Η θέα από το δωμάτιο, αλλά και ο τελευταίος όροφος. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική

Το μπάνιο εντελώς απαράδεκτο. Εκτός από μούχλα, υγρασία και σκουριά, η διάταξη των ειδών υγιεινής δεν επιτρέπει να κινηθείς άνετα. Ακόμα και το παιδί με το ζόρι έμπαινε στην μπανιέρα (επικίνδυνο). Λείπουν τα βασικά, ούτε σίτες δεν έχει, ενώ βρήκαμε ανοιχτό το παράθυρο. Όλα δίνουν την αίσθηση παλιού, παρατημένου.

Bei den Preisen müssen die auch mal renovieren und Sachen erneuern

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem voll belegten Hotelparkplatz ausladen und auf das Zimmer bringen. Bekamen dann zufällig direkt gegenüber vom Hotel auf der Straße einen gerade frei gewordene kostenfreie Parkplatz. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Hafen war sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück im 7. Stock mit grandiosem Blick war reichlich und gut, auch der Kaffee. Es gibt 2 Lifte, die allerdings nicht sychronisiert sind und ohne Gepäck nahmen wir die Treppe. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kavala und man ist in 1 Minute am Fähranleger nach Thassos. Wir hatten nur 1 Übernachtung, aber waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Kostenfreien Parkplatz zu bekommen ist Glückssache.

Die Nachfrage nach einem Zimmer in einer unteren Etage wurde sofort bewilligt und geändert. Auch das Frühstück war gut.

Das hotel ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Zimmer, vor allem der Boden, war sehr schmutzig. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren eklig braun.

Micul dejun limitat în comparație cu anii trecuti. Curatenia, calitatea prosoapelor, lipsa îmbunătățirilor și investițiilor in ultimii ani.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παραμελημένο και βρώμικο. Όλοι οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια. Μούχλα στο μπάνιο και λεκέδες παντού. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και προσπαθεί να εξυπηρετήσει αλλά δυστυχώς η έλλειψη καθαριότητας του χώρου δεν αφήνει κανένα περιθώριο βελτίωσης.

Das einzig Schöne ist die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und das nette Personal an der Rezeption

Wir kamen um 19.00h im Hotel an. Es gab keine Handtücher im Zimmer und der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen. Wir reklamierten an der Rezeption. Es sollte jemand kommen, um Handtücher zu bringen und uns beim Safe zu helfen. Da wir zum Abendessen wollten, habe wir nicht lange warten können. Die Handtücher befanden sich nach unserer Rückkehr im Zimmer. Das Bad war alt und die Tür schien einen nicht beseitigten Feuchtigkeitsschaden gehabt zu haben. Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück war es voll und es wurde nichts "sauber gemacht" was andere Gäste am Büffet verkleckert hatten. Es schien alles sehr lieblos. Für den Preis hatten wir mehr Sauberkeit, Komfort und ein besseres Frühstück erwartet.

The room was not the cleanest, the floor was not wiped, we could not get an iron but this was caused by a wedding party they held (we also were going to a wedding)

Посещаваме за пореден път и забелязваме подобренията всеки път. Топ локация. Персонала е много любезен, особено впечатление ни направи мил жест дори към детето ни от рецепционистката, която го зарадва с подаръче. Включената закуска е с доста традиционни ястия, панорамния ресторант е впечатляващ. Единствен голям минус е липсата на достатъчно места на паркинга. Отнема дори час обикаляне за паркиране около хотела, което е изключително неприятно.

This is not my first stay at this hotel, and I keep coming back because I like its location, the breakfast, and the fact that the hotel is generally kept clean.

However, I don’t think the hotel really meets the standards of a four-star hotel. There are almost no additional toiletries in the bathroom apart from toilet paper and shampoo. The refrigerator is also far too small — if you want to chill a bottle or even just enough water for two people, there simply isn’t enough space. During this stay, the bathroom drain was blocked, and I had to request additional cleaning. In my son’s single room, the bedside lamp didn’t have a light bulb. After we reported it, we found out that the lamp itself was not working. I feel that the price is too high for the conditions and level of comfort provided.

Местоположението на хотела е много добро, в близост има паркинг. Стаите са големи с удобни спални. Има доста удобства в стаята- сушоар, кафемашина, вода.

Super nice, kind and helpful persons at the reception desk. The terrace on the 7th floor, where breakfast is served, has amazing views.

On the downside, the hotel feels somewhat outdated and could use some refurbishment to live up to its four-star rating.

Асансьорите са малки и постоянно се чака. Закуската въобще не е хубава и е една и съща всеки ден. Няма ресторант,поръчват ти храна от някъде.. хотела няма паркинг- спираш,където намериш място. Всъщност има ,но е за 10 автомобила .

Bu otelde daha önce defalarca kaldım. Kahvaltı kalitesinde ciddi bir düşüş gördüm. I have stayed at this hotel many times before. I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of breakfast.

The hotel is located in the center of Kavala and that is the highlight of it! The staff was amazing and very friendly! The breakfast was also pretty nice!

The hotel is quite old and seems that there's been no recent renovation. It would be beneficial to maintain such a great located accommodation.

Είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο αρκετό καιρό πριν .Ενημερωσαμε ότι είμαστε γαμπρός και νύφη και ότι θα έρθουμε αργά το βράδυ παρόλα αυτά προς έκπληξη μας διαπιστώσαμε ότι το δωμάτιο είχε δύο μονά κρεβάτια .Καθε μέρα στη ρεσεψιόν μας έλεγαν ότι θα διευθετήσουν το ζήτημα αλλά δεν έγινε ποτέ!

Am avut o experiență extrem de neplăcută la acest hotel, care cu siguranță nu se ridică la standardele de 4 stele pe care le pretinde. Deși așteptările erau pe măsura clasificării, realitatea din cameră a fost cu totul alta: Curățenia inexistentă pe jos: Podeaua era vizibil murdară și neigienizată la momentul cazării. Lenjerie de pat folosită: Cearșafurile erau necălcate și, mult mai grav, am găsit fire de păr în pat. Este evident că lenjeria nu a fost schimbată după oaspeții anteriori, un aspect absolut revoltător. Lipsa dotărilor de bază: Nu am găsit niciun prosop în cameră, o omisiune inacceptabilă pentru orice unitate de cazare, cu atât mai mult pentru una cu o asemenea clasificare. Pretul exagerat de mare pentru ceea ce ofera. Serviciile de curățenie și managementul lasă mult de dorit. Nu recomand acest hotel sub nicio formă, deoarece normele elementare de igienă și respectul față de client lipsesc cu desăvârșire.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult amplasarea hotelului.

Din păcate, în rest, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare. Liftul este insuficient pentru numărul de clienți, iar timpul de așteptare este foarte mare, mai ales la orele aglomerate. Camera nu a fost suficient de curată, iar baia era, de asemenea, murdară, lucru care nu ar trebui să se întâmple la un hotel de 4 stele. Micul dejun a fost foarte slab, cu o varietate redusă de produse și puține opțiuni. Frigiderul din cameră este extrem de mic – nu au încăput nici măcar trei sticle de apă de 0,5 L, ceea ce îl face aproape inutil. O altă problemă importantă este parcarea. Locurile sunt insuficiente și este foarte greu să găsești un loc de parcare, ceea ce creează un disconfort suplimentar pentru cei care vin cu mașina. De asemenea, faptul că apa este disponibilă la un dozator amplasat lângă lift nu mi s-a părut o soluție potrivită pentru un hotel de acest nivel. Per total, amplasarea este foarte bună, însă curățenia, micul dejun, lifturile, parcarea și dotările camerei lasă mult de dorit. Din punctul meu de vedere, hotelul are nevoie de îmbunătățiri semnificative pentru a oferi o experiență care să justifice așteptările și prețul.

Брудно, жахливий ліфт, у який банально не заїжджає возик і коли в тебе дитина на руках, тоді ще треба відкривати двері вручну. Незрозуміло як він взагалі їздить. Несвіжо, двері завоздушені. Але найбільнший мінус - парковка. Ми не змогли банально стати на 5 парковках навколо. Готель тому і бере повну оплату за 100% штрафом, бо банально туди можна не заїхати, але гроші заберуть собі. Ми вибрали цей готель як проміжок до солоніків. Довелось їхати одразу туди. Були з 2 маленькими дітьми і хотіли, щоб вони нормально повечеряли і поспали. Хвилин 40 ми шукали парковку і у їхали. Гроші за те, що ми не змогли заїхати не повернули, ще й на букинг поставили, що ми не заїхали. Готель не рекомендую

Nothing about this hotel is acceptable or nice. Everything needs improvement. Deeply disappointed. If I have to give three words: DIRTY, RUDE, DISHONEST

The rooms and common areas are extremely DIRTY, and the overall condition of the hotel is nowhere near what is shown in the pictures. The furniture is outdated and poorly maintained, and the AC was not working. Upon arrival, we found large YELLOW STAINS on the bedsheets, hair throughout the room and bathroom, insects crawling on the towels, flies, spiderwebs, and dust and stains on all the surfaces. We immediately informed reception, and they told us to go for a walk while they cleaned the room. However, when we returned, nothing had improved. The towels were also torn, and when we mentioned this, the staff simply said they were "just old." The shower head could not be attached to the wall because it was broken, meaning we had to hold it throughout the entire shower. The hotel was extremely hot, including the rooms, lobby and elevators. The elevators were also very small, making it difficult to fit even our luggage. We stayed for only one night because the conditions were so unacceptable. The following morning, we asked to leave and receive a refund for the second night. We were made to wait the entire morning for the manager, wasting a significant part of our vacation. The manager eventually promised us a refund and agreed that we could leave. When we explained all the problems, his response was essentially "OK" before walking away. He was extremely rude and showed no concern or interest in addressing the issues. For that second night, we booked another hotel and left, but it has now been a month and we still have not received the promised refund. The hotel has also stopped responding to our calls. If we had known that the refund was a LIE, we would not have spent any additional money. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. I would strongly advise against staying here.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center. The reception staff was on a high level, helpful and smiling. The restaurant staff was extremely unfriendly. I asked for a cup of Greek coffee, I was told to wait until they cleaned up from the kitchen. The food offered at breakfast does not correspond to a 4 star hotel at all. The hotel has a very small parking lot, which is located in front of the hotel and cannot accommodate all the guests' cars at all.

Very conveniently located and had a good breakfast buffet. Staff were kind and helpful.

Rooms are rather old and unwelcoming though.

The location is super. You are in the the heart of The city. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful.

The elevators were old and always busy so it needs a lot of time to get to rooms on high floors. The room Was small but comfortable. There is no parking so you have to walk with luggage from the parking you found.

It has the best location in Kavala. The breakfast was good.

Parking close to the hotel is difficult. Their parking place was tiny. The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool the room. The bathroom door does not give you enough privacy in terms of sound proofing. Certain parts of the room and the hotel give away their true age. Elevators are old and slow. The bathroom feels a bit dated.
