Struttura elegante e ben curata. Attenzione ai dettagli. A due passi dal mare con un comodissimo servizio spiaggia. Personale efficiente e cordiale. Abbiamo sfruttato la struttura per un fine settimana ma vale la pena trascorrere qualche giorno in più per sfruttare a pieno tutto quello che offre la struttura. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Forse gli orari della SPA che chiudendo alle 19 rendono poco sfruttabile questa zona nelle lunghe giornate estive dove è piacevole stare in spiaggia fino a tardi.

La colazione, per il livello della struttura e secondo il mio parere, era buona ma non eccellente. Almeno una volta a settimana avrei gradito il salmone e un po' piu' di varietà nei dolci. Anche il personale di sala era un po' "frenetico" e poco empatico o meglio non aveva lo stesso comportamento con tutti gli ospiti. Con qualcuno "moine e salamelecchi" con altri freddezza completa.

Kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer mal wieder in das Hotel. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Zimmer klein aber schön renoviert. Hotel hat es geschafft über viele Jahre den hohen Standart zu halten.

Erstmals haben wir erlebt, dass mehrere Gruppen mit Bussen dort waren. Für die wurden sowohl im Frühstücksbereich als auch am Strand große Bereiche reserviert. War entsprechend laut. Für die Individualreisenden (zahlen immerhin über 300 € pro Nacht) blieben nur dunkle Ecken im Restaurant.

Zuerst waren wir etwas überrascht ab der großen Anlage. Jedoch verteilt sich alles sehr schön und am Strand ist alles top organisiert. Das Essen, wenn man Halbpension bucht, ist einfach der Hammer. Vor allem das Vorspeise, Buffet und besser Buffet. Rest ist à la carte.

Struttura fantastica sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Ambiente curato. Camere rinnovate e super comfort la biancheria, illuminazione, tv e Wi-Fi. Massima pulizia. Posizione e spiaggia funzionali alla struttura. Parcheggio gratuito. Ottima la colazione e vari i servizi di ristorazione. Presente anche edicola e tabacchi.

Assenza nelle camere di un kit preparazione caffè e bottiglie acqua free. Un po’ costoso (soprattutto il caffè) il bar interno nella zona reception. Con staff super professionale, educato e accogliente.

A bit few options for people who have dietary requirements. (Gluten and lactosefree options were limited at the breakfast. The lactosefree joghurt I had to ask if you have, as you are bringing that from the kitchen - if I am not asking I wouldn't know if you have... Also no lactosefree butter at all. )

Great beach! And my daughter enjoyed the nightly kids activities in the amphitheatre, especially the karaoke.

Camera standard un buco x una notte 500 euro. Piu un deposito di 250 se rompi qualcosa nella camera. Agghiacciante.

IL VIAGGIO DI RITORNO VERSO CASA

Da Italiano in vacanza in Italia appena sono entrato nel ristorante grill/pizzeria ho avuto il grande dispiacere di leggere nei fuori menù...PIZZA CON L'ANANAS , essendo io un patriottico solo perchè ero con la famiglia sennò avrei lasciato immediatamente la struttura , perdevo i soldi non fa niente ma per me è UNA VERGOGNA!!!! Ed è altrettanto VERGOGNOSO SENTIRMI DIRE DALLA CAMERIERA(italiana) CHE LO FATE PERCHE' VE LO HANNO CHIESTO GLI STRANIERI SEMPRE PRIVILEGIATI IN QUANTO LA PROPRIETA' E' SVEDESE!!! IN ITALIA , IL PAESE DOVE SI MANGIA MEGLIO AL MONDO , GLI STRANIERI MANGIANO ITALIANO !!!! IN MOLTI ALTRI POSTI NEL NOSTRO PAESE CHI CHIEDE PIZZA CON L'ANANAS VIENE ACCOMPAGNATO ALL'USCITA . Per non parlare poi dei prezzi del bar (acqua2,20€) stile COSTA SMERALDA però siamo a CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA vi vorrei ricordare !!! LA PRIMA FILA DEGLI OMBRELLONI E' SOLO PER CHI HA LA SUITE !!! VE LO DICO IO QUI PERCHE QUANDO PRENOTATE NON VI AVVISANO ! MI HANNO MESSO IN QUARTA FILA E HO DOVUTO DISCUTERE ALLA RECEPTION POICHE' LA SPIAGGIA E' GESTITA INTERAMENTE DAI BAGNINI !!! La struttura in generale è molto bella e accogliente. Bellissima la piscina. Area colazione accogliente

La nostra camera e bagno erano piuttosto piccoli e sicuramente non all’altezza della cifra spesa.. Per il prezzo mi sarei aspettata qualche confort in più. In altri resort di lusso tipo Bluserena abbiamo speso meno addirittura con pasti inclusi.

Schönes modernes Hotel,. Zimmern mit allem was man braucht, eher klein aber genug schränke. Bequeme Betten. Parken vor dem Haus mit Elektro Lader gegen Bezahlung.

Einfach etwas teuer wenn man die Fitness und spa Infrastruktur nicht braucht, mit 300 Euro pro Nacht. Getränke an der Bar auch etwas teuer.

Comfortable room and black out blinds. Breakfast was similar to 5 star hotels with broad variety, beautiful decor and egg station with chef. Beach chairs were designated which is a pleasant change to most hotels. Baby kitchen was very handy to use. Pool area was great for adults and kids with shady area. Beach bar was also fab.

Minor issue -The pizza restaurant wasn’t great. Ordered pizza with fresh basil and it had none, let it slide but then Greek salad arrived with zero cucumber, mostly feta and capsicum and a few lonely olives. Staff were fine about sending it back for some cucumber but it was still pretty awful considering such a simple meal. Everything else was fine avd this is the only complaint.

If you want to spent 600 euro per night for 35 m2 room out of which is 7 m2 balcony with parking view you never use. And all of it in a hotel that seems to be built in yearly 00s then you might like it. I did not. I requested cancellation 1.5 weeks before and then on spot when I saw the room. Both denied. The manager of the hotel put all blame on booking.com.

Beach access amazing, the trees around the villas beautiful, great to be close to Castaglione della Pescaia, pool area nice. Air con through the villa and great layout, nice kitchenette.

Resort restaurants below sub par and overpriced, no kiosk or food in the pool or on the beach, €38 to change a sheet or €9 to do your own washing - totally absurd for any resort or hotel, I’ve never experience that.

Struttura moderna, accogliente e con disponibilità di tutti i servizi. La cena al ristorante La Palma è stata un’ottima esperienza ogni sera. Una menzione per il servizio a Ibi che, con la sua gentilezza, ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

Forse meglio la colazione con alternative per chi ha problemi di intolleranze.

Die Lage gut für Rennradtouren, zu Fuß Restaurants erreichbar, Frühstück bis auf normales Schwarzbrot alles da, sehr sauberes Zimmer, Strand super mit immer dem selben Schirm mit zwei Liegen,

Dass man am Abreisetag nur bis 11:00 Uhr am Strand bleiben darf sonst muss man einen Tagespreis zahlen. Es waren über die Hälfte der Liegen nie benützt! Und leider gibt es nicht wirklich einen guten Raum um die Rennräder sich zu verwahren.

La posizione, la colazione varia e di qualità. Spiaggia ben tenuta, location privilegiata.

Gestione dell'esperienza ben al di sotto delle aspettative. A fronte di una semplice richiesta di estensione del check-out di 30 minuti (a fronte dell'iniziale richiesta di posticipo di 1 ora in fase di prenotazione!) non ho percepito alcun realte tentativo di comprendere le nostre esigenze specifiche. Più che il rifiuto della richiesta, mi ha deluso l'approccio estremamente rigido e la sensazione di ricevere risposte standard senza un vero dialogo. Ho lasciato una recensione più dettagliata su Google Maps.

Cleaners woke us up every morning talking, banging around at 7.30 am. Can’t get air con to go below 22 degrees. Very strict about beach towels being cleaned and returned at end of stay.

The room was nice. Big bed and plenty of storage space.

That you had to pay for a lot of extras, for example for fresh orange juice for bfast, for a mattress for the sunbed. Extra if you wanted your towels changed every day. They say it’s for the environment but then why do they provide small plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body cream? Wouldn’t it make more sense to refill large bottles? Front desk people were not very knowledgeable. If you had no car you are stranded. The hotel does not offer tours anywhere. The pizza and salad in the restaurant were hopeless.

Costo esagerato del cibo nei ristoranti della strutturata. Nel ristorante pizza & grill una Caesar Salad arriva a costare 22 euro! Davvero esagerato

strávili jsme zde krásnou rodinnou dovolenou v květnu. místo je v nádherném prostředí obklopeného borovicovým hájem. čistota vevnitř i venku perfektní. Velmi milý presonál.

V kuchyni nám chyběla myčka na nádobí, ale věděli jsme to. Málo věšáků na sušení ručníků.
