Sehr zentral gelegen und man kann mit Bus und auch zu Fuß sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden.

Es hat alles toll gepasst.

Sehr freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage direkt an der Buslinie 200 und schönes Zimmer. Komme immer wieder gerne.

You could not told the windows, in morning no coffee available (only as full breakfast buffet) and no decent coffee maker in the room and also no nearby coffee-shop. Hotel breakfast for ca 25 Euros not fair value.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était très agréable et confortable, et l’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, avec plusieurs restaurants facilement accessibles à pied. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et très bien achalandé, avec un bon choix pour bien commencer la journée. L’espace balnéo est également un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Même si l’eau de la piscine était un peu fraîche, nous avons vraiment apprécié cet espace, d’autant plus que ses larges horaires d’ouverture permettent d’en profiter facilement.

Nous avons été un peu surpris de découvrir à notre arrivée que la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée était une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, sans que cela nous ait été précisé lors du check-in. Comme nous ne restions qu’une seule nuit, nous n’avons pas demandé à changer de chambre, mais cela aurait été appréciable d’en être informés au préalable.

I liked the overall experience, except for the breakfast

The buffet items were not refilled. I asked for bread because it was out, but I was completely ignored. One day, items were removed almost 30 minutes before the buffet closed.

Location close to the park and quiet. This is the stronger point of this hotel.

Breakfast is average. Basic I would say out of 4 days I skipped half because the choice wasn't that great. The quality of food was ok but not much variety 3 star hotel level but apparently every hotel in Berlin have the same issue so people advise to never take breakfast at hotels next time I will do the same.. A bit too tiny gym. Pool also for some reason was not attractive. Not even once water was replaced in the room. The bath was omitted in cleaning so service also could have been better. I understand that during ifa price is increased but still is not value for money. In typical 4 star hotel you feel you have premium here is a 3 star hotel experience at a premium price. So a bit disappointing.

De kamers waren schoon en ruim. De airco deed het goed wat heel fijn was omdat het buiten meer dan 30 graden was. De ligging van het hotel is heel fijn. Je zit midden tussen de ambassades naast een groot park. en met een fiets van bijvoorbeeld Lime of een scooter van Emmy kon je overal snel naar toe.

Het ontbijt kostte in het hotel 23 euro per persoon. Dat vonden we erg duur. Zeker omdat onze kinderen nauwelijks iets eten bij het ontbijt. Gelukkig was er vlakbij in het park een goed restaurant waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten met versgemaakt brood.

Die sehr gute Lage, ich konnte meine Ziele perfekt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Schönes helles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Siegessäule. Freundlicher Empfang. Ruhig.

La ubicación y las instalaciones son perfectas.

El personal no es el más amable, no nos permitieron usar las instalaciones del hotel como nos dijeron al avisar sobre nuestro early check in y no hablo de la habitación, sino que ni el restaurante nos permitieron usar, sólo una persona fue amable en nuestra estancia, el demás personal muy grosero.

Tutto eccellente dolce, salato lo staff del servizio per la colazione molto cordiale ed attento.

Amazing location! Really close to the Tiergarden and Zoo, 15 minutes walk to the Berlin Gates. Room was clean and cozy, and quite spacious. Also we enjoyed swimming pool and Sauna, included into the stay. Will come back again, no doubts

Aufgrund meines Alters wäre besser das Zimmer mit Dusche anstatt der Wanne.

Das Frühstück war super. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Man kann alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen.

Sonntags ist der Getränkeausschank leider geschlossen.

The only thing I may think of is that on the last day I could hear the people in the room next to me. Other than that it was super quiet.

La qualité des oreillers pourrait être améliorée. Plutôt excentré du centre-ville, sauf si vous aimez les ballades à pieds.

In een nette buurt in Berlijn. Bus 200 ligt voor de deur en bus 100 op ca. 200 meter, die brengen je snel naar het centrum of elders.

Ontbijt was perfect, personeel heel vriendelijk, openbaar vervoer voor de deur, opkorte afstand o.a. restaurants en dierentuin.

The property was fairly sleek. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I loved how the bathroom had heated flooring. The facilities were amazing also.

The big over head shower didn’t work in the bathroom. The new towels which were given to us were dirty. Overall the room was great.

Zentrale Lage, Potsdamer Platz und Bahnhof Zoo sind mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.

Keine wirkliche Umkleide im Sport und spa Bereich.

Perfektní lokalita, milý personál, vynikající snídaně, krásné welness, parkování přímo v garazi v hotelu. Všem doporučuji!

Prostorné pokoje i koupelna, velká terasa. Čistota a moderní interiér. Vynikající výběr jídla k nídani.

Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte ein überzeugendes Design. Das Spa ist nicht sehr goß, hat aber alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Eine 85°-Sauna, ein Dampfbad und ein kleines Schwimmbecken zur Abkühlung, nebst bequemen Liegen zum Ausruhen und einen Fitnessraum. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und wir hatten im 6. Stock einen wunderbaren Blcik auf die Siegessäule und über den Tiergarten hinweg bis zum Alexanderplatz. Großartig.

Unser Hund war herzlcih willkommen, allein das Frühstück mussten wir mit dem Hund auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Das war ein wenig schade, weil der Frühstückraum eine schöne Atmosphäre hatte. Doch war uns das vorher schon angekündigt worden und deshalb keine Überraschung. Die strenge Regel sollte jedoch überdacht werden.

room was tired and rips and tears on furniture. They issued another guest keys to our room that caused my girlfriend to be walked in on while naked which really ruined the experience. Staff were rude and not helpful. Manager was unavailable until checkout at which point his first response to our concern was “this isn’t a 5 star hotel and you need to pay for it if you expect better service”

Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Luftiga och fina rum. Bra frukost. Bra läge till omgivande sevärdheter och trevliga områden.

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer, netter Empfang und Service, gutes Frühstück und sauberer Spa Bereich. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, weil unser Teenager dabei war. Das Zimmer war auch für drei Personen bequem und gut klimatisiert. Parkplätze im Hotel nur begrenzt vorhanden, aber mit Hilfe der freundlichen Rezeption haben wir einen vergleichbaren günstigen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Siegessäule, Brandenburger Tor, zoologischer Garten… alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Berlin Wochenende und würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen!

Had a lovely stay, all the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful - great customer service. The room with the balcony had really nice views. Location very convenient with good transport links. Will definately stay again.

Would be nice if the bottled water in the room was provided daily, not just the first night. Breakfast seemed very expensive but I think Berlin may just be an expensive city.

The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with great access to everything I needed. The value for money is outstanding—I received far more than I expected for the price. The bar is fantastic, with a great atmosphere, and the staff there was extremely friendly and attentive. The quality of service from most of the team was exceptional.

After a long and exhausting journey, I was looking forward to some rest at the hotel. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The room I had booked did not match the description—it was not the room I had ordered. What made it worse was my experience with the receptionist, who was not pleasant at all. On the contrary, her behavior was quite rude, which significantly spoiled the beginning of my stay.

Ein kleines Mango gibt es, unser Zimmer war im 6 Stock und man hörte im Zimmer die Geräusche der Gesamt-Klimaanlage vom Dach neben an.

Very good location; room fairly clean and well designed; some staff was very helpful and went beyond their call of duty to help with some issues

Very noisy. It's not worth the "sound-proofing" claim. Even with windows closed, the car noise was noticeable. I also could hear everything from the neighbors' room (alarm, coughing, music, talking). I specifically asked for a quiet room with windows facing the courtyard. I asked this during booking and sent an email afterwards, yet still ended up with a room facing the street. When I challenged it, the person at the reception claimed that all their rooms face the street, which was not true, as I later confirmed with another staff member.

Female receptionist (long black hair) was a bit passive agressive. Maybe we cought her on a bad day. Never the less, she is hotel representative and she should be a bit more understanding and kinder (and speak better english)

Its location was in a quiet area by a park but within walking distance of the city. It was very clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast’s were awesome with so much selection.

A retractable washing line in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Großes Zimmer, Balkon, schönes Bad, jedoch alles schon etwas abgenutzt

Trotz Reservierung stand kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Extrem unverschämte Reaktion des Personals daraus. Das hat System und wurde mehrfach bei anderen anreisenden Gästen beobachtet.

Es war tatsächlich ein toller Aufenthalt, von wo aus man auch zu Fuß vuele Dachen etreichen konnte und im Grünen war. Zudem war vorallem das Personal am Empfang mega freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

EXcellent hôtel bien placé à côté du parc de Tiergarten. Les chambres sont spacieuses et silencieuses. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bonne literie; ménage efficace et discret. Deux bons restaurants à proximité et un dans le parc de Tiergarten. Salle de sport et piscine agréables. Proximité du zoo de Berlin qui est très sympa à visiter.

Un personnel nombreux et un peu trop pressé de débarrasser la table lors du petit-déjeuner. Les oreillers trop mous. Un peu de marche pour aller vers le centre (Postdamer platz, porte de Brandebourg) : attention aux gens qui ont des difficultés à marcher.

Sehr gute Lage, das Frühstück ist vielseitig und reichhaltig, es lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich.

Die Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können, Berlin und die Menschen in dieser Stadt haben offensichtlich kein Problem ihrem Müll überall liegen zu lassen.

Bardzo przytulny hotel z pysznymi śniadaniami i przemiłą oraz pomocną obsługą. Super lokalizacja, bo okolica spokojna a można na pieszo dojść do wielu atrakcji.

Pillows were lumpy although they did try to put it right for us by getting what seemed like bamboo pillows which were very hard.

Bookning af morgenmaden på stedet var rodet. Vi fik besked på at vi ikke skulle booke bord. Så fik vi besked på at vi skulle have haft booket bord. Så fik vi et bord som vi kun kunne få i 40 minutter. Og der var masser af ledige borde - selv efter de 40 minutter var gået. Vi endte med at gå ud og spise i byen i stedet på resten af turen.
