be coming back. restaurant & spa is also amazing! visiting the spa and grabbing dinner after is a must!

Adult only and amazing staff

The hotel is well located close to many wineries. The view from our room to the Andes was breathtaking. Room and staff were excellent. The curinary experience was out of this world (cheers to the chef). Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. We left Tuesday morning without enjoying our spa day. 2) the bbq experience was poor. Meat was dry and over cooked. Can’t happen in a country globally known for its meats. Again, these are things in my opinion need to improve.

A place in paradise!

Our stay at Entre Cielos was perfect. We had a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and their service was great. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Also close to lots of wineries of highly rated wineries. We would definitely visit again!!

The most amazing experience waking up in the vineyards of Mendoza with a view of the Andes. Picture perfect! The staff were all extremely helpful and polite, going above any expectations to cater for the guests. Enjoyed every minute, didn’t want to leave! Must stay in the “Loft” (cabin) in the vineyard.

Hotel muito bem localizado, staff super atencioso e sempre disposto a ajudar, spa muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e com todas as amenidades. Restaurante não usamos muito, mas era ok. Recomendo fortemente!

Foi a segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel e dessa vez não achei tão bacana como na primeira vez. O valor da diária foi caríssimo (quase US$ 600,00 a diária) para o que eles oferecem. Alguns pontos que eu acho importante ressaltar: 1- Quarto muito bom e amplo, porém os travesseiros são de baixa qualidade. 2- Ar condicionado do quarto estalou a noite inteira e tivemos que desligar. Como o quarto era no térreo nao pudemos abrir a janela. 3- Existe um vão do quarto que dá para um mini jardim interno que não tem persiana ou cortina. Para quem gosta de dormir em um quarto escuro com certeza vai acordar com muita claridade no quarto. 4- Para um hotel com esse valor faz falta uma academia nem que seja pequena. Nao tem lugar bacana para uma corrida no hotel e nem nas redondezas. 5- Café da manhã muito bom. Somente achamos o serviço lento. 6- Cardápio para um lanche a noite com muito poucas opções. 7- A area externa é uma delícia, porém no frio que estava era inviável ficar do lado de fora. Falta um aquecedor nessa área. Em resumo, é um hotel bom mas não vale o que está cobrando.

Highly recommend! We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Mendoza. We stayed in a Villa in the vineyards it was incredible waking up amongst the vines (and an amazing view of the Andes). It was quiet, clean, and the a/c worked great. The breakfast had high quality food and the service was amazing. The hotel team was only one text away and they helped arranged a wine tour and taxi rides for us. Would definitely stay again.

Not enough activity in the hotel

Incrível. Atendimento excelente. Qualidade excelente da comida em geral. Ótima piscina. Próximo do centro da cidade e das vinícolas da região (vale de Uco é mais distante). Experiência no loft (em meio as parreiras) foi sensacional!

There appears to be no onsite management to correct anything. Due to an airline strike we were delayed two days getting to our pre-paid reservation. Guests of other hotels were comped those nights. Entre Cielos said they would comp the last night that had been privately booked...all of this had to be done by them, through reservations. We were told the refund had been made, then they told us they could not do this. Never anyone with any authority onsite to even have a discussion. As part of the room you are provided a complimentary bottle of wine. When we took it to dinner they said there was a $30,000 peso ($25) corkage fee because that was provided by housekeeping not the restaurant, so we passed. Trying to arrange tours or spa visits was difficult and they confused my wife with another guest (totally different name). We tried arranging several offsite wine tours and they never did get it right even with screenshots of our prior conversations. Poor communication. This was supposed to be the highlight of our Argentina trip and turned out to be quite the opposite. Very disappointing

This is a beautiful wine lodge and the lofts are exceptional. It feels lovely to wake and sleep within the vines. The breakfasts are great with a good selection. The dinners were ok but that could have just been the choice we made. Empanadas were great. It may have been nice to have had some evening entertainment. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. They did help quite a lot in organising vineyard tours. My feedback would be that they need to space out these tours at more realistic times as its feels like you're rushing around. You do pay a hefty premium for them to arrange transport and so you might be better off arranging your own taxi/uber for a fraction of the price. If the hotel do charge a premium for arranging transport then it could be that nicer cars are used. They should also make it very clear what is required to be paid in cash and what can be placed on credit card so that you come prepared.

This place is like staying in Heaven! Everything was beyond our expectations!

Great convenient location in Mendoza. Gorgeous property with wonderful rooms. We had a Vineyard Loft for 5 nights and it could not have been better with a great view and patio right in the middle of the vineyard. We had a large two story suite the last night which was also excellent. We had massages and a Hamam treatment in the beautiful, peaceful spa. Wonderful staff and a very nice restaurant as well. Highly recommend.

Heaven on earth! We stayed in one of the cabins in the vineyards, its truly a magical setting to enjoy the wine in.

Entre Cielos is a lovely, contemporary property with lovely rooms that are ready (after 12 years) for some refreshing. The Vineyard Loft rooms are particularly unique and private! A slightly longer walk to reach them, but golf cart service is available. Pool is lovely, hot tub was not working. By far their standout feature is a Turkish Hamam/Spa with outstanding treatments! Food service is limited, but delicious!

Wonderful hotel in a stunning setting. We stayed in a Vineyard Loft and our only criticism is that our twin beds were too narrow for comfort.

The hotel is very beautiful and the spa fantastic but they have a disco club right next to the hotel that played loud music well past midnight both nights and we didn’t sleep much. They also overcharged us saying the exchange rate is low and required by law so we ended up paying almost double for our food and activities We tried to resolve with them but they refused to respond

The property layout and architecture were inviting and serene. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

Beautiful grounds, rooms and wonderful service. Stayed in the Limited Edition Loft and the pictures do not do this justice. Restaurant was great and a very nice pool.

We stayed in Vineyard Loft room words cannot express how wonderful this was. Such peace and a feeling of back to nature nestled amongst the vineyards with the stunning view of the Andes. The loft suites are beautifully designed, very spacious with a lovely outside deck. You just don’t want to leave!!

Lovely setting for a design boutique hotel. Staff all lovely and helpful, food and wine very good And handy location for wine tasting in that area as well as Valle de Uco.

Our stay at Entre Cielos was good. The architectural style is more minimalist with prominent concrete. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a view of the back lawn, and regretted not booking one of the new vineyard lofts with marvelous views of the Andes (even though they looked to be slightly smaller than the room we booked). The pool area was ok but not as aesthetically pleasing as other places we stayed. Overall it seemed like one of the best luxury lodging choices in the area.

Nice grounds with nice view - that’s about it. Pitches itself as a 5 star place but has 2 star service. Messed up our reservation and tried to blame it on Expedia, making up obvious lies in the process. Service extremely slow, took one hour at lunch to just get a water bottle. Started mowing the lawn in the afternoon at prime pool time and woke up everyone in the process. Food quite poor for a region that has so much more to offer. General manager extremely poor, was very arrogant blaming the whole reservation mess up on us, not keeping us informed on next steps and only became a bit more accommodating after we threatened to contact the owners. Do not stay here, there are so much better options in Mendoza. We were forced to leave and only by change found an absoluteöy hidden gem (El Carmelo Mountain Lodge). Expedia service also not up to par helping us deal with the reservation issue, I spent hours on the phone calling some UK number from Argentina, and had to spend endless time in waiting queues or explaining to various Indian call center stuff my whole story every time from scratch without being offered real help, when I asked for them to make an alternative booking, they did not even follow through. Very disappointing overall experience

Hotel needs serious maintenance. Rust all over the shower drain covers, mould and dirt in shower room. Pool was a disgrace. Tiles dirty, debris lying off the pool patio, not good for s hotel charging £350 plus per night. Breakfast fair, service good pending who you got!! Owners and GM have not got their eye on the Hotel at all. Very disappointed ☹️ Richard

This hotel is lovely, although it is expensive to stay here. If you want to just chill by the pool and enjoy lovely food then it is ideal, but be warned that if you want to do anything or go outside of the hotel, they try and take treat you as a walking wallet. The rooms are beautiful and spaces with fantastic rainfall showers, although the wifi is very poor, which for the price you are paying should be sorted out and is a fair expectation to work. It does work well in the dining room, but not well in the rooms (continually disconnects) or by the pool (worst area for it). Ask for a wine tasting on the hotel produced wine (if its by German then it will be excellent). This is so much better than taking a tour they try to sell you for US$100 per person. Majority of staff are super helpful and go out of their way for you, although concierge give you the impression they only want to sign you up for expensive trips. Local taxi is 5x cheaper than the airport shuttle that is offered. Cost us ARG$500 for 40mins journey.

Loves every part of it

Overall, this is a clean, modern hotel. While we have no complaints, there was nothing extraordinary about the hotel other than it was clean and in good condition. Honestly, it was not worth the money.

The facilities, rooms and staff were excellent. The staff is extremely accomodating and will make anything happen for you that is desired.

Amazing stay, close to Lujan de Cuyo vineyards for tours and so peaceful. The area is quiet, but a further restaurant choice up the road 1 min drive was the best meal of our trip. Staff were all fantastic and the spa is heaven.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had the room on end with the hot tub which was just outstanding. The hotel is situated in a vineyard which just makes it feel so romantic and special. The staff were very helpful to plan excursions and the food in the hotel was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the cost of the stay.

Very peaceful. Amazing wine pairing by the sommelier. Excellent filet. And outstanding service - and great humour - from Augusto! Definitely try the 'Autor' Nube Negra Malbec, if they still have it on the menu.

Our stay at Entre Cielos was unlike any other hotel experience we've had. We went for our honeymoon and they did everything they could to make sure we were well taken care of. They made phone calls for us to arrange our other travel plans, they remembered our orders at the fabulous restaurant, and they always called us by our names. The hamam spa was a great experience and reasonably priced. You won't regret staying here - they earn every dollars' worth and then some!

The most outstanding feature was the personnel working there. Best I found in the entire area after staying in 4 different places of equal level. A little difficult to identify at the beginning. Small but with all services. Security is great. Kitchen was excellent.
