Oda görseldeki gibiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve kibardı konaklaması gerçekten çok keyifliydi tam bir fiyat performans deneyimiydi

Nişanlımla iş seyehatimiz için konakladık, odalar temiz sıcak, odanın renkleri de tam Ankarada oldugunuzu hissettiriyor karanlık bi oda ama hoş bence. Balkon kirliydi camlar kirliydi balkonun camını kapısını açmayı denemedik bile. Yastıkları biraz rahatsızdı cok inceydi boyun ağrıttı biraz onun dışında duşu ve lavabosundan anında sıcak su akıyor o da çok güzel. Peteğin birinin yarısı soğuktu havası alınsa daha da sıcak olur oda ama bu haliyle bile çok sıcaktı bu soğukta iyi bir şey. Odalara 2 den önce almıyorlar gibi 9-10 saat yol gelince odaya girmek istiyor insan ama bekletiliyorsunuz bikaç saat. Konum olarak da çok güzel ve nezih biyerde her yere yürüme mesafesi ankara gezisi yapacaklara tavsiye ederim. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Her sey gayet iyiydi, temizlik gayet iyi ve odalar buyuk. Sadece kahvaltida cesit sayısı arttırılmalı.

Otelin konumu muhteşem. Açık ve kapalı otopark mevcut. Büyük ve temiz odalar. (Bazı mobilyaların yenilenmesinde fayda var.) Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Çekinmeden deneyebilirsiniz çok memnun kaldık.

Girişimde yardımcı olundu, sorunsuz geçti. Odanın genişliği ve konforu çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı kalitesi de aynı şekilde güzeldi. Konumu çok merkezi ve her yere oldukça yakındı.

Oda bakimsizdi, fotoğraflarla alakası yoktu, kanepeler çok eskiydi ve haklıda çok fazla leke vardı, banyo temiz görünmüyordu ve yastıklar yetersiz ve rahatsızdı. Memnun kalmadığımız için erken ayrıldık, ancak kalmadığımız gecenin iadesi otel tarafından sağlanmadı. Asla önermiyorum

oldukça büyük bir oda da konaklama imkanı sunuldu.

Delüxodada 1 gece kaldık. Dolaptaki herşey ücretli bir bardak su bile ikram edilmedi. Bu fiyattan daha ucuza daha kaliteli yerlerde konaklamışlığım var bu yüzden pek tavsiye edeceğim bir yer değildi.

隙間風の音がうるさい部屋がある。また、シャワーと蛇口の切り替えが容易でないことがある。それ以外は完璧。

Her şey çok temizdi, çok iyi düşünülmüş iyi hazırlanmıştı. Eşyalar kaliteliydi ambiyans güzeldi, banyolar efsaneydi. Personel güler yüzlğ anlayışlı ve yardımseverdi gerçekten çok beğendim ve memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim.

Partnerimle 1 gece kaldık. Odamız çok güzeldi. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok kibardı.

Fiyat performans konumu guzel ama en guzeli de calisanlarin samimiyeti ve ilgisiydi

Odanın büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Otel eski olduğu için halılar ve banyo küveti yenileme gerektiriyor. Yataklar rahattı ve temizdi. Camların açılabilmesi bir artı idi bizim açımızdan. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

What a wonderful resort! What a wonderful experience! We stayed at Q Premium resort during our trip to Turkey. It is a first class resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is beautiful, has a refreshing modern architecture with clean lines covered with beautiful chandeliers overlooking at marble floors. The sea and the two Olympic pools provided a great swimming experience. The hotel had great food with delicious tapas, salads, main courses, deserts, we had a delightful and tasty culinary experience. The entertainment programs outside were very engaging and promoted a friendly atmosphere, allowing every one from different parts of the world connect to each other and have fun. The inside of the hotel however was very clean, quiet, calm and soothing. Sound isolations were amazing between these very different environments. We had calm, restful sleeps after activity full and fun days. Our day trip to Side an ancient city, was arranged with the help of the kind experts at the guest relations. We enjoyed every moment of this most pleasant stay and promised each other to come back.

Ankarada merkezi bir konumda kaldığım en güzel otel burasiydi. Temizliği olsun odalarin genişligi olsun. Yatağın ve mobilyalarin temizligi olsun çok memnun kaldik. Banyo kısmı da ayrica güzel. Bir dahaki sefere tercih edeceğim bir otel kesinlikle.

Güleryüzlü çalışanlar ve merkezi lokasyon. Tek problem odanin sıcaklığı.Klima oldukça eski ve odayı kesinlikle soğutmuyor.

I have stayed 3 times last two times was ok this time l was shocked they don’t even clean my room they don’t even change towels also shower licking who working at reception night shift always asking me room number when I enter to hotel l don’t think I will stay there again

Öncelikle güler yüzlü güzel bir karşılama ile karşılaştık, 1 saat kadar erken giriş rica etmistik eşyalarımızı yerlestirmek için sağolsunlar kırmadılar. Oda ve yatak normal bir otel odasına göre baya büyük bu konuda hakkını vermek lazım. Banyo temizliği ve genel temizlik iyidi ancak yerin halıfreks olusu hem görüntü itibariyle hem de temizlik anlamında biraz rahatsız edici.Yastıklar tırt :) . Bunun haricinde gayet güzel bir konaklama yaşadık tüm personel arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz.

Yan odadan ses yalıtımı halledilse çok daha iyi olacaktır,geri kalan özellikleri güzeldi

Kötü tek bir şey söyleyemem sanırım. Çalışanların sıcakkanlılığı, odaların hijyeni, lobinin dekorasyonu, açık büfe kahvaltının zenginliği, otelin dış mimarisi dahil her ince detayı ayrı ayrı takdir ederek ayrıldık. "Ankara'da nerde kaldınız" sorularına verdiğimiz cevapları uzatan bir deneyimdi, herkese ayrı ayrı ballandıra ballandıra anlattık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Çok merkezi konumda, 3 kişi için çok rahat geniş bir odada kaldık. Yataklar gayet rahat ve temizdi. Odadaki halılar ve oteldeki ortak tuvaletler daha temiz olabilir.

I barely complain about a place I accept what i paid for but at this property i am shocked to the fact that the room has a cigarette smell it is very bad I couldn’t sleep and my room is supposed to be non smoking room

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Located centrally, within walking distance from shopping and dining. The property is a little dated but neat, clean and orderly. Breakfast option is convenient, but lots of other options with variety are available in the area.

Room as you see in pictures, however our room carpet could use some detail cleaning. Stayed 2 nights, no house cleaning, but got new towels when asked. Toilet self wash leakes inside the bowel. Needs some attention. Overall our stay was pleasant for the reasonable price.

The floor of the room wasn’t clean but the bathroom was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable! Breakfast is definitely not worth it.

Staff was great, management was amazing.

We stayed here as a family. The website said up to 6 kids stay for free. We were charged for our 3 kids (ages 8, 6 and 3). There were remnant hairs and even a pine cone found on the floor of our room from the previous person. We were hoping for a family friendly hotel to stay in and left disappointed.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, receptionisrs were helpful and especially Neushad very cooperative, smiling very nice gentlman.I recommend this hotel

Bad experience!!! Stuff was so rude! No one will carry your bags in and out! No smile! No light in the lobby! I got back at 11pm and receptionist was sleeping! No wifi in the rooms only in the lobby when i asked the receptionist he tried to fix it but couldn't! Breakfast was worse one in Turkey and they don't have restaurant for any other order. Don't surprise when there is an issue the manager will be loud and disrespectful abd will tell you different things at the sametime. Only a good thing was the rooms for the price. Good, clean and comfortable bed. Overall verbad service!

Buyuk oda, guzel fiyat. Karsida market, 5 dk. yurume mesafesinde avm. -5 derecede bile her sey elimin altindaydi. Odadan cok, bir apartman dairesi havasi vardi. Cok memnun kaldim, tesekkurler. Large room, good price. Market across the street, mall within 5 mins. of walking distance. Even at -5 degrees (C), everything was within easy reach. The room had a cozy apartment vibe more than just a room. I was very satisfied, thank you.

Kind staff, cozy, quiet, great breakfast, good internet, happy with my stay and definitely recommend. Also love the funky sinks.The shower could be improved with some lighting and a better shower head stand for a proper shower. Otherwise all good

Hotel wad ok, I didn’t like how management refused having visitors over for longer than half an hour... aside from that, it was ok on the whole

There is enclosed parking area for hotel. Easy access if you are with a car. Staff very polite and helping. Bathroom clean and items and accessories new and working. But bathroom was tight and not very comfortable. But still shower was good. Price a little bit overrated, I think. But still this hotel can be considered as an option as it will provide good sleep and silent neighborhood.

It is a very nice quiet hotel. The services are great and the hotel personnel are excellent. They need to work on the breakfast a bit and the internet speed. The rest is excellent.
