Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Tudo. O espaço, a envolvente, o convento em si, o ambiente, as pessoas são simpáticas e atenciosas e nada intrusivas. Adorámos e os miúdos também. A envolvente com burrinhos e pequenas rãs a esconderem-se nas pedras da piscina fizeram as delícias dos miúdos. O pequeno almoço era muito bom. Voltaremos certamente!
Nada. Deixo somente uma única sugestao, como por exemplo disponibilizar um jarro de aquecer água, mesmo que na area comum, por vezes útil, para aquecer algo para as criancas.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Boa preservação do Convento, mas com a modernidade suficiente para uma estadia com conforto. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário Óscar Pinto, que tornou a estadia mais agradável. Excelente alojamento para uma estadia calma com piscina.
O estacionamento em pedra brita, assim como não haver elevador ou rampa no edificio, dificultou a deslocação com carrinho de bebé.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026a localização e toda a estrutura arquitetonica privilegia o descanso, o repouso e vários momentos de silencio. Os quartos eram espaçosos, ficamos no quarto Castelo de Vide e é realmente um espaço para toda a família.
O pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade de pão e de doces. Mas tinha muito mais do que o essencial.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Adorei os funcionários súper prestáveis e simpáticos. Fizeram-nos sentir em casa e muito bem-vindos. O local do convento é estupendo de uma calma notável excelente para carregar as energias. A arquitetura e toda a decoração do interior e magnífica sentimo-nos como se tivéssemos de volta ao século 18.

In de badkamer hangt een douche gordijn. Een glazen scherm zou ík fijn vinden.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Sehr gastfreundlich, tolle Betten, leckeres, teilweise selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Man kann auch Tischtennis oder Kicker spielen könne. Da drumherum nicht viel ist, werden dort auch Getränke verkauft. Auf dem Gelände ist ein 2000 Jahre alter Olivenbaum und viele wunderschöne Vögel.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Convento da Provença is prachtig gelegen, iets ten Noorden van Portalegre, en is ook zeer geschikt voor het bezoeken van Marvao en Castelo de Vide. Wij hadden een grote kamer met aparte badkamer, alles schoon en ruim. Het hotel is ingericht met antieke meubels en beschikt over een ruime zitkamer/bibliotheek. Het ruime zwembad biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Van het voormalige klooster zijn nog elementen bewaard gebleven. Het ontbijt was prima en de ontvangst door de Duitse eigenaren en Oscar was allerhartelijkst. Wij aten 's avonds uitstekend in Cantinho do Pescador in het nabijgelegen Ribeira de Nisa.
