Very dated and rundown. Black mold in the pool and in the Jacuzzi. And instead of calling our room to tell us, the television was too loud, the security guard woke us up, banging on the door twice during our visit once at 1:30 in the morning and the second time at 3:25 in the morning. Just ridiculous. No Air Conditioning at all. And no little coffee maker nor mini refrigerator.

They was some kind of church cult thing going on all 3 days of our stay. With super loud music going from morning until night. My husband and I went here for our 8th anniversary it wasn’t relaxing like we had hoped. Came home today cranky instead of relaxed and recharged. Rooms smelled like wet dog or dirty wet mop. When I mentioned to staff today upon check out how horrible it was with loud music going all day and night all staff said was they didn’t know there was going to be music. Horrible excuse. I won’t be back.

El cuarto fue un asco por lo que pague instalación muy vieja me arrepentí desde la primera noche pero la vista al mar y la alberca al igual que el servicio me detuvieron, ocupa de masiado arreglo y si continúa así pues bajen el precio a unos 75dlls la noche o menos.

La atención de los meseros en la palapa en la noche y el horario muy corto de la cena te obligan a salirte de las albercas temprano para poder ir a cenar y escuchar música

Antes ,regalaban 2 margaritas al hospedarte, y he poco empezaron a pedir un deposito de 2,000 pesos aparte de tu pago de recervacion, Lo que no dicen hasta que llegas al lugar

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Good American-style breakfast included with the stay. Drinks were reasonably priced as well as really great margaritas! The salsa and tortilla chips were unexpectedly huge! I don’t know how you feel about seagulls… but…
No AC in the room we had, but could open the window. If you opened the window, prepare for bugs! Some of the electrical outlets in the room were scorched (needed repair). Rooms generally clean. No safe in room. “Infinity” pool decidedly less than infinite. You should know also that there is a very small beach access, but there is NOTHING to do in Rosarito besides maybe drink and watch seagulls. You want entertainment? You’re driving for it! Spa prices are pretty expensive (US/European prices!) which is odd for Mexico. That turned us off to doing any spa services.

No running water in room 317 When I called the front the desk they said they were going to send maintenance to check it out. Maintenance never came when my husband went to the front desk, receptionist asked my husband does he really need the water at 5am? My husband replied I paid for a room with a working toilet right? They toiled my husband the water will come back on at 7am and yes the water came back on at 7am however we need a working toilet at 3am n there was no water working in the whole bathroom (shower, sink or toilet)

The hotel is very outdated, you can see mold at the bottom of the pool, the whole building is old, the front doors of the rooms has a gap at the bottom we had to put a towel to make sure bugs didn’t get in just in case. The beds were clean but mattress was so uncomfortable I woke up with a body ache. There is no iron in the room, no hair dryer. We had a room with ocean view but the balcony only had 2 ugly plastic chairs no table.

And one of yr female waiters was not nice at all my daughter asked for pancakes and she came back tell us they had no pancakes so my daughter turn around and noticed that this American couple were eating pancakes that was so rude ! To lie like that it was a complete turn off !!! Abd thats why I gave it the score I did!
