We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. Our room was meticulously clean and well maintained. The owners take great pride in their property and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Location excellent right in the main street of Picton. Room was nice and large, not cramped at all.

A very enjoyable stay in a good location. Unit is clean and well appointed with a very comfy lounge suite! The inside felt quiet (despite the weather outside!), and parking was well organised. Service was fast at reception. In short: an excellent experience, and I will plan to return. Thank you!

Shortage of good knives and no paper towels.

Loved having our own little unit and access to a kitchen area. We also loved having heated blankets for the cooler winter months. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean.

Would love to have a shower door to avoid water getting all over the floor in the bathroom. The curtain did not do very much to help. The door and windows were also thin, and being right on the street it was a little loud when traffic passed by.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Supportive staff, great location, and the room was impeccably clean.

We ran out of hot water after my partner used the bathtub. I completely understand that the hot water supply is not unlimited, but it would be helpful to know that if you use the bathtub, the hot water might run out.

Clean, quiet and great location to walk into town for meals. Beds comfortable. Filtered water in the fridge was a nice surprise as we don’t like chlorinated water.

It was hard to contain the shower water splash in the bathroom with the shower curtains, so the floor got quite wet by the time all 4 of us had our showers.

Unit was fresh and very clean. All furnishings excellent condition.

Location was great. No extra wool blankets. 1st night was very cold 🥶 we don't like heat pumps running at night they are noisy and dry you out. No milk and the lady accused me of lying with a not nice text. I have never experienced anything like this before. The last day she apologise she got the wrong person.

Walking distance to the riverside track and close to the supermarket. Unit was well equipped, we were able to heat up food conveniently. Loved the place.

We were greeted by a warm, friendly host who kindly let us check in early. We loved that we were given a fesh bottle of milk. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious and very quiet. It was in a fabulous location for us, as we wanted to walk to the Withers Hill WInery. Our host showed us a beautiful walk along the river that would take us there. The Motel is across the road from the Bamboo Garden Restaurant which has an extensive menu including Thai, Chinese and Indian cuisine. I had the most delicious Thai beef salad and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his massaman curry.

What a find! Very impressive motel, felt more like a small luxury apartment with private parking. Everything was very clean, including the corner jacuzzi bath. The decor was cosy and personal, and we were sad to leave after only one night (we booked it as a stop over before getting the ferry). 10/10

The accommodation was modern, clean, spacious, and in excellent condition. It is a very nice motel.

Nothing really. There are only two burners in the kitchenette, so we had to work around making dinner, but it was easy enough.

They let us have an earlier check - and a late check out too. The Motel was lovely and the shower was perfect. We had enough to make breakfast (and a dinner if needed) as it was a long Easter weekend so most shops/ cafe's were closed. Close enough to town to walk in and get a coffee/ breakfast when shops were open. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Unfortunately, my husband had to work on arrival and use wifi for video teams meeting and the wifi struggled and cut out so he used data instead.

Room very clean and enough space. Bathroom was good. Close to town .. little bit of car noise from the road but didn't keep us awake.

This unit had very tasteful, had personal touches and was very clean. The location was great for walking to restaurants. We immediately felt at home and every detail was thought about. We had stayed in several different motels by the time we got to Blenheim and I was so happy to see a diffuser alongside the blowdryer. (I was having hair issues). We appreciated all the recommendations for local restaurants also.

The room was lovely, very homely and all you could ask for.

The parking was quite tight getting in and out. The loud road noise was quite disturbing to get to sleep.

The room was very nice and by far the best I've stayed at during my week down south. Lots of decor to make it feel homely. Beautifully presented and clean. It had cutlery and a microwave in the kitchen plus tea, coffee and milk provided.

The flies. Something outside in the bushes maybe? Was attracting flies. Fly spray was provided thankfully. A service from a pest company would be the way to go.

It was a nice place to stay with everything we needed and close to town.
