موظف الاستقبال تعامله سئ والصور في الموقع تختلف عن الواقع ، لاأنصح فيه ابدا للعوائل ، يوجد رائحة سيئة في ممرات وغرف الفندق ، وغرف الفندق غير نظيفة وغير مريحة ، دخلت الغرف ولم اتحمل الروائح المزعجة ثم غادرت بعد دخولي مباشرة ، تجربة سيئة جدا

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Thander served , she was exceptionally polite and had provided me with great customer service. Love the hotel location and the rooms is great for family’s. Clean sheets great AC and good maintenance in bathroom.

الموظفون لا يتكلمون العربيه رغم اننا في دوله عربيه الارضيات كانت سيراميك قديم ولا يوجد سجاد للارضيات الموسيقى تعمل في جميع انحاء الفندق وهذا سبب لنا ازعاج قلة المواقف وضيق المكان الكافي اسعاره فلكيه لابعد درجه الخدمات المعلنه في بوكينق مغايره مثل غرف المساج والساونا لم تكن موجوده

Reviewed Apr 4, 2025As for the hotel location, it is very suitable for those who are near the most important tourist places in the country such as the popular markets, malls, parks, Kuwait Towers and the beautiful tall towers spread within Kuwait City. As for the hotel, I stayed in a suite with two rooms. 17th floor. The suite is a bit small but good for 3 or 4 people. bed is hard and not soft and not comfortable for the back. The blanket is heavy and not suitable and not comfortable at all. The bed cover is torn as shown in the picture. The bathroom is a bit old and does not have slippers. The suite corridor needs to be painted and carpeted and a freshener installed. The lighting is yellow and uncomfortable for the eyes. Overall, the hotel is good for two or three days maximum. The staff is wonderful and good. Parking is available. Elevators are available.

They gave our room to someone else during the Gulf tournament with higher rate due to very high demand. And offered us another room with 4 times the cost if we want. Greedy and unprofessional.
