Проживали 15 ночей в данном отеле .Заселение прошло отлично ,была возможность выбора номера .Встретили в аэропорту за отдельную плату .Номер чистый ,пусть и маленький .Уборка была каждый день ,туалетные принадлежности пополнялись постоянно .Питание : завтрак был шведский стол всё на хорошем уровне ( кофе ,чай,колбаса ,булочки , много зелени ,) .;на ужин сходили один раз вроде тоже ничего стоимость 9 евро ,но решили вечерами питаться на улице .Конечно дороже ,но зато каждый день новое место и разные блюда .Месторасположение отеля : тихое место ,спалось очень хорошо ; до пляжа возил автобус 2 евро за поездку туда и обратно ,но зато на пляже не нужно платить за жезлонги и зонтики .автобус ходил 4 раза туда и 2 раза обратно ; отель находится в центре все локации рядом и супермаркеты и местный Бродвей .В отеле имеется бассейн очень чистый ,хлорки мало и достаточно большой .Глубина небольшая .Персонал очень отзывчивый ,решал все возникающие неудобства .Рекомендую к проживанию .

The positives: The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, and the sea is only about 8 minutes away on foot. The swimming pool is quite nice. Breakfasts are modest but sufficient, so you definitely will not go hungry. Unfortunately, these positives do not compensate for the poor service and condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel! Unfortunately, this hotel left a very negative impression. The cleaning is poor, the room looks neglected, and towels are not changed regularly. They also do not dry properly on the balcony, making it difficult to get fresh towels. The plumbing is terrible. Everything is very old, covered in limescale and clearly needs renovation. The toilet cistern was leaking constantly. Wi-Fi is not free, which is disappointing for a modern hotel. The hotel beach costs €2, but the sun loungers are broken and poorly maintained. A beer costs around €8. The shuttle bus to the beach is also in poor condition, with damaged and broken seats. The reception staff are particularly disappointing. They are unfriendly, cold and show very little interest in helping guests or solving problems. You often feel more like a nuisance than a paying customer. The constant complaints from other guests are understandable considering the overall service.

A quiet and safe hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. It’s a great choice for those who appreciate peace and quiet. The massage therapist was outstanding—the massage was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was good, but it could have been more varied.

Уютный, компактный отель. Пастельное белье, полотенца чистые, свежие. Матрас и подушки удобные. Классный бассейн. Достаточно лежаков. Есть завтраки, ещё можно и ужин взять. Близко к общественному пляжу Кемер. При желании трансфер возит на другой пляж. При заселении подняли уровень комнаты без доплат. Это было приятно.

Отель под уставший, как впрочем и большинство отелей в центре Кемера. Если нужен отель, где все рядом, то место идеальное. Все в пешей доступности, до пляжа идти не долго. Так же в отеле есть бассейн освежиться. В целом отель отличный за эти деньги.

За неделю полотенца поменяли один раз, этого недостаточно. Остальное не меняли вообще.

Отдыхала в этом уютном отеле в Кемере и осталась очень довольна! Здание отеля яркого желто-оранжевого цвета, так что заблудиться просто невозможно. Месторасположение идеальное: пляж в семи минутах ходьбы, а до всех кафе, ресторанов и магазинов можно дойти буквально за две-три минуты. ​Отдельно хочу отметить идеальную чистоту в отеле, за которой следят всего две прекрасные женщины-уборщицы — они работают на совесть. ​Отпуск начинается с момента приезда благодаря менеджеру Аязу. Он настоящий персональный помощник, который решит любой вопрос — от мелких бытовых деталей до помощи в организации досуга. Также хочу отметить менеджера Алихана, который курирует кухню и персонал. Он производит впечатление очень серьезного человека, но у него доброе сердце, и он отлично справляется со своей работой. ​Кухня замечательная, повар невероятно приятный, а завтраки и ужины — выше всяких похвал. ​Отдельного внимания заслуживает спа-центр. This is a very cute 3 star hotel. The location is excellent being just a block behind the main strip where there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beach is in the other direction (less than 10 minutes stroll - beautiful beach but stoney so bring swim shoes) Staff were friendly and the food was better than expected. Rooms are serviced every second day. The pool was very nice and always quiet with plenty of chairs. Our balcony overlooked the pool and was perfect. If you're looking for 4 star luxury, this hotel is not for you. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay and chill out in an excellent location, book today.

Один из лучших отелей 3* в Кемере! Если по соотношению цене/качество, так точно лучший! Большой бассейн, прокат велосипедов, хорошие завтраки - шведский стол. Буквально в 50 м центральная пешеходная улица Кемера. Все прошло замечательно! Осенью обязательно приедем снова!

Put us in a nice nearby room after I arrived with an injured back - much appreciated. Kept big bags for us too while we did side trips. Really great breakfast (included) and optional dinner which was good value and really fresh and healthy.

Хорошее расположение отеля, 5 минут от автобусной остановки. Номер в центре, все близко, но при этом совсем не шумно. Отличные завтраки. Были и сосиски и картошка и овощи и фрукты. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Также, кто снимает эконом-номера - имейте ввиду, что они в цоколе. (Это не претензия, администратор сразу нас предупредил и предложил номер на другом этаже ща доплату, но мы остались в цоколе)

Очень тусклые лампочки в номерах, почти ничего не видно. Слабый напор горячей воды (по факту даже не горячей, а теплой). Номер нуждается в ремонте. На цокольных этажах сложно просушить одежду после купания, ничего не сохнет.

Мы останавливались здесь на двое суток. В целом, нам понравилось проживание. Отель достаточно большой, мы бронировали стандартный номер, но сотрудник без доплаты предложил нам поселиться в более просторном номере на последнем этаже. номер хороший, очень просторный, состоящий как бы из двух комнат, в каждой из которой есть спальные места. В номере большие окна в пол, одна из них - дверь купе, ведущая на большой балкон, там было 3 стула, столик и настенная сушилка для белья. Нам достался номер 401 с видом на бассейн, с торца балкона виднеются горы. В отеле был включен пансион по типу шведского стола. Питание нам понравилось - есть выбор, все вкусно. На ужин можно было взять рыбу, куриное филе в панировке, был вкусный суп, нарезано очень много зелени - шпинат руккола укроп кинза, несколько видов салатов. Завтрак тоже очень понравился - вкусно приготовленная яичница, мюсли с молоком, два вида колбасы, несколько видов сыра, много овощей. Для отеля до 50 евро в сутки - шикарное питание. Зона приема пищи просторная, с панорамным остеклением, нам было приятно проводить там время. Утром играет приятная расслабляющая музыка, вечером тихо спокойно. отель расположен недалеко от пешеходной улицы, до пляжа 700 метров. . В отеле уборка была каждый день. Мы себя комфортно чувствовали находясь там. В номере было 2 фена, небольшой холодильник, чайника не было, но на первом этаже стоял кулер с горячей и холодной водой.

Из минусов - иногда пахло канализацией, немного уставшая душевая, неудобное расположение розеток, и платный вайфай(2 доллара в день)

Все сподобалося, мінусів не знайшов. Якщо реально розуміти яку ціну ти платиш і що отримуєш, то, як на мене, це один з кращих варіантів. Особливо хочу відмітити персонал, який допомогає в усіх питаннях.

Otel temiz havuzun günlük bakımları yapılmakta , kahvaltı yeterli düzeyde ve taze .lokasyon çok iyi , denize ve merkeze çok çok yakın. Araç park alanı için hiç sorun yaşamadık. öncelikle resepsiyon personelleri ve diğer çalışanlara teşekkür eder, bir dahaki kemer seyahatinde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel .

The property was clean and well kept. The property had 24 hour reception. The location of property was excellent. The staff at property were very professional and provided useful information. The chefs were excellent providing very good fresh home cooked breakfast and evening meal.

Direct communication with Hotel. Please provide phone numbers and email direct with hotel. Communication via booking.com causes a delay in getting an answer from hotel. This caused a problem with booking a taxi.

It's a great hotel in terms of price-to-quality ratio. You'll get a decent breakfast, swimming pool, table tennis, hammam, and sauna (just don't forget to check the schedule).

It was overpriced, lacking basic amenities like shampoo, no hair conditioner, and the sheets were uncomfortable and cheap. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, with subpar service and poor attention to detail throughout.

Excellent location, quiet, clean pool, good evening meals, helpful manager, nearby shopping and restaurants. Not a new hotel, but fairly well maintained. The hotel hamam was nice. They had free shuttle to private beach or 15 minute walk to public beach. Will stay at this hotel again on any return trip to Kemer.

First night was in room that had a poor view, but manager moved us to a nice pool view room before 2nd night. Breakfast was only so-so.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better ensured. There were not always cups for coffee or tea in the dining area, which would be enough for everyone having breakfast or dinner. The hotel staff does not try to promptly solve the problems that have arisen, for example, calling an electrician because of a hair dryer that does not work in the room.

The rooms are with balkonies, nice rooms. The location is very near the city centre and few steps from main shopping street. Staff is helping. The breakfast was good.

The beach is 800 metres distant. The diner was poor, no variety of dishes. But, taking into account the price, it's a good value for money.

I standed here for waiting my friends. But the breakfast was good. It was consist of: eggs, vegetables, flakes, meat, tea, coffee and juices (apple, strawberry and orange). I know, that the hotel is near the beach: 1km. But i hadn't opportunity for score the distance. In my flat was conditioner Mitsubishi (it maked my night comfortable). Also, on the check-in point was conversion place. You can convert dollars, euro to lires.

Maybe my flat was old.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of restaurants and is up to a 10-minute walk to the seaside. Breakfasts are tasty and fresh, and the hotel also provides excellent and varied dinners, including meat and fruits every day. As I stayed in July, I enjoyed Turkish watermelon. The staff speaks English, Russian, and likely other languages, although I didn't check. I communicated mainly with the hotel manager, Ayaz, who made me feel very welcome. This is my second stay at this hotel, primarily because of the spa located in the same building, allowing me to escape the daytime heat. I enjoyed affordable hammam and massage services every day. At the seaside, there are public beaches with free entrance and paid ones. I enjoyed the public beaches. The sea is great, with equipped entry points for those who prefer not to walk on stones. About the hotel: My room was on the same floor as the reception and had a great pool view. It had clean white linens (no stains and not torn), good quality bathroom equipment, and a bed with a comfortable mattress. The air conditioner was quiet. The fridge was larger than what I usually find in hotel rooms, which was enough to store beverages and snacks for a week or so. I purchased these items at Migros and Carrefour, which are a 3-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Location was almost in the city center , way to the sea is 7 minutes.

Budget hotel with basic facilities. Rooms clean but dated. Bed linen and towels a bit threadbare. Good pool on site. Hotel is in a very central location near to both town centre bars/ shops, and the beach and marina. Continental style breakfast was OK. Evening meal was a bit hit and miss. The majority of guests are Eastern European so menu is geared up to their tastes I guess. No lifts to upper floors. Staff generally helpful. Limited English spoken.

Great location. Just in the center of Kemer, surrounded with shops and restaurants. 3 min walk to Carrefour, 5 min walk to the public beach. The private beach is about 5 min riding by a shuttle bus. The place is quest, the food is decent. The stuff is nice and helpful. Overall, great value for money!

The TV is only showing Turkish channels. Would be good to have a kettle in the room.

The location is very good. It takes only 7-10 minutes walk to the beach and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars. It was quiet at night. The AC is cool.

The room was not very clean. You can see dust, hair, and bugs on the floor. Facilities are old, traces of ages are visible. The bathroom sent funny smells from time to time.

Excellent location near pedestrian street with lots of shops and cafes. Economic room was small but clean and correct. Bed comfortable. Very nice and clean pool. Not far to walk to the beach.

Refrigerator in room was not cold. Hotel did not replace it upon request. However manager let me store some food in hotel lobby refrigerator. Internet costs an additional $2/day.

Swimming pool and location are very nice ! Personal is friendly with a variable English skills. It miss a bar or an area to sit and have a drink. The walking street is just on the corner and you can have a beer on your balcony anyway :) good stay :).

Basic hotel but very good, much nicer to be in a small cosy hotel like Wassermann than a big luxury hotel without soul. Freindly staff, other guests good company and very good location close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to beach and Marina. Quiet, Great value for money. Bonus you also could have hamom and massage at the hotel.

After check-out, at 6am, I had a problem with my roaming and internet, and asked the reception to share the internet for 1 minute to check my roaming. He said, that I should buy internet.

Amazing staff! Ayaz at the front desk was super helpful and helped make our stay in Kemer great. Sallie gave us both a wonderful scrub and massage in the on-site hamam. Good location steps from main shopping plaza and restaurant. 10 minutes walk to beach. Older hotel but great value for money! Def recommend!

The pools is very nice and private. The staff are dedicated and always professional. Overall best Price Quality hotel. If you are on a limited budget, this is the place to stay. We stayed at Wasserman twice and each time the staff were amazing, professional, curtiuous, kind, invisible and clean. The food quality is truly excellent without excessive spices, clean, fresh, tasty. We recommend this hotel to couples who like a quite holiday with very good price to quality ratio.

This hotel is a really basic hotel. The standard does not suit Scandinavian standard. The "wifi" in the lobby was almost not usable. The breakfast really simple. Pool area was ok but that's it. We got talked to because there was some makeup leftover at our towels! And we rented 4 towels to the beach for 35 Euro for a week without being able to get new without pay new 35 Euro. Only one staff speaks English. But the hotel was very clean and in a good location. And we liked the free ride to the very nice Qualista beach. I would more classify it as a hostel rather than hotel.
