La ubicacion, a 15 minutos caminando del famoso paseo de rascacielos The Bund. La cama muy comoda.

El trato recibido por una empleada de recepción que aparte de no ser educada, se limitó, unicamente a cobrar la habitación, cero informacion, ni tan solo nos indicó el horario del desayuno, fue muy descortes.

Хорошее расположение отеля, до всех достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком. На этом плюсы и заканчиваются!

Ужасные однообразные завтраки. Каждый день одно и то же, на третий день уже есть это просто невозможно. Уборка в номерах это одно название просто, полы моют как попало, как валялись волосы в ванной с первого дня, так и валялись до последнего! В душевой кабине плесень! Стекло в ней же в разводах, которое тоже не вытиралось ни разу! На полу тоже какие-то разводы. Постельное белье после замены постоянно влажное, в номере влажно. Просыпаешься утром мокрым! За окном идут строительные работы, слышимость большая. Помимо этого слышимость в номере с коридора еще сильнее, уборщицы в 6.30 утра начинают гонять свои тележки и орать на весь коридор «нихао». Сначала заселили в номер где не работал кондиционер, с горем пополам добилась замены номера.

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, a est nanjing road e al bund. Staff gentile, colazione ricca con dolce (anche la Nutella!) e salato, europea e cinese. Ottima la camera e i servizi

Unica pecca, ho chiesto una box per la colazione visto che partivo alle 5 ma non me l'hanno data, forse non ci siamo capiti

There are two big high rises being constructed. The banging construction noise woke me up each morning around 6:30am. So if you are a light sleeper or late riser, I would recommend waiting a year of two for the construction to be completed.

Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Zona centrale da dove si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il Bund, yu yu garden e altre attrazioni. Diverse metro nelle vicinanze

Hotel comodissimo per girare la citta. Camera molto accogliente e pulita. Colazione mista tra cinese ed europea. Avevamo chiesto un breakfast box per una partenza anticipata e hanno soddisfatto la nostra richiesta. Veramente contenta

Dobra lokalizacja. Pomocny personel. Wygodne łóżko.

Hotel juz podniszczony, wymaga remontu. W łazience pleśń i cieknący prysznic. Brudne ściany i okna. Malo miejsca na śniadaniu, czasem musieliśmy jeść na stojąco.

10 минут от станции метро.

При бронировании, на фото, этот отель выглядел как тот в котором хочется жить, но оказалось всё гораздо хуже. Старенький отель, обшарпанный мебель, стены. Запах старости. За утюгом очередь. Персонал не разгонится помочь, если что не понятно.

Удобное расположение, быстрая регистрация и заселение, приветливый персонал, говорящий по английски. Просторный номер, оборудованный всем необходимым.

Le premier séjour était pas trop mal. L emplacement est bien. C est assez propre. Le petit déjeuner n est pas extraordinaire mais il est suffisant

Mon second séjour était plus cher, sans petit déjeuner et des chambres plus petites. Ma chambre sentait la fumée de cigarette et la Clim a fuit dans l entrée où j ai failli glisser plusieurs fois. Le personnel n était pas très accueillant.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and there was very hot water! Good general location, near Yu Yuan, although not very close to a subway station.

The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. But we were told they had no other rooms. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was not. The bathroom fan was broken, and the whole hotel was in mild disrepair. Nowhere near the quality or service of other Campanile hotels.

Beautiful hotel rooms and most friendly and helpful staff especially given that I don’t speak Chinese. Definitely recommend

A localização é boa e a cama era confortável.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. O quarto claramente precisa de uma reforma: a pintura estava desgastada, os móveis apresentavam diversos defeitos e o piso também estava em más condições. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Encontramos cabelos nas toalhas, o que passou uma sensação de falta de higiene logo na chegada. O chuveiro foi um dos piores que já utilizei. A pressão da água era extremamente baixa, parecia que estávamos embaixo de uma caldeira apenas pingando. Não havia nenhuma forma de aumentar o fluxo, tornando o banho bastante desagradável. Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando quando chegamos. Foi necessário chamar um técnico, o que levou um tempo e acabou atrasando ainda mais nossa acomodação. O check-in foi o mais demorado que já tivemos. O processo levou cerca de 30 minutos, muito acima do esperado. O café da manhã também foi extremamente ruim. Cerca de 15 a 20 minutos antes do horário de encerramento, praticamente não havia mais opções disponíveis. A equipe já estava retirando os alimentos e até descartando os sucos, sem reposição, o que foi bastante frustrante para quem ainda estava dentro do horário do café. Infelizmente, considerando todos esses problemas, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel e não o recomendaria.

Lokalizacja 10 min od metra East Nanjing Road pozwala łatwo dotrzeć z lotniska. Blisko do restauracji i głównych punktów w centrum miasta. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane - relacja cena / jakość OK. Widok na mały park przed hotelem.

Widać zużycie sprzętów, łazienki i czystość nie jest idealna ale to dość typowe w hotelach azjatyckich tej klasy

We had a nice stay at this hotel. My main reason for not giving 5 stars is that the room size is unclear when booking on Trip Advisor. I booked one room for 4 people and then arrived to discover that the one room only had one large bed. So I booked a second room. I was the only adult on the trip, so I stayed in 1 room with my 9 year old, and my 11 year old and 17 year old stayed in their own room two doors down. It ended up working out fine, but that could have been a real problem for some. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, service good, paid breakfast buffet delicious, location close to The Bund and across from a nice city park. On the whole, it was a nice stay and comfortable for families.

It’s dated and breakfast was limited. Small room.

The location is good, quite central and not far from the Bund. The room was spacious, clean enough. The breakfast was good and changed a bit daily. It is very good value for money. There is a convenience store right next door. The airport transfer service was fairly priced.

The beds are a bit hard, but on par for China I would say. The staff spoke very little English. The Aircon is by default apparently locked to 24C, which is not comfortable for sleeping. The staff either pretended to or didn't know about it.

Отличный отель в районе Bund. До набережной пешком минут 15, недалеко национальный музей, Peoples square, номер соответствовал описанию и фото, удобная кровать, просторная ванная комната со всем необходимым и неплохим феном, в номере пополняется вода, чай, кофе. На ресепшн хорошо говорят по-английски и в целом персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Хороший завтрак, с неплохим выбором блюд. Отель нам понравился! А от Шанхая мы вообще в восторге!

Район перестраивается, рядом стройка, начинают работать рано, отель об этом предупреждает. Хорошие завтраки, удачное расположение. Маленький магазин на углу здания. Все главные достопримечательности рядом.

Hotel in posizione davvero strategica, a pochi minuti dal Bund e molto comodo anche per raggiungere Nanjing Road e la fermata della metro. Camera moderna, pulita e ben organizzata, con letto comodo e ottimo livello di silenziosità nonostante la zona centrale. Staff gentile e disponibile, check-in rapido e ambienti curati. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza del ristorante/bar all’interno della struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per Shanghai. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

La struttura risulta forse un po’ datata in alcuni aspetti e avrebbe probabilmente bisogno di un leggero rinnovamento, soprattutto nelle aree comuni e in parte nelle camere. Nulla di particolarmente problematico, ma alcuni dettagli fanno percepire il peso degli anni rispetto ad hotel più moderni presenti oggi a Shanghai.

Colazione ottima e variegata. Camera pulita e cambio asciugamani e ciabatte tutti i giorni. Disponibile acqua, tè e caffè in camera. Tra il Victor molto disponibile e gentile. Il personale parla inglese.

Dobrý pomer cena a kvalita, čisto, super raňajky, veľmi dobrá poloha hotela aj napriek tomu, že v jeho okolí prebieha rozsiahla výstavba, boli sme spokojní.

Кругом стройки. Рабочий день начинается в 6:30 утра. Бахает достаточно громко. Все время идешь через леса строек. Вопрос к завтракам остался. Совсем не было овощей. Скромно, но в целом неплохо.

We spent one night. It was possible to store our luggage at the reception on the day of check-out, which they provide as a standard service for free. They also gave us cooled water bottles for the hot day outside, and even gave some extra when we came back to pick up our luggage. Breakfast is good. Rooms are reasonably clean. Water pressure in the shower could be a little higher but in total we are very happy with the choice of hotel. Location is also very good with metro stations in foot-walking distance!
