L’accueil parfait avec des personnes qui parlent le français. L’emplacement à l’entrée de la ville facilite l’accès. L’hôtel est moderne et parfaitement équipé.

La climatisation est centralisée et il faisait chaud sous les toits, nous aurions aimé pouvoir l’utiliser.

El jacuzzi exterior estaba sucio, tenia una especie de grasa dentro y tampoco me gustó que la puerta del baño fuese una especie de mampara en vez de una puerta normal

La ubicación era buena, la habitación acogedora, limpia, con buenas vistas, la cama muy cómoda, el jacuzzi muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Nos gustaría volver!

Nada, lo único que diría es que algunos huéspedes usan el jacuzzi más tarde de las 12 de la noche y el ruido puede molestar un poco.

Het heerlijke verse uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet elke ochtend met gastheren & keuken crew die zorgen dat je niets tekort komt. Een heerlijk schoon ontspannen hotel met super vriendelijk en attent personeel. Het warme welkom na een lange dag reizen was geweldig! Op de kamer heerlijke bedden, genoeg kastruimte, ruime douche en de jacuzzi op de kamer zorgt voor nog meer ontspanning. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo het mooie plaatsje Santillana del Mar in waar je je verbaasd over de vele restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Ook in het restaurant bij het hotel kun je savonds nog wat eten en drinken. Leuk ook die bar bij het zwembad. De parkeergarage onder het hotel was perfect, je liep zo met al je spullen het hotel in vanuit de parkeergarage. Voor het hotel zijn een aantal gratis parkeerplaatsen.

Helemaal niets! Is ons goed bevallen dit een Adults Only hotel. Volgende keer weer!

Very clean and confortable

El alojamiento es el más bonito y cuidado que he conocido jamás y con un personal inmejorable, hasta el aparcamiento está lleno de detalles que te hacen disfrutar de la estancia. La ubicación es excelente, no está en todo el bullicio pero sí muy cerca. La habitación en su totalidad de 10 ( colchones, almohadas, duchas, toallas..) y que decir del pueblo donde está 🥰, repetiré seguro!!!

Sehr gute Ausstattung (Swimming Pool) und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Lage in guter Entfernung zum historischen Zentrum, abseits des Trubels, aber doch nahe dran.

Fantastisch hotel op een geweldige locatie. Supervriendelijk personeel. We hadden een fijne kamer met jacuzzi en mooi balkon aan het zwembad. Heerlijk ontbijt met echt alles erop en eraan. Zwembad faciliteiten zijn ook geweldig. Mooie uitvalsbasis om historische dorpje te bezoeken.

jammer dat het ontbijt niet inclusief is bij een dergelijke kamerprijs. Verder geen enkel minpuntje te benoemen.

Para mi gusto el colchón excesivamente blando. No puedo dejar de contar que me he dejado un cargador de Iphone en el enchufe de la mesa de noche y no ha habido manera de recuperarlo. Avisé el mismo día por la tarde al darme cuenta y solo he recibido disculpas y comentarios acerca de la confianza que se tiene en el personal de limpieza. No quiero dañar a nadie, pero si avisar a futuros huéspedes de que recojan bien todas sus pertenencias antes de salir del hotel.

Una gozada TODO. Un lugar maravilloso donde descansar y disfrutar. Además el trato del personal muy profesional y cercano. ¡Volveremos seguro!

Pasamos una semana allí y nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa. Tienen un equipo excepcional que te recibe cada día con una sonrisa y con un montón de cariño. Necesitábamos justo eso y también necesitábamos toda la paz que pudimos encontrar en este hotel. Enhorabuena a todos de parte de Néstor e Itziar, seguro que volvemos a haceros una visita. Nos llegasteis al corazón y siempre lo recordaremos ese viaje. Gracias, gracias y gracias

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was very pleasant, and had its own balcony and spacious bathrrom. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of offerings; but at €18 it should be. I often chose just a coffee and an orange juice instead. Delightful to find that the orange juice was really from freshly squeezed oranges, not some pasteurised prepacked version. The swimming pool was pleasant, and of an adequate size. (Also the hotel is child-free, so one could swim without being dive-bombed.) In the underground carpark there are two charging points, which are free. That meant I could get straight back to my home in the Midlands without further charging.

The parking was either in a closed underground carpark at €22/night; or on a few reserved kerbside places infront of the hotel - free, but often all full; or take your chance in the municipal carpark nearby, payable. I found the pool little too shallow. I bumped my knees whilst swimming. I would have preferred a bath to the shower.

La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno maravilloso

I love the location of the property… it was an experience to have the village walking distance from us. They gave us a goodbye pack which was a thoughtful gesture. The surrounding area is so green and rural and horses and cows nearby. Beds were comfy… and the jacuzzi was a huge plus. The interior design was also exceptionally beautiful. So much thought went into everything.

You have to pay for parking… and the tv needs chromecast installed for tourist expats that want to use their apps.

Nos encantó el personal diez de diez todos muy amabales muy serviciales y se preocupan con que estés agusto , el personal sin duda brillan y les dan un gran toque de comodidad y confianza al hotel y al irte te dan un bolso con comida para regreso del viaje súper súper detallista nos pareció este gesto . Todos espectaculares desde las chicas de limpieza hasta el personal de la Cocina , recepción y el de las terrazas.

En nuestra habitación por las fotos nose apreciaba que era muy pequeña y que el baño no estaba separado lo típico de los hoteles , la habitación muy bonita eso sí y súper cómodas pero era muy pequeña en la cama había un somier que sobresalía y del poco espacio me di con la rodilla en el somier me salió hasta un moraton en la rodilla , el baño no había mucha privacidad sobre todo para cuando querías hacer popo se escuchaba todo no tenías esa pequeña privacidad que se tiene en los baños incluso el lavamanos está al lado d ela cama un poco incómodo también por si la otra persona se levanta antes no puede hacer prácticamente nada por no despertar a la otra persona pero por lo demás todo muy bien .

Sin duda la amabilidad de los empleados, lo bien que te reciben y el detalle de darte una bolsa con agua y galletas cuando te vas.

Bellissima struttura, pulita, arredamento e letto comodissimo. Prima colazione eccezionale, con cibo di qualità e personale sorridente e super efficace.

La procedura del check-in troppo lunga e complessa.

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig und wurde fortlaufend aufgefüllt. Jeder Zusatzwunsch wurde vom sehr freundlichen und umsichtigen Personal umgehend erfüllt. Toll auch die Vorabinformationen die uns von der sehr aufmerksammen Rezeptionistin vorab übersand wurden.

Es gab wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Amazing location and facilities. Fastidious attention to detail and cleanliness. Our room had a great balcony and jacuzzi in the room. This place is an oasis of calm for those who dislike noisy kids….or noisy adults! It’s a real chill out zone. The reception team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Having a cocktail from the WW drinks wagon at the pool terrace is a great way to spend the evening. It’s a 5 minute walk to the medieval town which itself is beautifully preserved with many restaurants along the cobbled pedestrian only streets.

great people, greet surroundings, interior, breakfast. High level of service and positive attitude. We were unfortunate this the weather so the Jacuzzi and pool not tested. Also, we haven't experienced how it will be like when people sit outside and the bar is open and music plays till maybe midnight. But it's surely something to consider when you are an early sleeper (say before 11-11.30pm) Town is pretty amazing and you can find okay food. The Hotel location is good, although parking (for free) close to the hotel might be tough.

We had room 102 with Jacuzzi. Pretty awesome. However, the room suffers from moments of heavy noise. Seems to be like an pump or ventilator of some sort. Maybe the pool installation. You can NOT sleep or have a nap with that soundlevel. It causes us to give the Hotel only a 5. After all, a Hotel is to sleep well isn't it? However, the manager did compensate us and was truly understanding. I believe the Hotel has a technical issues to tackle here.

El hotel es una maravilla y ubicado en un pueblo súper bonito como es Santillana del Mar, la atención del personal muy buena, desde allí vimos toda Cantabria y vimos todo perfectamente por la buena ubicación de este hotel, seguro que repetiremos en una futura vuelta aquí a Cantabria.

Lo único, que no nos gustó del hotel es que en nuestra habitación se escuchaba un poco a los huéspedes de arriba, por el cuarto de baño pero nada más.

Todo en general Que no haya críos, una delicia Aunque en los hoteles no suelen ser los críos Sino los padres Y no digas nada Porque casi todos esos padres son trogloditas

Que no avisen que había fiestas en Santillana y eso genera ruido por la noche Aunque el Hotel está bien insonorizado, pero los decibelios superan el bienestar nocturno

Prachtig hotel op hele goede locatie. Mooie ruime kamer, heerlijk bed, kussens. Grote whirlpool. Fijne badkamer, zachte handdoeken. Mooie tuin. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij konden parkeren voor de deur, er zijn wel maar 6 plekken. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt wel 18 euro pp.

The hotel is really up to date with some funky design features marking it out from the more traditional types but with great facilities. The room was really well equipped with a wonderful shower, spa bath and a great bed.

Travelling in the first half if June...Very friendy and helpful staff, with a problem solving mentality.. although there were no issues at all in the hotel itself. There is truly a very good atmosphere in the place, we enjoyed it a lot. We will return for sure, thank you!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to meet your wishes and needs. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The outdoor areas are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Five stars from us. We stayed for one night while passing through and would not hesitate to book again

Wow what a find! This lovely little hotel has everything you need. From the lovely reception staff to the breakfast is spot on. We stayed two nights and enjoyed every moment, the pool area is so relaxing with a very nice cocktail van for waiter service. One other thing if you have a late docking in Santander and don't want to travel too far, this hotel is only 35 mins from the port. Enjoy!

El hotel es cálido, moderno , limpio y muy bien ubicado. Destacamos el trato amoroso del personal. El desayuno lo contratamos en la propiedad y fue un 10 también . Aparcar el coche ha sido sencillo ya que el hotel cuenta con varias Dársenas en la puerta y dentro de la propiedad.

Location, clean, super decor, staff very friendly and efficient. They even had umbrellas because it did rain a lot during our stay. Bar was great but in middle of May (before peak season) the evening menu was limited but there are hundreds of restaurants close by.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Be prepared for a very cold swim which I think was down to the torrential rain the day before.

Staff are outstanding. Went above and beyond to help us navigate around Cantabria. Food & Beverage staff are very attentive and pleasant. Parking garage is very tight, but very nice.

Spa tub is a waste of space. Too long to fill, controls are poorly positioned.

We loved everything. Location, quality of hotel, beds and bathroom super comfortable, private parking, and super staff specially breakfast.
