Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, las paredes parecen de papel. Se escucha tanto lo que ocurre en los pasillos, en las habitaciones de al lado y en nuestro caso la habitación estaba debajo del restaurante y se oía todo lo que pasaba arriba.

La ubicación es extraordinaria, la limpieza impecable, y, principalmente, todo el personal es extraordinario ayudándote en todo lo que se le solicita. No desayunamos en el hotel pero la primera noche regresamos de dar un paseo por Zahara de la Sierra y no teníamos fuerza para salir a cenar. Cerraban el restaurante en 5 minutos pero nos prepararon un tortilla con una vaso de leche y nos dieron dos plátanos y dos yogures. Y nos fuimos muy reconfortados a dormir. Si tuviera que volver a la Sierra de Cádiz no dudaría en volver a alojarme en este hotel. Lo recomiendo plenamente.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026krásny hotel, z izby máte neskutočný výhľad na krajinu a jazero. Hotel je čistý, izby sú tiché, veľké. AC a wifi fungujú výborne. Malá chladnička na izbe, Flaša vody zadarmo. Raňajky sa platia ráno pri príchode do reštaurácie (10e/os). Hotel je hned pod hradom a pri malom námestíčku. 4km od hotela je aj malé kupalisko (3,50e vstup), pár turistických trás v okolí
- hotel nemá dostatok parkovacích miest, je ešte možnosť parkovať na parkovisku pod hradom ale ak je aj to plné, musíte parkovať ďalej na hlavnej ceste. - miestne reštiky varia od 13-16 a potom až po 19-20, v čase nášho pobytu v auguste bola polka úplne zavretá, takže máte aj problém sa niekde najesť - reštaurácia v hoteli nie je na úrovni-jedlo priemerné, porcie menšie, čašnícka nerozumela po anglicky

Durante mi estancia tuve acompañantes en la habitacion (bichos que aparecían entre la ventana cerrada y la cama). Entiendo que es un hotel rural, pero no es agradable tener q estar matando bichos. Lo notifique en recepción, me dijeron q estuvieran limpiando por fuera ( a la mañana siguiente mire y tenía pinta q hacia tiempo q la maleza no se limpiaba) y q al dia siguiente sellarian mejor la ventana

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Me encantó el hotel en general, todo super bonito y unas vistas al lago espectaculares, vas andando al centro del pueblo en 1 minuto sólo es bajar la cuesta. Está en la parte más alta del pueblo y el ambiente es muy agradable. La habitación grande, tiene terraza pequeña muy agradable, y el baño con ventana.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que en la habitación había muchos pelos en el suelo, todo estaba limpio pero había pelos en cantidad, como si al pasar la fregona se quedan los pelos pegados.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026El chico de la recepción muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo necesario. Desayuno bueno a la carta en cafetería. Vistas fantásticas desde la habitación. Ubicación buena en lo alto del pueblo y cerca de los barecitos principales.
Mucho ruido en la habitación por parte de otros clientes que estaban en la planta de arriba. Se escuchaba todo demasiado. Precio del zumo de naranja en el desayuno caro.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The staff was friendly. But no one speaks English at the front desk. They were very attentive in helping us with breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good: quick hot water and pressure. The town is small and cute. They have an awesome feria when we were there - amazing; if not for the Feria, a 2-night visit is enough. We were there for 4 nights, and since the location is quite a drive from the other places to visit, we thought 4 nights was too long.
The room was very small for the price; I was expecting a larger space. It's hard to move around. The fridge doesn't work, the AC doesn't work well, and after 24 hours of it being on, a pool of water came out of the ceiling (2 buckets full). No bidet. We tried to cancel our reservation to just 2 nights because we were uncomfortable, but they were not willing to make the change even though they knew that the room they provided doesn't meet our expectations. They had to bring 3 people to remove the pool of water from the ceiling. The breakfast opens at 0800, so we missed it twice, since we started our day early. We paid for the room with breakfast included, and out of the 4 days we were only able to have breakfast 2x.

El personal de 10, muy simpáticos todos (incluso el recepcionista salió a buscarnos porque al llegar de noche no terminábamos de encontrar el hotel). Las habitación muy bien con vistas muy bonitas. La comida bien también, con el restaurante del hotel con vistas al embalse. Muy contento en general.
Las almohadas un poco bajas e incómodas. Las paredes de papel, se escuchaba todo.

I didn’t like that they advertise the “playita” like if it was part of the hotel and it’s far from it, you need to travel by car 10 mins or by bus from the town. I also didn’t like that they were doing maintenance work outside the bedroom one morning at 7:30am (guessing because of the heat in August) but that was quite disturbing in the morning.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Das Hotel Tuscan Aco de la Villa hat uns vollkommen umgehauen – die extrem exponierte Lage direkt in den mittelalterlichen Burgmauern, knapp unterhalb der Spitze von Zahara de la Sierra, ist einfach einmalig. Von den fantastischen Zimmern genießt man einen spektakulären Blick über das gesamte Tal und den glitzernden Stausee, der einen sprachlos macht. Die Zimmer selbst sind super gemütlich mit bequemen Betten und das Badezimmer überrascht mit viel Platz und einer tollen Regendusche. Auch der Service hat überzeugt: Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung und praktische Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wer eine unvergleichliche Aussicht und historischen Charme sucht, wird hier garantiert genauso begeistert sein wie wir!

Habitación silenciosa con vistas hacia el embalse y todo el paraje natural, con camas súper cómodas y baño totalmente nuevo y con todo lo de hace falta para el aseo, pedimos media pensión y sin duda lo mejor que hicimos, porque tienen una carta increíble y sus platos están buenísimos. Y por supuesto el servicio tanto de recepción como de limpieza extraordinario. Y a unos minutos de la la conocida “la playita” . Y aparcamiento justo al lado gratuito. Sin duda tenemos claro que repetiremos.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Jedyny Hotel w trakcie naszej wycieczki po Andaluzji (a spalismy w około 10ciu) który przewyższył nasze oczekiwania! Jest w super miejscu. Praktycznie już na starówce. Troche ciążko dojechać - bo jedzie się średniowecznymi uliczkami - ale warto. WIDOK z okna nie od opisania. Maja naprawde słabe zdjecia tego hotelu - bo jest o niebo lepiej niż te zdjecia pokazują Załaczam zdjęcia z okna naszego pokoju!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The view from the room is unbeatable! It is so worth to stay at this hotel in Zahara de la Sierra, we cannot recommend it enough. The room is simple and has everything you need for a short stay. Staff was kind and helpful. We booked two rooms and they gave us connected rooms to ease our stay. Staff was also very responsive through messages and questions before our arrival. Free parking was available right above the hotel.
It is noisy in the morning as we can hear chairs being dragged around in the breakfast room right above the room. We woke up early and this was not a problem for us, but if you want to sleep in, bring earplugs.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Die Lage war traumhaft oberhalb des Dorfes mit Blick auf den Stausee und die dahinter liegende bergige Landschaft. Den Blick hatte man vom Zimmer aus und dem darüberliegenden Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche und bestem sehr persönlichem Service. Zur Haupstrasse des Dorfes runter sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Dort gibt es ein paar kleine Läden, Tapas-Bars und natürlich 2 Kirchen.... Es ist ein ruhiger Ort und gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Nach Ronda sind es mit dem Auto 45 Minuten. Wer den Rummel dort nicht will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Zimmer und Bad topp und modern. Hochwertige Handtücher! Phantastische Aussicht auf den See! Sehr bequemer Aufenthaltsbereich. WLan funktioniert überall sehr gut. Ausserordentlich nette und hilfsbereite, auch Englisch sprechende Mitarbeiter. Hervorragende Küche! Ich kann den Seehecht oder den Wildschweineintopf sehr empfehlen. Parkmöglichkeit sozusagen auf dem Dach des Hotels. Sicheres Parken, auch für Motorräder. Zu Fuß ist alles im Ort gut erreichbar. Zahara ist ein magischer Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, auch in diese Unterkunft!
