Apartament położony w sercu Saalbach, w cichej okolicy. Cudowny mikrollimat i bliskość atrakcji są głównym atutem. Obsługa pomocna i uprzejma. Bardzo przydał się schowek na rowery. Karta Joker obejmuje bardzo szeroką ofertę, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Lokacija je izjemna, zelo lahko dostopna.

Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé stejně tak komunikace. Byli jsme zde i minulý rok. A opět když jsme se rozhodovali, kde se v Saalbachu ubytujeme, zvítězilo toto ubytování. Je kousek od lanovek, dá se říct v centru, ale v klidné části. Letos jsme dokonce dostali větší apartmán než jsme si objednali. Mohu jen doporučit.👋

Apartmán je krásný, nový, moderní, čistý a pohodlný. Obsluha je velmi laskavá i ke psům, kteří dostanou k pobytu vlastní deku, ručník, misky a welcome pamlsky. Dům je na skvělém místě, je to kousek do obchodu, na lanovky nebo do aquaparku, který je díky Jokercard zdarma. Krom konvičky na čaj nám nic nechybělo a bylo nám líto, že už musíme jet domů.

Výhled do zahrady je trochu nadnesený 😁

Highly recommend this property! It’s ideally situated just steps from the town center, giving you easy access to everything while being far enough away to escape the noise. Since there’s no restaurant on the ground floor, it is exceptionally quiet at night, making it easy to get a great night's rest. The location is unbeatable for getting around: it’s right next to the Schattberg X-press and the bus stop connecting to Zell am See and Hinterglemm, as well as being extremely close to the Kohlmaisbahn. To top it off, the host was fantastic—super friendly, highly responsive, and always answered via WhatsApp within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Vor allem sehr freundlichem Personal.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Reise war unglaublich freundlich und wertschätzend. Unser Appartement war perfekt. Voll ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, alles neu renoviert, die Bäder hochwertig. Die Fahrradgarage ware geräumig, wir konnten dort problemlos unseren Fahrradträger unterbringen und unsere Fahrräder waren sicher unter. Bei Rückfragen war unmittelbar jemand zu Stelle. Wir kommen so gerne wieder!

Excellent locarion, parking included, very clean and moder rooms and very helpfull staff. Also the Joker card was included in the stay and opened up the possibilities by using the free skilifts to mointain. Really good experience.

God beliggenhed, utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Der var meget rent, og der blev gjort rent en gang i løbet af ugen. Udlejer er “Joker Card partner”, så vi fik et Joker Card, der gav os mulighed for lave en række aktiviteter gratis i området, bl.a. at køre med gondoler.

Generelt var vi meget tilfreds med lejligheden, som var lækker og moderne. Det er derfor en detalje, men det ville have været rart med vaskefaciliteter i ejendommen.

Lovely appartement with modern bathrooms situated on walking distance from the centre of town and both (summer) ski lifts. Perfect for hiking. The host/owner Klarissza was a perfect hostess!

Just two small suggestions. 1. In the appartement (Top1) the curtains did not sufficiently blok the light. Darker curtains would be a better choice. 2. It would have been nice to have a vaccumcleaner in the appartement. We had our dog with us and it would have been nice to be able to vaccum the appartement daily. But nevertheless we really recomend this place. Thankyou for your hospitality!

Die Lage des Apartments ist für Biker perfekt und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, modern und gepflegt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.

Es gab für uns keine wesentlichen Kritikpunkte. Das Apartment entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Niets. Het is een mooi appartement in het centrum van Saalbach. Alles is goed geregeld.

Locatie was goed dicht bij het dorp en liften Alleen de weg liep wat omhoog , met met krukken lopen was moeizaam

Was niet echt een grote woonkamer waar je met z” n allen kon zitten Aleen een slaapbank en een kleine eettafel Waar je niet met 6 pers goed kon eten . Verder misten we een magnetron

Erg schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Dicht bij de pistes en skiliften. Verwarmde ruimte met kluisjes voor alle ski spullen.

Very good location near the town but far enough away to be quiet at night. well- equipped compact kitchen space and nice bathrooms/excellent showers. Loads of storage in the large living room and bedroom. Comfy, large sofa bed. (We were four adults sharing and that worked fine as there are two bathrooms.) Heated boot/ski lockers were very handy. Nice view of the closest bubble lift - Bernkogel - which is just a a few minutes’ walk away and Schattberg in the distance. Nice details like a reading light on the wall next to the sofa bed show some thought has gone into fitting out the living space.

Nothing - it was great. Would just be nice to have a second locker key maybe, to facilitate speedy getaways in the morning if you’re all off to different ski areas, but there is a key box outside for the door key and locker key, so one set of keys works.

App 11De ruimte in het appartement

App 11 Hadden geboekt via booking bij Appartements Furstauer aan de oberdorf 336. Met foto's van Furstauer en het appartement. Dag voor de afreis ontvingen we een nieuw adres. Week voor vertrek moesten we ook de toeristenbelasting al betalen wat wij nog nooit hadden meegemaakt. Alles ging via berichten of mail. Leek wel of we communiceerden met een chatbot. Parkeren bij gebouw was niet mogelijk. Moest op 200 meter. Auto moest geparkeerd worden op ruim een kilometer afstand op een afgelegen terrein. Hadden in de omschrijving een parkeerplaats bij het gebouw Furstauer. Sleutel zat in sleutrlkluis.Het gebouw was een "studentenhuis" met allemaal skileraren/leraressen. Ontvangsthal was met 30 paar stinkende skischoenen en evenveel paren ski 's. Ruimte lag vol met kleding/attributen van skileraren. Gang naar ons appartement stond vol met wasrekkken van kleding en ondergoed van de skileraren ook op de trap lag van alles. Bij brand was dit een gevaarlijk obstakel. We zijn misleid door de foto's en omschrijving van Booking.com. en onze klacht werd makkelijk afgewimpeld. Het appartement klopte met de foto's. Rest was gewoon een drama. Er was geen informatiemap en zelfs geen flessenopener. Keukengerei was een verzameling van restanten. Na bericht en vragen aan onze "chatbot" werd alleen aangegeven dat we op woensdag nieuwe handdoeken kregen en ook een flessenopener. Op informatiemap werd niet gereageerd. Het was gewoon een ordinaire geldklopperij waarbij voor €3800 snel geld werd geharkt. Booking heeft ons met foto's en informatie valselijk geïnformeerd en bij klacht telefonisch en via een no replay mail vreselijk laten vallen

Bliskość do wyciągu narciarskiego, winda, szafki na sprzęt narciarski. Ładne pokoje i łazienka, wszystko świeże i zadbane , wyposażoną kuchnia.

Osoby wynajmujące swoje mieszkania nie rozumieją, że numer parkingu jest przypisany do numeru pokoju. Na cały pobyt tylko raz na chwile udało nam się stanąć na swoim miejscu- akurat nasze było najlepsze bo przy wejściu, ale to brak pomyślenia. Przez to pewnie komuś zastawialiśmy co chwila miejsce , a wszystko jest napisane w wiadomości od gospodarza wystarczy czytać i myśleć.

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön, vor allen Dingen alles sehr leise, gut gedämmt. Genügend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier:-) Gute Anbindung an Lifte und ins Zentrum.

Zu wenig Schneidebretter, Kleine Reibe wäre schön und eventuell ein Brotkorb. Beim Eingagn wäre für das Reinigungpersonal von Vorteil Schuhabstellbretter, dann bliebe der Boden sauberer

Ruim appartement, zeer goede locatie, goede bedden. Extra handdoeken waren beschikbaar.

kredietkaartgegevens werden gevraagd via mail en whats app link , dit is echt niet ok . Cash betaling is niet mogelijk. Toeristentaks moet betaald worden zelfs voor aankomst. Er komt niemand ter plaatse voor check-in of check -out Verwarming deed het niet, bakjes in frigo ontbraken of waren beschadigd. De joker kaart lag niet klaar zoals dat bij andere verblijven wel het geval is. In plaats daarvan krijgt je instructies om app te installeren, account aanmaken ed. Idem voor de bonuskaart maar weer een andere app. Dit zijn taken die de verhuurder op zicht moet nemen en niet moet doorschuiven naar de klant. Als je voor 16u toekomt willen ze early check-in kost aanrekenen. Als je meldt dat je na 16u toekomt, is het antwoord mogelijk extra kost voor late incheck. Dit is geen klantvriendelijke communicatie.

Die Wohnung war angenehm groß, 2 Bäder, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Ski konnten in seperaten beheizten Schränken (zwei Schränke für diese Wohnung, abschließbar) im Ski- Raum aufbewahrt werden.

Die Sitzbank am Esstisch steht gegenüber dem Fernseher und war abends eher sehr unbequem. Das vorhandene Sofa steht abseits und kann zumindest zum Fernsehen nicht genutzt werden.

De parkeerplaats. Onze plaats was bezet door een andere auto. Advies was om onze auto achter deze auto te plaatsen. Gevolg: volgende morgen € 20,- parkeerboete. Wij spraken de eigenaar van de auto, maar die had onze parkeerplaats genomen, omdat die van hem ook bezet was door een andere auto. 's Avonds was onze parkeerplaats weer vrij. wij moesten zelf onze auto overdag ergens anders parkeren à € 30,- Conclusie : misschien toch meer controle of de juiste auto op de juiste plaats staat.

Great location, exceptionally clean. Towels and kitchen towels changed during our one week stay - which was a pleasant surprise. It has a lift from ground floor where skis can be left in vented lockers. Beautiful view.

The only con was lowering attic ceiling in the living room in the Appartment no. 9.

The balcony was also accessed through a door from the hallway and a window from the toilet of the neighboring apartment. The bedroom window faced directly onto the balcony and the bedroom of the neighboring apartment, the curtains had to be kept closed for privacy.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Schlafzimmer und Bad ebenso. Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet , aber der Wohnbereich leider etwas spartanisch. Auch der Balkon leider nicht so schön .

Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen.

Fijne locatie - heel compleet en fijn appartement voor 2 weken. Alles verliep heel soepel bij aankomst en vertrek. Regelmatige handdoekwissel was ook erg fijn. Kortom - heel fijn verblijf hier gehad in Saalbach.

Lokalita je skvělá. Vše proběhlo v klidu a pohodě. Celá oblast se mi líbila a jsou tam perfektně připraveni na návštěvníky.

Single beds were a bit small.

The apartment was just fantastic, it was in a very good shape, quality alll the way through. Very very nice showers, good beds, good kitchen, the dishwasher we didn't use but it was there. Miele stove and dishwasher, 5+. If there is one thing then I would have liked to have a Microwave oven. We (the family) were super happy with it. The distance to restaurants, cabin lift, grocery stores, ... was just around the corner.

I missed a microwave, which apparently the other appartments had... but everything else made this a small thing, as we could use the oven.

We spent a week in Appartements Fürstauer with our family and loved our stay. The property was new,very clean and in a fantastic location, few minutes walk to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops. There is a big supermarket 3 minutes drive or if you prefer to walk 15min.Check in was extremely easy and any questions we had were answered quick. Great heated ski lockers with plenty of space. The apartment had everything we needed, bed and sofa bed were comfortable with quality bedding. We felt like home away from home and will definitely return for another better holiday. We can’t thank enough Family Fürstauer for their kindness and support after my partner had a snow boarding accident and was admitted in hospital awaiting his repatriation to UK. It was extremely difficult for our small children and myself having to deal with this situation alone.Our car hire company did not pick up the car and we had to leave it behind at the property which was very stressful as we didn’t want to cause inconvenience. Family Fürstauer were very understanding, supportive and accommodating!

The property was so close to the lifts and the centre for all shops, apres, and restaurants, modern property with a bath and showers and two toilets! Perfect for group trip!

Excellent location to access lifts, close to town centre but very quiet. Good facilities. Coffee machine so need pods. Well sized basement ski room with boot warmers in private lockers. We were able to leave our luggage in the ski room so we could ski before travelling to airport. The ski room has a private shower. The property is well maintained and is very clean. Good open WiFi. Smart tv. Sofa bed comfortable.

Great place in a location near the center. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive. I messaged them in the booking app to refill the soap and they refilled it in less than one hour !

The apartment which was in the top floor had a triangular roof and at the sides it was a bit low. This was annoying in the toilet. Shouldn't be an issue in other rooms. The bed in the kids room was a bit small for two people.

The location is great and the flats were nice.

Our experience was completely ruined by the way we were treated at the end. We accidently damaged the kitchen counter with a hot pan, which we informed them of and said we would pay for once we received a proper quote. In response, they were extremely rude to us, were pressuring us to pay an arbitrary amount up front without a proper quote, called the police and tried to block our transfer from leaving. We reluctantly paid their arbitrary fee with the promise that a proper quote would be provided within days - upon multiple requests for the quote, they still have not done anything a month later. Additionally, a cleaner entered the flats without prior notice during the week, which is a complete invasion of privacy.

Very spacious apartments. We liked the location. Someone will empty the trash once in the two days and in the middle of the week we got fresh towels. The ski lockers are superb, with ventilation included! Very nice! Even the sofa bed was okay!

No reception... This is no problem, but it would be nice to recieve at least a welcoming brochure with some info about the appartment. Like the ski lockers and that you have to pay the cleaning costs at a different place...

kitchen was a bit dark.

Great location at the end of the pedestrian street and really close to the Bernkogel lift. And even closer yet to one of the slopes where you can end the day (Blue 152). Roomy and fresh interior. Very good ski-room with efficient driers.

Towel was not that clean they have some mark , and suggest to make laundry on the area .

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the lifts and city center. Clean and nice property. There is a small pantry where simple dishes can be prepared. It is not a full kitchen and there was no oven, only a microwave oven.

The room was told to be suitable for 2-4 persons. It's perfect for two persons. Three can stay comfortable, but I would not stay four in such a small apartment. Then I would book one of the larger apartments. Limited selection of kitchen utensils, no toaster and no measures.

Super stay where everything is well organised and clean. The hostess makes sure you are not short of anything and is super friendly!

Only recommendation is better curtains in the bedroom

Location is great, 2 mins from main town center but slightly out of the bustle and lovely views (top floor balcony). We were in the upper floor appt with sloping ceilings but not a problem for us, and appt was larger then expected. Appt was very clean with cosy linen. Every few days rubbish was removed and towels changed.

Couple of kitchen items missing (scissors, small sharp knife, working bottle opener) but just needs updating. Unfortunately no useable garden (other then bike wash) which was a shame.

Very nice stay, beds comfortable, very clean, super friendly staff. Fresh bread delivered daily to your room is a bonus. Great view of the black slope + town from our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel, die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Wirklich kochen war nicht möglich, da vieles fehlte. Es gab in dem Haus schöne Wohnungen, wir hatten leider wohl eines der schlechtesten bekommen. Insgesamt aber sehr wenig Komfort, wie die an die vier Sterne gekommen sind ist mir schleierhaft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einfach. Das Personal hingegen war sehr nett! Habe mich aber trotzdem nicht wohl gefühlt.

Dejlig personale, lækker lejlighed, super beliggenhed. Vi kommer helt sikker igen.
