The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel has a beautiful sea view, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the Dahab promenade. The rooms were clean and offered good value for money. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Not all rooms are air-conditioned. If you want an air-conditioned room, you need to pay an additional fee. It would be better if this was included in the room rate or made clearer during the booking process.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür und Restaurants, Bars sowie zahlreiche Geschäfte sind in wenigen Sekunden zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer zentral wohnen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst haben.

Besonders als alleinreisende Frau hat mich gestört, dass sich die Zimmertür zwar von außen abschließen ließ, der Schlüssel von innen jedoch nicht ins Schloss passte. Dadurch konnte ich die Tür nachts nicht von innen abschließen, was mir kein sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Eine Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, sie funktioniert jedoch nur, solange die Zimmerkarte im Kartenhalter steckt. Da die Außentemperaturen während meines Aufenthalts bei etwa 37 °C lagen, war das Zimmer nach jedem Verlassen wieder extrem aufgeheizt und es dauerte entsprechend lange, bis es wieder angenehm kühl war. Auch die Sauberkeit hat mich leider nicht überzeugt. Das Hotel ist zwar älter, dennoch waren unter anderem der Kühlschrank nicht sauber, das Duschwasser lief nur unzureichend und es gab weitere kleinere Mängel. Ich habe den Mitarbeiter, der mir das Zimmer gezeigt hat, direkt darauf hingewiesen. Seine Reaktion war jedoch lediglich ein Achselzucken, ohne dass eine Lösung angeboten wurde. Für mich überwiegen deshalb die negativen Punkte. Schade, denn die Lage ist wirklich top. Ich persönlich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten, da es in Dahab für deutlich weniger Geld sauberere und besser gepflegte Unterkünfte gibt.

Le rooftop est superbe! Mohammed est tres arrangeant, il m’a tout arrangé pour le transfert vers l’aéroport c’était parfait. L’emplacement est idéal si vous voulez être dans le centre de Dahab.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان، وأخص بالذكر مدير الاستقبال، على الخدمة الرائعة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل التي جعلت زيارتنا فريدة ومميزة للغاية، واستجاب لكل طلب لنا بصورة فورية مع ابتسامة دائمة على محياه. كما أود الإشادة بوجبة الإفطار التي كانت أكثر من رائعة، والتي تميزت بالخدمة المباشرة الراقية من طاقم عمل محترف، مضياف، ويستحق كل الثناء والتقدير.

رغم استمتاعنا الكبير بالإقامة، إلا أن لدي ملاحظة بسيطة تتعلق بمساحة التخزين؛ فقد افتقر المكان لوجود مساحة كافية للأمتعة، وأقترح توفير مكان مخصص وملائم للحقائب الكبيرة لضمان راحة أكبر للنزلاء وسهولة الحركة خاصة لمن يبقوا لفترة طويلة في دهب.

- Location was amazing as it was near from everywhere ( Sea / Restaurants / The walk / Shops ) - Ramy in the morning Shift was very helpful and knows how to deal with his guests with smile during my stay .. also night shift receptionist was the same very polite - also Mr Mohammed who was serving the breakfast and house keeping such a nice person - Breakfast was really good and i loved to have it by the terrace such amazing having BF by the sea - value for money is good i have no comment

- Just the internet was weak in the room

מיקום מעולה, ממש על הגשר במרכז השוק התיירותי. בתי קפה וחנויות במרחק פסיעה. פעם שלישית שלי שם ובכוונתי לחזור. מבחינת המתקנים, יש מזגן מעולה, הוויפי טוב, מיטה נוחה (שהיתי בחדר עם מיטה זוגית). האמבטיה ביחד עם השירותים היתה מעט צפופה אבל לא הפריע לי בכלל. יש טלויזיה עם ערוצים מצריים. יש להם מרפסת מהממת שאפשר לראות ממנה את הים והרחוב של השוק. הצוות נחמד מאוד ושרותי, ובמיוחד מוחמד שמברך כל בוקר "בוקר טוב" בערבית בהמון גרסאות וגורם לך להרגיש רצוי. ארוחת בוקר בין 7:00 ל10:00 (לא ניסיתי).

انا انزل في فندق نبتون منذ 4 سنوات . وكل سنه اعاود الرجوع للفندق بسب موقعه . ومعاملة افراد الطاقم والموظفين . اقامه جميله وموقع ممتاز وطاقم مهني شكرا فندق نبتون

Awesome staffI would like to thank all staff members for their wonderful welcoming and service.. special thanks to Hossam and Ali they are amazing.. Ali does many things here he's super.. not my first time here and not the last 🤩

The room I booked was without an AC.. the room could be impossible to live in, in the summer but fortunately the weather was good..

Da jeg er dårlig gående ligger der dejlig centralt.

Ikke så gode til at komme og ordne værelset, det med at tømme skraldespande , lige feje gulvet, selvom jeg hængte skiltet på døren hvor der stod de gerne måtte komme ind og ordne det. Jeg skulle selv bede om poser til skraldespandene, skulle også selv tømme dem. Bruseren på badeværelset måtte jeg bede dem om at rengøre da vandet kom ned alle de steder hvor det ikke skulle. Der kunne godt være lidt mere garderobe plads. Meget dårligt wi-fi

Le personnel est super reactive, merci a Hossam et les autres. L'emplacement est idéal proche de tout la plage et les commerces. Les chambre est propre et la vue est très jolie de la terrasse

La connexion wifi est tres tres mauvaise. C'est tout sinon je recommande

Staff was very accommodating although I arrived late in the night. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace watching the sea ❤️

you need to fight for your breakfast, they just say is finish, also you need to request AC remote, room smells a lot and bathroom is no good, we didn't use it at all, wait for the check in, in the next hotel to have the shower

The phone inside the room wasn’t working, everytime I wanted something from the reception or the room service I had to go all the way down The pillows and bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them The bathroom was leaking water into the room floor I asked for the AC remote, they said that they take all the remotes in winter and they don’t know where they were taken, I mean why is there even an AC in my room if I’m not allowed to turn it on?!

Das Personal sehr freundlich, fleißig und nett.

Hotel ist sehr alt und Renovierung bedürftig, das lärm von lokalen ist unerträglich, mann kann sich nicht einspannen, kaum geschlafen bis 3uhr früh...Ich denke für die ältere Personen nicht zu empfehlen.Ich war sicher das letztes mal in diesem Haus.Es funktioniert kaum was in Zimmer, Bad,die Toilette kaputt, Wasser aus dem Dusch fließt kaum...tv....Nur arabisch...Die Gäste unter jeder Kritik und ohne Niveau ( Egypter,laud und unfreundlich) Ja,leider ich bin sehr enttäuscht....Das einzige Plus Punkt gebe ich dem Personal die sehr sehr freundlich sind.Ich wurde leider dieses Haus niemanden empfehlen. The bathroom door is made of glass and there are big gabs above & under the door which reduces the privacy very much The flat screen doesn't have a USB port so you can't play a movie from a flash drive

地理位置超不错，就在海边步行街的内侧，挨着桥边，二楼平台可以每天看海，房间空间比较小，挺干净，但最大的问题是水是咸水，不过好像靠海边的同类住宿都是一样？我们中转一晚还是可以接受，毕竟性价比不错，而且推门看海。

My room was not the regular room I expected.

The location is good, and that's it

I called the hotel reception on their official landline before my arrival to confirm if I could bring my dog. I was clearly told it was acceptable with an extra fee. Upon arrival, the staff denied ever saying that and refused to take responsibility. When I raised the issue with the hotel manager, her response was extremely unprofessional — she sarcastically suggested that “maybe someone in the street answered your call.” This level of disrespect and dishonesty is unacceptable. While the hotel’s location is convenient, I would rather stay farther away than deal with such unprofessional behavior again.

The receptionist Doha was amazing as usual, she was extremely helpful, polite and professional.

The Door man, an old guy is acting really strange, kept checking every 30 mins on who is sitting upstairs in the terrace, openeing the light on them suddenly like he is busting them doing something wrong! And asking everyone going into the hotel at night if he is a visitor in a very strange way. Honestly, he made us all uncomfortable during our stay. He should get other instructions than to do this! They have cameras installed upstairs so he doesn’t need to go up to check, and he they should have a system to know if the person going in is an intruder or a guest like all hotels in the universe. Also, the breakfast used to be really nice, now it’s complete ly bad, i have been to this hotel 3 or 4 times, each time it gets worse, bad quality and lower quanities. Last time we got un eadable food, they even don’t give you options on water, juice, coffee. Only tea and nescafe. I already gave them the feedback for this last time but it looks like the owner just want cost reduction with high prices on rooms. When we arrived also last time, the toilette wash was not working! And sometimes the hot water doesn’t work. The electric outlet (plug) in the terrace doesn’t work so you don’t even get the chance to work on your laptop or chargr your phone. Honestly, if the owner doesn’t change his methods, he will lose the business.

2nd stay here! I like the place! Great, friendly and helpfull staff. Checked few times with me if everything was allright. When help or equiment for the room needed they provided. Can ask for anything. Great location! Breakfast is fine: 4 options to choose from. Served on the roof with a beautiful view. Will be back :)

The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, the breakfast was awful, and the room was small, not very clean or comfortable, and had one of the worst showers I've seen in the middle east. There are much better accomodations in dahab, especially at the price point they charged.

The rooms are small, there was no hot water in the showers, and the toilet was not properly isolated from the room its door was a half glass door.
