In der Beschreibung vom Hotel steht "behindertgerecht" und das stimmt schlichtwegs nicht. Es gibt wohl ein Zimmer, dass man wohl als behindertgerecht einstufen kann, aber von diesem Zimmer aus gibt es keine Möglichkeit zur Rezeption oder zum Frühstücksaal zu kommen. Man muss jedesmal mit dem Rollstuhl (in unserem Fall Elektromobil ) um das Quartier rumfahren um auf die untere Etage zu kommen und da gibt es ebenfalls nur Treppen. Mit vereinten Kräften konnten wir meinen Mann in den Frühstücksaal bringen und als er da auf die Toilette wollte, hätte er 10 Treppen in den Keller gehen müssen. Also das ist alles andere als behindertgerecht. Darum entfernt bitte dieses Label und an alle Gebehinderte meidet dieses Hotel.👎

房间有点小，床上有头发，我们自己带的床品，所以倒也不是问题。

There really was nothing to dislike--only recommendation is that they should not charge 1 Euro extra if you request an egg at breakfast -:).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the air conditioning was a real bonus, especially during the warm weather. The location was very convenient for exploring the Route des Vins, making it a great base for discovering the surrounding area. Parking is also available on site, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good, with everything we needed to start the day. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Estuvimos tres noches y lo utilizamos como campamento base para muchas excursiones de la zona central y sur de Alsacia. Está muy cerca de muchos de los pueblos más bonitos de la zona. El hotel es muy agradable, con sabor alsaciano, la habitación cómoda, con aire acondicionado (hizo mucho calor esos días) e incluso con una terracita. Personal muy amable e incluso la persona que nos recibió hablaba castellano, lo cual se agradece. El desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad, lo único que los huevos se pagan aparte.
Por decir algo, nuestro cuarto de baño no tenía ducha, sino bañera y era difícil acceder cómodamente.

Il check-in termina alla 21.00 e nell'app di Booking, di cui mi servo da parecchi anni, questa cosa del check-in e checkout importante non è messa in risalto, ma quasi nascosta, infatti appena effettuata la prenotazione col pagamento nella schermata di conferma pagamento e prenotazione è stato ben esposto l'orario del check-in. Io non potevo arrivare per quell'ora ed ero già in viaggio. Il personale è stato disponibile ad accoglierci in piena notte evitandomi di perdere i soldi del costo del soggiorno, ma al costo di 25 euro. Penso che la responsabilità maggiore l'abbia proprio Booking.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Hotellet er virkelig skønt og har en fantastisk Alsace charme. Det er som en tidslomme med smukke løsninger. Der er rent og pænt. Personalet var søde og rare. Værelserne har aircondition, hvilket ikke er standard for denne del af Frankrig. Bemærk at der ligger en fremragende vinproducent kun få minutters gang fra hotellet - vi kan varmt anbefale en tur forbi Horcher Vins d'Alsace.
Morgenmad var ikke inkluderet i prisen. Vi valgte at betale ekstra for morgenmaden, da vi checkede ind om aftenen, selvom den var relativt dyr. Desværre viste morgenmaden sig at være ret kedelig med et lille udvalg, hvor æg kostede ekstra. Her er potentiale for forbedring - ellers vil jeg anbefale, man dropper morgenmaden og kører til en god bager i en af de små nærliggende byer. Da jeg checkede ud, var der forvirring over regningen, da receptionisten ikke havde indregnet, at jeg havde betalt hele opholdet via booking.com. Heldigvis fik vi styr på det, så jeg kun betalte for morgenmad og de obligatoriske turistskatter.

They gave me a very spacious room on the top floor which, notwithstanding the extreme heat, was very well air-conditioned, with a very silent unit. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and spacious, no remarks whatsoever. Dinner can be taken at the restaurant next door, which serves food at a very good price-quality ratio. Breakfast was equally good. All together, I had a good stay.

Comfortable room with AC, we found it spacious despite having taken the most basic one. We loved the electric shades that turn the bedroom into full black. Breakfast was nice, despite missing few “local options” as kougelhof or schneckekueche; but other options are available and eggs on request was appreciated. We travelled the days before all around Alsace taking Airbnb, and decided to go to this hotel for the last night; we should have done that from the beginning and forget the Airbnbs.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Kleine aber ausreichende Zimmer, Badewanne (!). Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, viel Verkehr, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.
