المفارش قديمه ووصخه والسجاد المواقف الخارجيه مأساه مكشوفه للشمس والمظلات ماتغطي كل السيارت غير انه وقفت مره فالباركن ووقف شخص وراي سكر علي لضيق المواقف وعدم ترتيب المكان

We checked in as a group of 4 friends. Three pre-booked the standard room while I pre-booked the deluxe and paid extra for it. I realized that the receptionist upgraded the 3 standard to deluxe and made us all in the same class of rooms!!! Why did I pay extra? At least I should have been offered a room with a view not a room that has a window overseeing another room in the internal and dark side of the hotel! I’m not asking that I should’ve been upgraded as well but I felt completely ditched.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026الموقع ممتاز جداً وطاقم الاستقبال قمة في الاحترافية واشكر موظفة الاستقبال ماريا على لباقتها وحسن تعاملها وكذلك البلمان جعفر على حسن استقباله واهتمامه.
الفندق يحتاج الى تغيير اثاث الغرف وصيانة دورات المياه وكذلك النادي اجهزته لا تعمل والتكييف فيه جداً سيئ. الفندق يحتاج الى تجديد شامل باختصار.

From the warm welcome by Ms. Maria at the reception and the seamless check-in process to the smooth check-out, the entire staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious, offering a great variety of options. It's convenient location also made it easy to get around the city. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail shown by Mr. Rey and the entire team, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Dharan to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Thank you to Ms. Maria, Mr. Rey, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again.

The furniture was very old and uncomfortable, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The property is in need of renovation and modernization.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026There were no parking available when we came back to room, we were advised to park the car any where we can find the place. My reservation has asked to extra bed but it was not provided till night 2.30 AM. It was very hard to get with a personal request from hotel housekeeping staff than support provided by reception manager. When I requested to meet or call duty manager at night 1.00 AM, I was told that he is on the way and within 10 min. he will arrive at hotel but no one came and man at reception kept on telling lies.

Reviewed May 13, 2026الفندق موقعه ممتاز يوجد خدمات كثيرة حوله ( مطاعم كافيهات مولات) الفندق يعمل به اشخاص على قدر كبير من الادب والذوق ويعرفون حسن الضيافة. الطعام في الفطور والعشاء ممتااااز والخدمة ممتازة من كل العاملين من طهاة ومقدمي الخدمة خاصة Rey و AbdulMohim النادي الصحي جيد لم اجرب المسبح. اذا تم تجديد الغرف سيكون الفندق ممتاز جدا جدا من كل النواحي
المشكلة كانت في الغرفة 213 الغرفة فرشها قديم الارضيات موكيت قديم رائحة دورة المياه (لا تطاق) فلا توجد تهوية مناسبة او شفاط ( لا يعمل)
