Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Camas, bastante cómodas y la cocina, aunque prácticamente no la usamos, tenía lo imprescindible, incluido un estropajo, un paño y lavavajillas. La ubicación,aunque está un poco alejado de París, es bastante cómoda al tener la línea 1 del metro que te lleva a la mayoría de las zonas más interesantes a visitar.
No nos importa que no hagan la habitación, pero por lo menos las toallas deberían de cambiarlas cada 2 o 3 días . No hubo ni un solo cambio de toallas (ni de nada), en las 7 noches que estuvimos. Por otra parte, aunque el apartamento se veía bastante limpio, una de las toallas parecía estar sucia, aunque la lavamos y no se quitó… De cualquier forma, no da buena imagen. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Posizione comodissima. A pochi minuti dalla metropolitana per Parigi. Zona ricca si locali dove mangiare. Per quanto riguarda la struttura appartamento grande e pulito. La colazione varia ed abbondante, la ragazza che se ne occupa sempre gentile
L'appartamento è composto da due divani letto (non comodissimi). Il matrimoniale era pronto, mentre per quello di mia figlia lo abbiamo dovuto preparare noi. Inoltre mancavano le salviette x una terza persona. Per finire non avevo capito che fosse necessario prenotare il parcheggio. Quando ho chiesto la receptionist mi ha trattato come un'imbecille. Diciamo che un sorriso non mo sarebbe dispiaciuto.

Ottima pulizia dell appartamento e presenza di accessori per il bagno e la cucina. Appartamento ampio. Staff disponibile e gentile.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The accommodations were perfect for a few day visit to Paris. It was nice getting out of the hustle bustle of Paris each night. There were plenty of shops and restaurants locally in Vincennes along with the opportunity to quickly escape to the forest. The room was extremely quiet. The staff were also pleasant and helpful.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Soggiorno fantastico con mia figlia a Parigi! La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e silenziosa, ideale per riposare in totale tranquillità. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre super disponibile. L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente a Vincennes, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della RER A e vicinissimo alla metropolitana, comodissima per raggiungere rapidamente il centro città. La zona è tranquilla, elegante e ricca di servizi, con supermercati, ottimi ristoranti e brasserie proprio sotto la struttura. Comodissimo il check-in online fatto in anticipo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!"

First of all, the air conditioning was producing a bad odor whenever we used it during the hottest days in Paris. We asked the reception on the first night to have it checked. However, there was no technician available, and during the following days we were out of the hotel most of the time, so nobody was able to inspect it. As a result, we had to endure very hot nights in the room. Secondly, when we unfolded the sofa bed on the first night, we noticed some beard hairs on the bedsheet. I went to the reception to request a clean sheet. The receptionist (his name was Alain) did not believe me and asked for a photo. I explained that we had already removed the hairs and swept them onto the floor, but he still did not believe me. He brought a clean sheet and came to the room with me to see the issue for himself. I showed him the spots and hairs on the bed, after which he left the clean sheet and took away the old one. Normally, the hotel staff could have simply replaced the sheet without questioning the guest. Instead, I found his attitude unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Un appartement spacieux et bien équipé (cafetière, bouilloire, fer à repasser et même lave-vaisselle) accessible par ascenseur. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la taille de la salle de bain. L'isolation phonique est également très efficace même au niveau de la fenêtre donnant sur la rue. Vu les fortes chaleurs, la climatisation était un vrai plus. La bagagerie était également très appréciable.
Petit point pour améliorer un peu : mettre un petit mode d'emploi de la climatisation, peut-être.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Chambre spacieuse avec un coin cuisine adapté et un grand frigo très apprécié. Chambre très calme malgré une exposition coté rue, l'insonorisation est plutôt performante. la salle de bain est pratique. Nombreux rangements.
La climatisation est bloquée à 24°c ce qui est un peu trop pour la nuit malheureusement on ne peut pas changer la consigne. Une des serviettes de bain était tachée de sang, remplacée à la réception. Le parking, 15€ par jour, a été facturé pour 3 jours pour un séjour du vendredi 18h30 au dimanche 11h00, c'est abuser !

15 mn avant mon arrivée, on m'a appelée pour me dire que ma réservation était annulée suite problème technique. Une solution de repli a été proposée, très bien, cf notes, mais moins pratique.

Unangenehm fanden wir, daß die Schränke mit Bügelbrett, Decken und mehreren Polstern vollgestopft waren und wir somit nicht genug Platz für Kleidung hatten Im Badezimmer hatte es einen absolut widerlichen Uringestank aus der Toilette, der auch nach vielmaligen Spülungen nicht weg ging. Das war echt gräßlich. Die Fliesen waren außerdem weitgehend mit schwarzen Ablagerungen überzogen,.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026La surface de la chambre/studio est confortable, l'équipement permet d'y déjeuner, le lave-vaisselle est appréciable. L'emplacement est pratique et attractif pres du centre ville de Vincennes, de ses magasins et du maché, du RER et du métro et à la frontière avec Montreuil
Un détail : il faudrait rajouter dans les petites provisions, du sel et du poivre, ça m'a manqué car je n'ai pas pu en trouver le soir à la cafétaria La literie est bonne mais malgré la clim, avec la chaleur, le protège matelas fait transpirer

Au niveau de la réservation, j'ai réservé sur booking et la description de la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était réservé. Nous avons dû être relogé la deuxième nuit pour que chaque personne ait son propre lit !

Reviewed May 17, 2026This was my second stay here. I like that it is just outside Paris proper and I love the small city atmosphere of Vincennes. (The RER and the #1 Metro makes this an easy place to stay.) The Chateau de Vincennes is just across the street. The apartment has all the equipment to make small meals and is a good size so that my 18 day stay was comfortable. This apartment did not have a couch, which would've been helpful. The last time I stayed here, we had a Murphy Bed, and that worked better. The staff is extraordinary. The building is quiet.
Improvements: It would be wonderful to have at least one English broadcast on their tv package. The bathroom shower is really dark. The bathroom has no exhaust.

Ein sehr sauberes für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr großes Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, sodaß wir uns beim Frühstück selbst verpflegt haben und bequemem Bett. Ordentlicher, hübscher Stadtteil mit Schloss, vielen Restaurants, Bäckereien, kleinen Supermärkten und Geschäften. Sichere, preisgünstige Parkgarage für 15€ am Tag. Metro und RER in 5 Minuten Laufnähe, in ca. 30 Minuten ist man in der Stadt.
