View Hotel BRC

Nossa estadia no View Hotel BRC foi boa no geral. O hotel possui uma vista realmente muito bonita para Bariloche e para o lago, o ambiente é agradável e o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom.

Pelo preço cobrado e pela proposta do hotel, esperávamos um cuidado maior com a limpeza da roupa de cama, Wi-Fi rápida, um café da manhã mais elaborado e alguns pequenos serviços adicionais que tornariam a experiência realmente diferenciada (café/chá a noite). No banheiro, o chuveiro não mantinha uma pressão de água constante, o que prejudicava um pouco o conforto durante o banho.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no se correspondía con lo publicitado, no te podías mover con facilidad. El desayunó muy justo y sin fruta natural y poco variado. Lo peor fue el acceso al hotel ya que has de subir unas cuestas muy pendientes que te dejaban asfixiado. No se corresponde el precio con la calidad.

En general todo bien

Hotel limpo, calefação boa, quarto com frigobar, secador de cabelos, ducha ótima, donos super simpáticos! A vista da hanela do quarto é para o laho e montanhas, lindo! Fica a 8 minutos do centrinho.

Eu não tive problemas mas é importante que quem considera esse hotel saiba que do centro até o hotel é necessário subir ladeiras.

Nos tocó salir antes que se sirviera el desayuno y aún así nos lo prepararon antes solo para nosotros y ademas la encargada ( una pena no haber preguntado su nombre ) nos averiguó cómo estaba el acceso al aeropuerto con defensa civil por las tremendas nevadas. También una mención a Carlos que nos brindó todo el tiempo su atención. Un detalle súper destacable. Lo Recontra recomendamos.

A localização é ótima. Fica bem próximo ao centro. A vista é linda. Os donos são pessoas muito agradáveis e simpáticas. Sempre muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Não sei como funciona o retorno do imposto, mas também não perguntei. Pensei que seria automático considerando que fiz o pagamento lá.

Hotel familiar, com quartos confortáveis e banheiros novos. Secador de cabelo ótimo! O café da manhã é bom e a localização bem próxima do centro (tem um morro pra subir, mas nada que atrapalhe ). Sr Carlos e Sra Maria Helena são uns amores , sempre prontos a nos ajudar com informações sobre a cidade. A vista para o lago é linda!!

This is a vague and clean hotel within walking distance to the city centre. We stayed only one night and it was very pleasant. Easy access, good breakfast and friendly staff

La chambre possède une superbe vue sur la montagne et le lac. Aucun bruit. Très bien pour recuperer aussi. Le centre ville est très proche. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon. Mention spéciale pour la bonne humeur et les informations de qualité de Maria Helena. Je reviendrai !!!!!

A recepcionista, Maria Helena, nos recebeu com muita simpatia e foi foi muito prestativa ao longo da nossa estadia. Nosso quarto tinha vista para o lago e as montanhas com neve.

La vista es impagable. Maria Elena le pone absolutamente toda la onda y te hace un montón de recomendaciones útiles. El hotel es sumamente limpio y se disfruta mucho que si bien esta cerca del centro se puede disfrutar de calma y silencio en el lugar ademas de las ya mencionadas vistas impresionantes

Me gustó mucho la comodidad, limpieza y decoración del hotel. Era precioso, acogedor y el personal muy amable y atento. Viajé con mi hija pequeña de 4 años y fue bastante agradable. Pude disfrutar de un lugar seguro, con una vista preciosa al lago Nahuel Huapi. Me permitió desconectarme bastante. Muy recomendado.

A vista do quarto para o lago é bem bonita e o tamanho do quarto é bom.

Fechamos um quarto que contava com ar condicionado como comodidade (tenho como provar pois estava descrito na minha reserva, eu chequei) mas o funcionário responsável disse que só nos daria o controle do ar condicionado do nosso quarto mediante ao pagamento de uma taxa extra. Outro ponto que nos incomodou é que todas as vezes que você precisar entrar no hotel, independente do horário, você precisa tocar uma campainha e esperar que esse mesmo funcionário abra a porta, o que é desconfortável e tira sua autonomia. Mais uma situação negativa é que o cartão de abrir a porta deu defeito diversas vezes e precisamos pedir ajuda para entrar no quarto estando cansados e a noite, foi estressante. E por fim, vale destacar que o café da manhã limitado e todas as questões mencionadas anteriormente me faz pensar que teria sido melhor alugar um airbnb e fazer um café com coisas do mercado ou até mesmo tomar café da manhã em uma padaria. De fato não é um hotel que eu recomendaria.

Fantastischer Blick vom Zimmer auf den See. Zimmer nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr sauber. Frühstück wurde sogar bei früher Abreise uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Tolle Tipps für Erkundungen und Restaurants. Wir waren zweimal auf unserer Reise in diesem Hotel, weil es uns gut gefallen hat.

Os anfitriões são pessoas maravilhosas, não sabem o que fazem para te deixar confortável para que seja uma boa estadia. Local próximo do centro e outros restaurantes.

Algumas regras com horários sobre silêncio: achei incomum.

O ambiente é intimista, aconchegante e acolhedor, te faz sentir em casa! O diferencial são os funcionários, que foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e cuidadosos conosco. O quarto é extremamente confortável, aquecido e bem cuidado.

Gostamos de tudo, foi perfeito!

Hospitalidade e gentileza dos anfitriões, silêncio e uma bela vista do quarto, tudo limpo e aconchegante, localização ótima.

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

Atendentes solícitos, quarto agradável, café da manhã gostoso, boa limpeza. Próximo de restaurantes, e mesmo do centro, fazíamos tudo a pé. Recomendo.

Café da manhã muitoooo ruim. Pão/pao/ pão bolachas/ biscoito/ rolo Carboidratos puro o tempo inteiro , ovos gordurosos. Péssimos. Quartos muito quentes. Tem que abrir a janela a porta pra esfriar falei com várias vezes com recepcionista e não teve jeito.

Location, the breakfast, amazing views from our room and the staff were so friendly. The owners couldn’t do enough for us :) They helped us by storing a bag as we completed a hike, helping us turn the heat down in our room and arranging an early breakfast. Absolutely exceptional place!

It was relatively clean.

Too expensive for what you get. In particular because the host commits borderline fraud by charging black/blue market rates when converting dollars to peso and gets angry when you mention it. In addition, you cannot enter the hotel by yourself but you must always (!) ring and wait to be let in. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds only semi comfortable.

They had a large garage space to store our bicycles and took care of disposing our boxes. The staff was super friendly and helped us non Spanish speaking travelers navigate the city

The wifi sometimes was slow in the room and in general the wifi can be better. The hotel is locked all the time and you have to ring the bell to get in (would be nice if there was a key for the guests) They wouldn't let us park the car in the hotel before we checked in (we had to park it somewhere to check in) We still gave the hotel a 10 beacuse it's good value for money

The rooms were very hot! Faulty heating system? Would be nice if there was a kettle to make tea or coffee in the rooms.

The hotel and room are gorgeous, beautiful view, very comfortable, clean, great size, definitely worth to stay there

A couple owns the hotel. We first spoke with the man, was if not the worst service I ever got, very close to it (he insulted us and was very disrespectful). His wife had to intervene to avoid a conflict. She was extremely nice, but the whole first part definitely ruined our stay there.

The location is close to the downtown but you need to walk uphill to get to the hotel.

Spectacular views from our 2nd floor room. Spotlessly clean and the host and hostess are super friendly and helpful. Feels much more than 3*. Really good value - and a relaxed personalised breakfast. Easy access for walking everywhere in the centre.

Indeed superb view. Simple, nice room. Very nice shower. Bed ok, not very comfy. Breakfast extensive, however more about quantity than quality. In general, quite expensive for what you get. The thing that bothered me the most was the exchange rate the owner uses. It’s a very unreasonable rate comparing the actual exchange rate. We paid almost 20% more than Expedia mentioned. Maybe Expedia should state the extra cost more explicitly. Still, this was het only hotel in Argentina during our trip that used such a unreasonable exchange rate.

Unpleasant experience in a View hotel. Overall, the hotel is well located, not far from the city center. The hotel is weighty and cozy. It looks like a family business. During our stay, I met two male and female regular employees. Only a woman's behaviour and support made our stay at the hotel more enjoyable. For the first time in my experience had un exeptable and unpleasant welcome when we arrived. We traveling a lot around the world with my wife, but we have never experienced the discriminatory experiences we had at this hotel. We were met by a man of great age. I don't understand how such people can run a business. Since we did not speak Spanish, I asked politely if here is other person who speaks English and can assist with translation to clarify,when we were asked to pay a separate fee, because everything was paid in advance and there was no mentioned of a separate local payment on the hotel website. As a result, the conversation left a very unpleasant experience, when a gentleman of honorable age made us realize you were not speaking Spanish then this place is not for you. The man also made it clear that he was Argentinean and did not have to speak English. Google translator is available in our days, but the guy didn't bother to use it either. Something very strange seems to be the internal rules that written no food or drink can be taken to the hotel. Nowhere have I heard it. If you are a smoker you will have difficulties. They are locking main door constantly and each time you going for cigarette the gentleman looks at you like enemy. No bins outside the hotel where you can through your cigarette buts. We collected them in one corner and on the way to town centre each time through them in the nearest bin. You feel like in the prison at the View hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel.
