Att personalen var hjälpsam när vi ville avboka på plats.

Vårt ena rum var inte ordentligt städat. Det låg hår på sängen och den var vita fläckar på säng och golv. Vi fick dock fin hjälp att avboka och kunde byta hotell då de var fullbelagda.

Bathroom looks good but shower pressure is poor. Room smaller than photos suggest. No fridge in room - have stayed in similar quality hotels and rooms have had a small fridge.

La ubicación, justo al lado de una salida de metro. El personal del hotel muy atento y amable. Y la limpieza.

Que no tuvieran recepción 24 horas. El desayuno poco variado y un poco escaso, especialmente faltan dulces. Que hagan las habitaciones cada cuatro días.

Wenn man begriffen hat, dass das Hotel erst im 2. Stock beginnt, ist es übersichtlich.

The only thing we like was the location, everything was around the hotel including transportation.

Not value for money, the rooms are very small, the facility has very basic amenities. If they are offering a double room then it should have space for two people. Even the breakfast was basic. The room was clean and the staff was supportive.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé. Au dessus du métro, c’est pratique. Le quartier est bien fourni en boutique, restaurants, pharmacie et librairie. Petite attention très agréable pour notre voyage de noces. On les avait prévenu à l’avance et nous avons eu droit à une carte et des chocolats. Merci à l’hôtel pour cette jolie attention.

Le petit déjeuner était très léger pour le prix. Très peu de diversité, aucune viennoiserie. Pas de chocolat chaud (je parle de vrai chocolat avec du lait, pas de la poudre et de l’eau). On en fait vite le tour au bout de deux jours. J’ai sauté le mien le 4ème jour et j’ai préféré un café en face de l’hôtel. À partir de 17 ou 18h, il n’y a plus personne à la réception, c’est un vrai problème. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, ou très mal. Du coup difficile d’aérer les chambres. Pas de sèche serviette dans la chambre, du coup pas génial quand c’est humide pour faire sécher les serviettes ou des vêtements qu’on aurait lavés.

The location is perfect. Right above Fridhemsplan metro station, where the green and blue metros cross. Plenty of grocery stores, a big Coop in the same building, as well as ICAs and Lidl also very close. The old town (Gamla Stan) is also reachable with nice walk along waters. The room was very clean, the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is quite good, do not compare with a 5-star hotel. Gluten free bread is also offered. Tea and coffee with water boiler available in the room. There is hair dryer. I would come here again!

Windows are quite old and not insulating well, this applies both noise and cold. This time it wasn't cold but in the winter it can be more problematic. There is no suitable space for the suitcase, one has to step over it. The 'table' is very small. I did not like the scent of the soap and shampoo+body wash, for me it was very strong but this is a personal taste, others may like it.

L'albergo è posizionato vicino alla metro e questa è stata una grande comodità per i nostri spostamenti durante il soggiorno, la camera era in ordine anche se un po' troppo piccola, nel complesso comunque siamo stati bene.

La colazione è praticamente incentrata solo sul salato con salumi, formaggi e polpettine, mentre quella dolce andrebbe assolutamente migliorata essendoci solo dei biscotti e due tipi di marmellata,

Fantastic staff. I hadn't received any of the emails they had sent me regarding the digital key. (Issue with my email) I reached out to one of the staff via the phone number provided and we got the issue sorted within 10 mins. Basic hotel room. Fairly new furnishing. Some complimentary coffee and tea. Hairdryer - yes. Iron, ironing board - no.

The bathroom flooded after every shower. My guess is that the drain may have been partially clogged. The fact that the shower didn't have a tray to contain the water that couldn't evacuate made it to overflow to the toilet and vanity area. Drain smell in the bathroom. I had to keep the door closed.

Das Hotel war zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber mit der Tunelbanen in zwei Stationen erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

Location is really good if we are talking about geographical point of view. You can reach each major museum within 45min. Walk.

There was no fridge in the room, even a small one, there is no conditioner in the room also. Breakfast was 50/50, potato pancakes and vegan meatballs, boiled eggs, but no mayo, 3 types of meat 1 cheese. I think that price should be lowered to mach the experience.

Odlična lokacija za sve obilaske, odmah pored je metro i više autobuskih linija. Hotel sasvim pristojan, zaposleni su veoma ljubazni i hrana za doručak je bila ok. Veliki plus što nam je soba bila spremna čim smo stigli iako je to bilo pre naznačenog vremena za check in.

Iako je posteljina bila čista, jastuci su imali neprijatan miris.

Lautstärke im Zimmer. Die Fenster waren nicht richtig schließbar und man hatte das Gefühl direkt an der vielbefahrenen Straße zu sitzen. Ohne Ohrstöpsel war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Im Treppenhaus hingegen war das Fenster zur Straße top schallisoliert. Wieso nicht im Zimmer? Den Hinweis auf ein innenliegendes Zimmer wäre bei der Buchung hilfreich gewesen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein.

Bra frukost. Bra läge. Rummen helt ok.

O serviço do Hotel é relativamente bom. Mas a Booking, não o hotel, me cobrou mais por uma estadia que eu já tinha feito a reserva. Depois de feitio a reserva por três dias num valor acordado, pedi para cancelar um dia. Dentro do prazo. A Booking aceitou o cancelamento mas aumentou o valor das diárias. Acabei pagando praticamente o mesmo por apenas dois dias! Como confiar em uma empresa, em um aplicativo como esse. E eu sou cliente preferencial. Quer dizer. Era. Fui. Porque golpista de aplicativo é dose! Sorte que há concorrência. Você cliente. Cuidado com a Booking

Schönes kleines Zimmer, Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Verfügte über eine Nische, die für Koffer genutzt werden konnte, sodass diese nicht viel Platz wegnahmen. Direkt neben einer U-Bahn Station, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum kommt.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and excellent value for money. Location is excellent - right next to metro and only a few stops from the city. Breakfast was great - good variety and healthy options. Staff were super helpful, allowing us to leave luggage and booking a taxi for us.

Nothing - good option for this price point.

Stanza ottima con tutte le cose fondamentali per un breve soggiorno. Bagno bello. Ottima posizione per esplorare Stoccolma. Personale molto disponibile. Pulizia buona.

Non essendoci le tapparelle le tende oscuranti non bastano, quindi d'estate la luce entra prestissimo.

De locatie was uitstekend en de kamers waren wel modern.

Er hing een vieze lucht in de kamers. Na 4 nachten verblijf is er niet een keer schoongemaakt. We kregen pas nieuwe handoeken toen we dit bij de receptie vroegen. Ontbijt was zeer beperkt en matig. Aan de straatkant was er heel veel herrie van het verkeer. De douchekraan had bijna geen druk, dus douchen was ellende. De bedden waren erg klein.

L'arredo della camera, piuttosto datato. Lo stesso per le tende, che avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Svært god lokasjon. Hotellet har er godt plassert gode mattilbud i nærheten og dagligvarer. Systembolag ett kvartal unna. Fridhem er også en T-banestasjon, så man er veldig godt plassert. Frokosten er helt OK og en veldig blid dame som fyller på. Selvom hotellet er selvbetjent med begrenset åpningstid i resepsjonen, er de tilgjengelige via chatten her i Booking.com. Det er digg å låse seg selv inn og ut på egenhånd. Null stress med å la bagasjen stå etter check out.

Vi hadde rom ut mot hovedgaten og den var det mye sirener og tuting. Husk ørepropper. Aircondition mangler. Sengene er helt ok. Savner stekt egg og bacon.

Helt okej frukost. Centralt läge precis bredvid tunnelbanestationen Fridhemsplan.

The room and bathroom was very clean. The location is good. Very near the train to get into the city. Supermarket near by.

The front entrance and lobby do not look very appealing. The room was very small. I asked for a quiet room and was told I would have a ‘quiet courtyard view’. We were actually overlooking a car park. We were woken at 2am by lots of shouting and then at 6am by lorries and cars. The breakfast was ok but not much selection. It was very expensive for 1 night.

Aamiaisella oli sopivasti valikoimaa ja ainekset olivat tuoreita. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Henkilökunta vastaanotossa ja aamiaisella todella avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Läget är fantastiskt med närhet till Tunnelbanan. Personalen var tillmötesgående, hjälpsamma och trevliga och var lätta att komma i kontakt med.

Trasiga kaffemuggar på hotellrummet och frukostrummet. Väldigt enkel frukost. Skulle uppskatta lite fler val och äggröra/bacon. Toalettrullehållare var trasig och låg på golvet när vi checkade in och vatten flöt ut på hela badrumsgolvet eftersom det saknades stopp i duschväggen. Eftersom det inte städades mer än var fjärde dag hade det varit uppskattat om man själv kunde få hämta rena handdukar vid behov.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού!! Στα 20m βρίσκεται ο σταθμός του μετρό από τον οποίο περνάνε 2 γραμμές μετρό. Στα 150m βρίσκεται στάση λεωφορείου με γρήγορη πρόσβαση στην παλιά πόλη. Η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και είχε αρκετά εστιατόρια για φαγητό και σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς δίπλα. Εύκολο το ηλεκτρονικό check in με κωδικό που μας στάλθηκε πριν την άφιξη μας που ήταν αργά το βράδυ.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, αλλά ευτυχώς χωρούσαν οι αποσκευές μας κάτω από το κρεβάτι. Ήταν χωρίς κλιματισμό και χωρίς ψυγείο. Την μια μέρα που ανέβηκε η θερμοκρασία υποφέραμε από τη ζέστη το πρωί. Ευτυχώς είχε δροσιά το βράδυ. Τα παράθυρα άνοιγαν λίγο. Η ρεσεψιόν κλείνει νωρίς και δεν υπάρχει κανείς μετά τις 17.00. Το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολύ φτωχό και δεν είχε καθόλου κέικ ή γλυκά.Είχε κάτι κουλουράκια που τελείωναν γρήγορα. Παρά πολύ βασικό και καμία ποικιλία. Είχε μόνο αυγά βραστά και όχι ομελέτα. Κάθε μέρα είχε τα ίδια vegan κεφτεδάκια! Μαζεύεις μόνος σου τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια από το τραπέζι και μεταφέρεις τον δίσκο. Μείναμε 5 βράδια και ήρθαν να αλλάξουν σεντόνια και να καθαρίσουν μετά το 4ο βράδυ!! Το γνωρίζαμε αυτό αλλά θα πρέπει να αδειάζουν τουλάχιστον τα καλαθάκια στην τουαλέτα κάθε 2 μέρες. Υπήρχαν μια μικρή πετσέτα χεριών και μια πετσέτα μπάνιου για τον καθένα για 5 διανυκτερεύσεις! Δεν υπήρχε καν πετσέτα για τα πόδια... Πήγαμε και πήραμε και άλλες πετσέτες για να μαζεύουμε τα νερά μετά το μπάνιο.

Die Lage direkt an der U- Bahn ist praktisch. Es gibt einige Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Der Preis für die gute Lage ist allerdings, dass es sehr laut ist. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar.

Finom reggeli, pont elegendő volt minden reggel. Tiszta és kényelmes szoba, jó ágy. A beléptetés, a check-in és a hotel kommunikációja tökéletes volt. Közel a metró és minden főbb buszjárat, ami a belvárosig elvisz, tömegközlekedéssel 15 perc a Central Station.

Talán csak a régi ablakok miatt volt zaj, mert éjszaka és hajnalban nagyon behallatszik az utca forgalma.

The breakfast has variety and healthy choices! The facilities were very modern and it was noiseless.

I would like the towels to be changed and the rubbish to be taken out every day or every other day and not every fourth day as it’s pointed to us.

Værelser var for små, ingen plads til kufferter ig andet. Morgenmad gav intet at glæde sig til,- det ringeste jeg kan huske på noget hotel overhovedet. Og det er mange hoteller! Hotellet gav indtryk af billige løsninger hele vejen rundt. Kommer aldrig igen.

L’hotel e’ semplice, essenziale. Nonostante non abbia una vera e propria entrata perché si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo e’ pulito e curato negli spazi interni. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate e il letto comodo. La tv grandissima per la camera. La colazione è in stile nordico, con pochissime opzioni dolci. Ingredienti buoni, di qualità e in quantità. Opzioni molto comode di self check in e check out.

Il sistema di scolo dell’acqua della doccia non è molto efficiente e nonostante si faccia attenzione, il bagno si allaga. Gli asciugamani a disposizione sono pochi, ma basta chiederne qualcuno in più e lo staff li fornisce. La pulizia della stanza viene effettuata ogni 4 giorni, su richiesta può essere anticipata. Io suggerirei almeno un passaggio veloce per il bagno e per svuotare i cestini. L’impianto di ventilazione è un po’ rumoroso.

Hotel in posizione ottima, adatta per muoversi in comodità nella città di Stoccolma. Stanza di dimensioni buone, pulita e accogliente. Personalmente non abbiamo avuto problemi con l'assenza di pulizia durante il soggiorno: abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché ne abbiamo viste molte altre che non avevano la finestra in camera e questa invece ci sembrava perfetta. Colazione con buona scelta salata (sul dolce non saprei, non mangiandone: ma ho visto yogurt, marmellate, pane, frutta e brioche). Per me punto di forza anche la presenza di bollitore e tazze in camera. Attenzione agli orari del check-in, che seguono l'orario di apertura della reception: basta inviare una richiesta e potete fare semplicemente late check-in in autonomia. Struttura consigliatissima direi!

Завтрак был скудный, проще сходить поесть в какое-то из заведений неподалеку за те же деньги, только вкуснее будет. Если у вас окна выходят на дорогу, будет очень шумно.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. Communication with the hotel staff beforehand was excellent. The online check-in process for our late arrival worked very well, and the digital key for all doors was available on our phones at any time. All our requests—specifically for a quiet room and a parking space—were accommodated perfectly. Our rooms and bathrooms were renovated, very clean, and in excellent condition. There were extra pillows in the wall shelving, just in case we needed them. The shower enclosure design isn't quite ideal. Note: The hairdryer is located next to the mirror in the room. Breakfast offers options for everyone: standard, vegetarian, and vegan. We had a minor issue with our parking space at one point, but it was immediately resolved by the friendly woman at reception. The location offers excellent access to public transport.
