Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The town is close to the starting point of Grossglockner High Alpine Road. The hotel has free parking space. There is a restaurant in the ground floor. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. There is a nearby waterfall and trekking trails. Room was clean. There was a balcony to a quiet street.
There are power outlets in the bedsides where you put your head while watching tv or reading. This is dangerous. There was a constant smell coming from the restaurant. There is no A/C. There are no nets in the window. There are no slippers. There is a fan noise coming from somewhere especially during daytime.

Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła, kompetentna, pomocna oraz mówiąca po polsku. Pokoje czyste, wyposażone w czajnik, kubki i saszetki kawy i herbaty. Piękny widok z okna (po sąsiedzku jest kościół, ale nie dzwoni nocą, najwcześniej o 7.30).Śnadania różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Popołudniami działa restauracja, gdzie serwują bardzo smaczne dania obiadowe.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which was good too. We loved the little town of Fusch and was way better than staying in the busy Zell am See. Also can’t beat the access from here to the Grossglockner highway.

Pire hôtel de nos 8 jours dans le Tyrol. Chambre petite et mur très mal isolé. On a entendu nos voisins parler et mettre de la musique jusqu'à 23 h. On se croirait dans un refuge.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026It was in a very convenient location for us, coming down from the Gleiwitzer Hütte. The staff were friendly, the dinner was very good and the room was clean and plenty large enough.
One of the receptionists screwed up by giving only me a guest pass for the public transport. She said it was good for two people, whereas we subsequently discovered, when we tried to use it, that each person needs their own pass. This mistake cost us ~€25 for the three bus rides and the one train ride that should have been free.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Die Lage und die Zimmer mit Balkon waren sehr schön. Das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkieren konnte man problemlos vor dem Hotel. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und es war sauber. Für eine, maximal zwei Nächte völlig ok.
Das Frühstück war furchtbar. Sehr süss und fettlastig. Der Kaffee ungeniessbar, er schmeckte nach Plastik von der Maschine. Gruselig. Hier darf man sich gern noch verbessern und auf gesundes Frühstück achten.

We were disappointed in dinner. When we were seated, as the only ones in the restaurant, it was at a table with a huge number of flies (both alive and dead) and a flyswatter. It was impossible to eat.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, überall riecht es angenehm und alles ist perfekt organisiert. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen wird sofort geholfen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Ich bin schon das 3mal in Hotel Post immer wieder perfekt!!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Nice Hotel close to the Grosglockner Pass entrance, the hotel provide a discount to go over the pass if you have not already purchased an entrance ticket. The evening meals are good value for the location. The rooms are a good size for two sharing. Good breakfast provided.

The male waiter at the restaurant was unfriendly.
