Huoneessa olisi saanut olla jokin muukin valaisin kuin kattolamppu esim. lamppu yöpöydällä.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Hotellrommet var helt ok. Det virket rent og greit, men var litt umoderne. Dårlig ventilasjon på rommet, men det hadde ihvertfall en gulv-vifte som reddet det på et vis. Rommet vendte ut mot gaten, og det var mye støy fra forbipasserende. På grunn av dårlig ventilasjon måtte vi ha vinduet oppe hele natten, noe som gjorde at vi ikke kunne stenge ute støyen. Frokosten var av det mer enkle slaget, med helt basic utvalg. Det manglet laktosefri melk, noe vår datter savnet.

Reviewed May 10, 2025Et helhetlig fint opphold. Hotellet tilbød mye forskjellig. Servicen var kjempebra og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige. Det var veldig fint med gratis parkering! Til frokosten manglet det påfyll av juice, pålegg og varmmat, men maten var god. Rommet vi fikk var stort og fint. Badet var helt ok. Det var ikke noe vifte på badet, så ble fort fuktig der inne ved dusjing.

Reviewed May 6, 2025The central location, plus my late wife and I stayed there when we came to Moss for our son’s wedding about 15 years ago. I liked the ambience of the hotel, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is wonderful.
Only one minor issue - there was no plug in my sink.

Minus; Lav bemannet resepsjon, måtte bare legge igjen romkortet siden ingen kom ved utsjekk til tross for at en ringte mange ganger på bjella! Stod en på kjøkkenet som garantert måtte ha hørt den hele tiden…. Flere i kø som prøvde å bjelle siden de så jeg hadde veldig dårlig tid, men… Ellers greit rom - enkel frokost.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2024Pleasant surprise, I had been to Moss before and walked past a few times without giving it a second thought. However, having stayed it is a nice hotel, the room was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast options were surprisingly large and varied. A free hot drink when ever you wanted downstairs, the taxi ordering facility either for now or later. The free use of umbrella`s which was very useful on one occasion. All round a genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff, would happily stay again.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2024I have been a few times to Moss and passed this hotel and not considered booking but now I wonder why. It is a very nice hotel the room was extremely spacious and clean but there are only stairs to reach the rooms no lift. The breakfast options and variety were far greater than I was expecting. Free hot drinks outside breakfast hours from reception and a taxi ordering service for now or later. A genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024Nødopphold da bilen trengte reperasjon. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig. Rommet var bra og beliggenheten var bra. Har man tenkt å sove lengre enn 8.00, så hører man kirkeklokker hver time. Litt tidlig frokost fra 6-9, men selve frokosten var veldig god.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024This is the second year running that we have stayed here and were able to get the same room which was very convenient as it has a fridge and a lovely view, very useful on a long stay of 11 days. At our suggestion a coat hook had been added and it shows that they do listen to the customers suggestions and recommendations. You can refer to our previous review of last year for more details but overall a very pleasant stay and the staff made you feel at home.

Next door neighbor to a beautiful church, a park, playground and a calm area used as an Ice skating rink in the winter months. Clean common areas, with several cozy sitting groups with big leather chairs and candle light.
There is no elevator, and the stairs are built in a slightly vertigo inducing way. But a sturdy handle makes it easy to navigate

Her er man avhengig av å få i oppusset del for at det skal være greit. Veldig hyggelig personale. God frokost
