Reviewed Jul 2, 2026We loved the quirky style of this hotel! The room size was quite small, but had everything we needed in it. The TV was great - it was huge and made our 3 year old feel like she was at the cinema in bed! The staff were all very friendly, and the lady on reception in the evening helped me get 2 more pillows for our room. We loved the breakfast, especially the 'boil your own eggs' station! The food was delicious and there was lots to choose from. The kid's play area room was a fantastic addition, and we loved that there was a luggage trolley! It was a great stop off on our journey, and very close to a shopping mall and restaurants.
The only thing we can think of is that the TV sound was a bit "tinny" and we had to turn it up louder to be able to hear it.

Cleanliness
8.8/10Generally reported as clean and well-maintained in several reviews ("hotel is clean", "chambre très propre"), though a few comments note ageing bathrooms or issues with bath/shower surfaces.
Service
9.4/10Consistently praised across reviews: attentive, friendly and helpful staff (reception, breakfast team, night staff who rebooked a too-hot room). A few isolated billing/service complaints exist but overall service sentiment is very strong.
Location
9/10Multiple positive mentions of location (well located; "Très bien situé sur l’axe Paris/Toulouse", "Le lieu"). Location is a clear strength in guest comments.
Room Quality
7.6/10Mixed reports: good bedding, soundproofing and tasteful decor in many rooms, but several guests reported noisy or broken air conditioning, small/dated rooms (example: room 217) and issues with bathtub/fixtures.

8/10Amenities noted positively (effective AC when working, quality TV, multiple sockets, welcoming bar). Some gaps reported (no tea/coffee in room, restaurant not fully exploited) and occasional noisy AC.
Value for Money
7.4/10Mixed sentiment: some praise the value ("Très bon rapport qualité prix"), while others find price high for quality (festival pricing complaints, unexpected charges) leading to a below-target score.
Food and Beverage
7.2/10Breakfast opinions vary: many describe breakfasts as abundant and varied, but several guests criticize quality (stale viennoiseries, 'petit déjeuner indigne') and call for improvement.
Overall Experience
8.2/10Overall impression balances many positive stays and returns with a number of notable negative incidents (room issues, breakfast variation, billing). Net sentiment aligns with the target overall rating.
