離市中心的步行距離ok, 但是離新幹線站的距離有點遠。

おむつの外れていない乳児を温泉に入れている親を多数見かけた。 ベビーバス等用意して欲しい。 気持ち悪い

温泉が良かった

Hotel is quite old but well maintained and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Though it has the word onsen in its name, the hotspring was a disappointment with only one hotspring pool and nothing else, not even an external hotspring pool. But the hotel is very well located with the Tenmonkan Shopping Districr just beside it. Driving to the Sakurajima Ferry Terminal only takes five minutes, and many dining places are within a ten-min walking radius.

いつもスタッフの方々の丁寧な対応に感謝します。朝食もとても美味しいですし、古い建物ですがお掃除がピカピカにされています。何より温泉が素晴らしいです。

繁華街に近い立地で行動しやすかった

시설은 살짝 낡았지만 위치나 대욕장 운영 등 장점이 아주 많은 호텔입니다. 추천해요.

天文館に近いので、夜は、鳥刺しや焼酎、ラーメンを堪能しました♪ ホテルの温泉も源泉掛け流しで満足です。 市内に泊まって温泉を楽しんで、歓楽街を散策できて最高でした。

施設は古いですが感じがよく、布団は自分で敷くなどほどほどのサービスがかえって心地よかったです。女風呂はこじんまりしていましたが、いいお湯でした。

The traditional Japanese rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was elaborate and very good. Great location, close to many shops and park. Only negatives were that the hotel did not have laundry facilities, and the room key had to be left at the desk when leaving the hotel - this meant that if there was a line when we returned,we had to wait to get the room key. This was a real pain.

天文館真ん前で非常に便利です。 駐車場の場所のわかりにくさ、安全面，清潔感で高評価しがたいです。

天文館に近い

気持ちが良い温泉でした。

건물외형에 호텔명이 영문으로 적혀있지않으므로 지나칠수있더라구요. 리셉션에는 영어가능직원이 있고, 영어 안내문을 주기때문에 불편하지않습니다. 온천이용은 06-09, 16-23 까지 이용가능해서 이용시간 넉넉하고, 다다미방을 체험하기좋아요. 단, 전기포트는 없으므로 필요하신경우 따로 챙기시는게 좋습니다. 온천세는 체크아웃시 지불하고 저는 1인이었는데 1박에 150엔이었습니다. 온천때문에 선택했는데 위치도 좋았고, 편하게 머무르다갑니다.

古い建物ですが、内装はとても綺麗で部屋も広く満足でした。 お風呂も手入れが行き届いていて気持ちよく利用出来ました。 朝食も美味しかったです

電話の応対が気持ちよい対応でした。

温泉が良い。サービスも良い。繁華街にも近く、便利。

Good Hotel

I booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy an onsen (which allowed hotels) and a traditional-style bedroom. It met both of those criteria, and was in a prime location to explore downtown Kagoshima City. I really appreciated that the staff kept our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. Plus, they helped call us a taxi when we were heading to board a ferry at the port.

向かいに公園があり、繁華街の天文館がすぐ近くなので観光の拠点にはぴったりだと思います。 和室に泊まりましたが部屋にはシャワーブースも用意されていました。 テーブルの上にお湯と冷水がそれぞれポットに用意されていたのは助かりました。 朝食は7時からだそうですので早くから動き出したいときは無しにした方が良さそうです。 豪華な食事なのでじっくり楽しんで食べたないと勿体ないです。 バイクで行きましたが、1泊550円で従業員用の駐輪場に停めさせてもらえました。

The parking was very small but other than that traditional Japanese style Ibsen ryokan was good enough

桜島が少ししか見えなかった

Lovely traditional style hotel, views of the park, great service and fantastic location close to eating and shopping area. Would definitely recommend.

すぐ近くに天文館、照国神社あります。旅館目の前の公園でレンタサイクルを借りて市内巡りをしました。たくさんの名所が回れてとても満足のいく旅行ができました。

Absolutely fantastic stay at hotel Nakahara Bessou in Kagoshima! The staff here are exceptional. They were very friendly and even helped us book a rental car and ferry to yakushima. The rooms are as described, very clean and spacious. The onsen in the evenings was divine. I would highly recommend for your stay in Kagoshima.

Great onsen!

酒店附近有很多餐廳，步行可以到達，到機場也很方便，步行10分鐘内有機場巴士站，日式早餐有4款選擇，我們住了3晚，每天早餐不會重覆，員工服務很好。

整體也不錯，鄰近購物方便

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very generous size and perfect for us. The onsen was very relaxing. Thank you very much.

部屋も綺麗でゆっくりできました。 ただ、露天風呂が使えなかったのが残念でしたが、温泉はよかったです。 子供用朝ごはんが物足りなかったようでした。

The room entrance door is too low considering the 183cm height.

駐車場が満杯で有料の駐車場を使わないといけなかった。その他は特に問題なく良かった。

当日予約で仕方なくで前日のドーミインさんと料金変わらないのにうーん比べてしまいました 素泊まりだったので広いお部屋でゆっくり休めました

Great location at Tenmonkan district, easy walking distance to tram station, hotel is obviously old but considerably well maintained, room is big and spacious as seen on pics, onsen is definitely its draw!

3泊畳部屋に宿泊しましたが、朝食も3回別なメニューを選べ、天文館にも歩いてすぐの立地で、城山の展望台へも15-20分で頑張れば行けます。 夜はかなり静かですが、朝早くから目の前の通りが交通量が多いので少しうるさくなります。 ただ、総合的にもう一度泊まりたいホテルでした。

掃除が行き届いていて気持ち良くすごせましたあ

家族4人泊まる予定ですが、シングル布団四つを予約をして、入力間違えて2人を2人入力してしまった、前日に気づいて確認したところ、2人分追加して30000万以上素泊まりだった。立地以外には正直価値がなかった。

天文館の近くで買い物食事など便利

立地も接客もとてもよかった。子連れ旅行だったので、和室は本当にありがたい。公園に面した部屋で、見晴らしが良くて気持ちよかった。

客室がとても清潔で和室で落ち着きます。 温泉も朝食（白米がすごく美味しい）もすごくよかったです。

スタッフの皆さんがご丁寧に観光に関するアドバイスをいただき、大変助かりました。どうもありがとうございました。

従業員の方の対応、温泉、素晴らしい対応でした。

とにかく温泉が最高。源泉かけ長しなので熱めです。子供は浸かるのは厳しいかも。部屋もシングルで予約しましたが、10畳の和室にグレードアップしてくれ、一人なのにのびのび寝れました。あと宿のスタッフの皆さんもとても気持ちの良い方々でした。 天文館にも近く、西郷隆盛銅像も近いです。早朝散歩で南洲神社まで30分くらい歩いていけました。 とても満足度の高い宿でした。

温泉がすごくよかった。一日入っただけでお肌すべすべになりました。

３泊滞在しましたが、親切に対応していただきました。施設は古いけれど清潔にされています。温泉の質はいいし、食事がとても美味しいのでコスパはいいと思います。

部屋も温泉も快適でした。アクセスも良いです。窓から公園が見える景色もよかったです。

いつも気持ちよく宿泊できます。畳の部屋も温泉も最高です。お布団が新しいです。フロントで宅急便の受け取り＆発送もして頂けます。

＜立地＞鹿児島市の中心でありながら、目の前は大きな公園があり、西郷隆盛像も徒歩5分程度なので、観光の拠点にはベストの立地。また、おいしい飲食店も近くにたくさんあるのでとても便利でした。 ＜施設＞ 建物は古いですが、館内は清潔にされているのでまったく気になりません。 ＜接客＞ スタッフの方も皆さん、親切でとても気分が良かったです。 ＜温泉＞ なにより、琥珀色の源泉掛け流しの泉質が非常に良く、1000年前のロマンを感じながら入る温泉が最高でした。

最初、畳の上に5、6本の短い髪の毛があり、手で払って座ると、あそこもここも、髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた。 このコロナで清潔さが求められる時に、また、旅館側としては激ヒマな時に、まともに掃除ができないなんて、信頼できない。

傳統舊式溫泉酒店，員工有禮，因航機取消但 他們努力幫忙，部分員工能英語溝通，Tatami 是去咁多次酒店最舒服的一間，酒店對面是中央公園，很開揚，附近是照國神社、博物館及天文館通，非常方便，天然溫泉雖然浴池少但也很舒服，性價比整高，再去鹿兒島市區是我的首選

以溫泉旅館來說，位置安靜對住公園，1分鐘又可進入購物街，非常適合初次旅遊鹿兒島

露天は使えなくて残念でしたがとても良い温泉でした。

温泉宿に期待して予約しましたが、チェックインが0：00になるため宿に事前に電話を入れました。 その際、温泉の入浴時間が過ぎておりますが部屋のシャワーが使える事を確認していました。 いざシャワーを出すと、お湯が出ない・・・ 温水冷水別れたタイプで5分以上お湯だけをひねっていましたが水でした。手洗い場も水でした。 疲れが取れませんでした。

The hotel is perfectly locate near the Temmonkan

房間比較細就算話係10tatame房間住兩大一細都係剛剛好、我住日式房整體清潔整齊，但房間居然沒有熱水器。他們只會用熱水壷來提供熱水。前台員工不算專業、在床墊安排的討論上其中有一員工居然對客人叫喊感覺非常差。

地點無得頂，每日行寶役最感恩係離酒店近，返去放低再峻食飯都無問題! 員工友善親切，房間空間亦足夠，唯浴場比較細少。

加水なしの源泉かけ流し温泉は良い。徒歩で天文館通りの中心地に難なく出られます。空港行きバスも徒歩おなじ。伝統的旅館の和室でした。

친절하고 특히 공용 욕탕이 너무 깨끗하고 수질이 좋습니다 아쉬운건 방 크기가 세명이 자기엔 좁았습니다

A very clean and comfortable hotel, with direct hot spring public bath. Rooms are big comparing to new hotel chains. Staffs are nice and helpful. Most staffs can speak understandable English (though I used Japanese instead). Great breakfast, although the latest schedule will be at 08:30 everyday. Close to main shopping area of Tenmonkan. Highly recommend for short stay budget travelers as well as lengthy period hot spring therapy.

Onsen très appréciable

繁華街にも歴史的名所にもほど近いうえ、温泉も本格的だし料理も美味しいしで言うことありませんでした。格安だったこともあり正直それほど期待していませんでしたが良い意味で期待を見事に裏切られました。

空になった空き缶をゴミ箱近くに置いておいたが、部屋に戻ったらお茶どうぐのところに綺麗に置かれていた。

フロントの方を始め、皆様とても親切に対応して下さいました。

비즈니스호텔인데 안에 전통 일본식 다다미방으로 구성된것은 좋았어요. 근데 온천이용 시간이 너무 한정적이였어요. 아침 6-9시 그리고 저녁 9-11시까지만 이용가능하더라구요. 중간에는 사용이 불가하여 불편하였습니다.

スタッフの方も対応良かったです。いいホテルです。

Great value for the money. The hotel is old but nicely refurnished. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Great location with good restaurants nearby. Easy access by city street cars and buses.

Been here twice. Still good as before. Nice Japanese breakfast, nice onsen. There are 4 breakfast plans so ask reception for details. Outdoor onsen was under renovation. It can be noisy from fellow guests since the door wasn't sealed well.

Close to shopping centre and restaurants, very comfortable and convenient

Very nice rooms; staff were very helpful! The onsen was large and clean. Breakfast was an experience! Staff upgraded our room when they saw the height of our family. I'm short, but my sons and husband are all over 6' Command of English was not great. Fortunately, one of my sons speaks Japanese and could communicate for us. Really nice place. Oh-- for those who are unfamiliar 'tatami' tells you the size of the room, not how many beds there are!

Good visit and excellent condition of the hotel. The onsen bath is worth visiting and the tatami mat room was VERY comfortable. Really appreciate the attentive service-- staff will setup the futon beds when you go out in the evening & re-arranged parked cars to accommodate our early AM departure.

Overall, I really enjoy the experience at Nakahara Bessou. Staff is very friendly and its location is very close to tenmonkan and shiroyama.Well reccommended.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I had a good room, the excellent Japanese breakfast was an highlight. The friendly, english speaking service was much appreciated. The hotel is on a central location in the city.

The location is very central and close to everything. The onsen isn't big but my kids love it. Deco is a bit old but clean. Given the price, it is acceptable. The breakfast is ok. Staff is very helpful and booked taxis for us.

1-2 mins walk to Tenmonkan, lots of dining places around with good quality. Staff are helpful and polite.

I had a great time. Location was great! Staff was friendly. Wifi wasnt quite strong in certain rooms but it was OK cuz I was on holiday and there wasnt much need for the internet.

Very clean and tidy. Room is decent size. Breakfast is good. Value for money.

Great location, walking distance to shopping and "hip" area, very close to the famous hotpot place, 10 mins drive to Amu plaza. hotel charged a small fee for parking (around 1k jpy for two nights). hotspring closes at 11pm which was a bit early but guess Kagoshima is not a big city. no skin care products at the hotspring, just standard (one brand only) shampoo/shower gel, etc. hotel is small and old, but clean and the room we stayed in was of a very good size considering we are at the heart of the city. I don't think you need to drive if you are staying in this hotel, but we stayed for over a week and the car was needed for other spots.

friendly, helpful staff - good onsen - good location (close to railway station, close to harbor, close to sights) - quiet

3 Aussies with bikes. All stayed in one tatami room, bikes were safe downstairs in the basement area near the hotel entrance. Bring a bike lock! Right in the centre of town, short ride from. Shinkansen terminal. Most staff spoke English but use google translate to polish it up. Onsen was small, quite and cute.
