Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Spacious room and cleanliness. The swift resolution of the safe that gave an error message while we were checking out and our passports were locked in there. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was delicious and tasty and full of flavour. Really enjoyed the food.
They have stocked all kinds of drinks in the fridge except for water. We have arrived around 23:00 had a terrible headache and no water to take the painkillers pills. Stock up the water and make a note that the water will be paid for, since you are not offering water to your guests. It's just water! The daily breakfast could be better, but it edible.

Cleanliness
8.9/10Generally praised for clean, well-kept rooms and bedding; a few isolated issues (sofa slightly dirty, one report of clogged bathroom drain) lowered a perfect score.
Service
7.6/10Mixed reports: many guests highlight helpful, friendly staff and upgrades, but multiple serious complaints about reception (rude staff, slow check-in, a problematic manager) reduce the score.
Location
9.6/10Consistently noted as excellent and convenient (near restaurants, shopping, transport); frequent positive mentions across reviews.
Room Quality
8.9/10Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds and good layouts; some mention small shower/bath areas and minor fixture problems which prevent a higher score.
Amenities
7.9/10Good overall (pool, sauna, basic gym), but multiple guests note the fitness room is under-equipped and some machines are outdated or nonfunctional.
Value for Money
9/10Several guests explicitly call out excellent cost-benefit, special touches (e.g., birthday amenities) and complimentary upgrades that support a strong value perception.
Food and Beverage
9.4/10Breakfast is frequently praised (wide selection, cooked-to-order eggs/omelettes); generally a standout feature across reviews.
Overall Experience
7.5/10Overall positive sentiment with many guests saying they'd return, but notable service and occasional noise/maintenance issues temper the overall impression.
