La ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren y bus, la excelente atención de Antonia y Pasquale. Pedimos desayuno y estuvo muy bien también. Es cómodo y limpio.

The location was perfect. 15 minutes from the port, 10 min from the city center or square, 10 min from the train station. Front desk staff was very freindly, the room was clean and had a private bathroom. Breakfast starts at 8am so we didn't do breakfast because we were out before that.

Quiet hour was 10ish, the rooms were literally next to each other so when people come in loud it wakes you up. We had a group of guys coming in at 2am, drunk or laughing loud, everyone woke up because another room actually came out and told them to be quiet. No one is there after 6ish so it is what it is.

The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The overall stay was okay and the accommodation was functional for a short visit.

The furniture feels quite dated and the place would benefit a lot from a more modern renovation. The bathroom in particular did not look very good and there was also a strange smell coming from it. The refrigerator released quite a lot of heat into the room, which made it difficult to keep a comfortable temperature. There was also noticeable noise coming from the hallway, so the soundproofing could be improved. The biggest issue was the hot water. We did not know that the shower was connected to a limited boiler, and the hot water suddenly ran out while I was washing my hair. I had to finish the shower with cold water, which was very unpleasant. Overall, considering the price, we expected better facilities and a higher standard. It was an acceptable stay, but in our opinion a bit too expensive for what was offered.

I liked everything about Sorrento Relais. It was very comfortable, clean and breakfast was lovely and staff were amazing. Had a great stay.

We stayed at Sorrento Relais last week and honestly, we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. This is a wonderful family-run business that truly deserves every bit of success and all the business it gets. The staff were absolutely outstanding , friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Nothing was ever a problem. A special mention must go to Tonia and Karia, who were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made our trip even more memorable. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every single day. I stayed in a single room, while my sister and brother-in-law stayed in a double room, and all of us were extremely impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The breakfast was unbelievable value at just €5 for a buffet! Honestly, where else would you find a buffet breakfast for that price? There was cereal, fresh fruit, breads, sweet treats, tea, coffee, toast, juice, and much more. Trust me, you definitely won't leave hungry! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore everything Sorrento has to offer, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation and service. Sorrento Relais exceeded all our expectations. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return whenever we're back in Sorrento. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Que tuviese persiana, la ubicacion, el aire acondicionado. Me guardaon la maleta durante unas horas despues de dejar el alojamiento,todo un detalle.

La ducha no tenia presion, la habitacion contaba con una nevera que en mi caso no funcionaba, cuando se lo comente me dejaron poner mi botella de agua en su nevera grande de fuera, pero tampoco resolvio del todo el problema.

Se escucha absolutamente TODO de las habitaciones contguas? No se puede descansar, hasta escuchas como vibra el celular del otro. Fatal la acustica, tienen que hacer algo con eso con lo caro q es el alojamiento. Mal gusto en la decoración de la habitación

Le lit est très confortable, le personnel très accueillant, et le petit déjeuner buffet varié et consistant.

Le lavabo était complètement bouché à notre arrivée, la douche fermait difficilement, et l'odeur de produits nettoyants très forte dans la chambre. Le bruit de la rue continue tard et commence très tôt, il faut donc dormir avec des boules quies.

Conveniently located to the town centre and old town. Clean and comfortable. The €5 per person breakfast was satisfying and the lady in the dining room was lovely.

Расположение отличное, персонал дружелюбный, уборка номера каждый день. Завтрак был очень вкусный.

Не повезло с расположением номера: он на 1-м этаже и один из самых дальних от стойки ресепшн и видимо вплотную примыкает к зданию рядом. Около 5-ти утра начинался жуткий грохот, или ремонт, или мусор вывозили, что это было мы так и не поняли. Старались лечь раньше, чтобы успеть выспаться.

It wasn't housed in its own seperate building. Breakfast room you had to negoiate steep stairs with no handrail. Breakfast items (if requested)could have been brought to room.

Great experience in Sorrento. The place has everything you need. Extremely clean, staff is friendly and breakfast was amazing. I would absolutely recommend. Location is 10/10 and very safe.

Please update the listing (tourist tax is not mentioned) and the information you share with guests (WhatsApp) re tourist tax. After you asked for the tax, I checked with the commune, and the tourist tax in Sorrento applies only from April 1st to October 31st, and the cost amounts to €4 per person. We were not charged after we challenged the charge, but the communication needs to be corrected from your end.

La struttura è posizionata in posizione secondo me strategica perché nelle adiacenze del centro storico di Sorrento ma allo stesso tempo non in posizione tale da rendere impossibile l'utilizzo dell'auto (e dei parcheggi!). Il personale si è messo a completa disposizione accontentando le nostre richieste anche oltre ciò che era dovuto. Consigliatissimo.

La atención fue excelente! Nos adelantaron el desayuno para poder tomar nuestro tren, está a 500mts del tren y del centro. Teníamos pava eléctrica en la habitación, secador de cabello, aire acondicionado y frigobar. El desayuno completo, tenía tostadas fiambres huevos fritos y frutas

Sugeriría disponer de un microondas para calentar cosas.

Todo sorrento es bonito.

No me gustó ver que la gente que pasea a sus perros no limpie las deposiciones que hacen y ensucian las veredas.

La habitación era muy cómoda y el alojamiento está muy cerca de estación de tren para llegar a Nápoles y Pompeya, además de bus y puerto para ir a Amalfi y Positano. Pero aún mejor fue la atención del personal, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y recomendar.

O tamanho do quarto é muito bom. O atendimento é excelente e o café da manhã bem caprichado.

I liked that the property was accessible to the train station and that there were many good eating establishments within walking.

We had a window with blinds that would not go up and we were never able to see outside. The bed was very hard and there has to be a way to keep the eggs warm that's served at breakfast.

B&B molt cèntric però necessita una actualització del mobiliari i les instal·lacions. L'esmorzar molt limitat. Érem dues parelles amb dos habitacions i amb les dues passava el mateix.

The one thing that stands out most with this B+B is the host Ilaria she is very warm and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble . The Rooms are clean warm comfortable and well equipped . The location is excellent being central to the railway station , buses and hospitality venues . I highly recommend a stay here . Reginald Bennett .
