Reviewed Sep 19, 2025I had to cancel a night due to rental car problems and they gave me a refund despite the late notice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Upgraded to a larger family room because it was one of the few that were non smoking.
There is nowhere to park and few restaurants nearby. I also had to ask for soap.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Otel çok eski, temiz olsa da eski olması kirli görünümü verebiliyor. Otopark niyetine otelin önündeki kaldırımı kullanıyorsunuz. Odamın penceresi yan odanın balkonuna bakıyordu. Yan odadan balkona çıkan biri yürüyüp odamın penceresinin önüne gelip perde aralığından içeri bakabilirdi. Kahvaltı fena değildi, çeşitli denebilir. Lobide iyi niyetli ama biraz fazla rahat konuşan bir hanımefendi vardı. Kendisinin iyi niyetli olduğunu düşündüğüm için dediklerine takılmadım ancak benimle konuşma tarzının müşteri-otel ilişkisine uyduğunu da söyleyemem

La pulizia é migliorabile e anche la manutenzione. La struttura risulta datata, il minifrigo non funziona, le lenzuola presentano buchi, la doccia é piena di calcare. Va bene se avete un buono spirito di adattamento

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025L'unica cosa positiva è che dopo ls prima notte e i nostri reclami ci abbiano spostato in un altro hotel a pari tariffa (Anil hotel). Il personale è stato molto comprensivo e disponibile. La valutazione però è relativa all'hotel in oggetto e non può essere che negativa. Errore anche nostro nell'aver sottovalutato alcune recensioni ed esserci fidati di un 7.5 che però dovrebbe garantire almeno alcune funzioni base.
La struttura è fatiscente e necessiterebbe di una pesante ristrutturazione. Odore di fumo ovunque che impregna camere e corridoi. Ne sono intrise le tende, i cuscini, i materassi, le moquette. Ti addormenti non fumatore e ti svegli con una forte dipendenza da nicotina. Camere senza nemmeno un minimo di manutenzione. Lampadine mancanti, mobilio vecchio e deteriorato,, vecchissime docce idromassaggio ormai ridotte ad un solo soffione senza nemmeno la possibilità di appenderlo. La sensazione è di trovarsi in una camera non pulita. La posizione non è poi nemmeno male essendo a 2 passi dal centro, ma essendo affacciata ad una strada principale risulta un po' rumorosa. La piscina sul tetto, se anche fosse stata piena sarebbe stata una desolazione. Se vi servisse per una sola notte e tolleraste bene gli odori molesti potreste anche farcela.

L'hotel probabilmente ha visto tempi migliori. Le camere puzzano di fumo probabilmente impregnato nella tappezzeria dei letti e nelle tende, la doccia non è pulita, le lenzuola sono pulite ma strappate. Costa troppo per quel che offre.

La habitación pequeña y muy calurosa para 4 personas, el aire tardó mucho en enfriar la habitación y la ducha se salía y el suelo del baño estaba mojado al llegar y chorreando después de ducharnos dos de los cuatro. La cama doble muy incómoda, también las almohadas.
