Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Optimaler Standort an der Süd-Nord-Achse, um die Seitentäler in der Nähe (Val Antrona, Val Formazza, Val Ansasca) für Wanderungen zu erkunden, bzw. für Ausflüge zum Lago Maggiore/Mergozzo/d'Orta. Das Gebotene hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl im Hause, als auch zum Frühstück / Restaurant. Frühstück sehr gut, wurde immer nachgelegt. Zimmer sehr ruhig trotz Bahnhofsnähe > dichte Fenster, Klimaanlage. Zentaler Standort, um dann abends die Altstadt von Domodossola zu erobern, die übrigens überaus sehenswert ist.

Nous avons pu déposer nos valises à l'avance ce qui était très agréable pour ne pas devoir se promener avec nos bagages en attendant la chambre. La personne à l'accueil est vraiment très gentille et très serviable. Nous étions déjà venu et nous y reviendrons, c'est certain. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de très bonne qualité. Je conseille également le restaurant l'Atelier du chef Giorgio Bartolucci - 1 étoile Michelin.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Hotel is in a great location opposite the railway station and can quickly walk into the town centre. Numerous bars and restaurants are nearby. The hotel restaurant is very nice with (sometimes overly) attentive staff. The room was comfortable with a very good bed. The standard of the bathroom and bedroom are very good for a 3-star hotel.
There wasn’t a great food selection for breakfast and the bathroom was quite dark.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Danke für das Upgrade auf die Junior Suite. Diese war Wunderschön. Die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof ist Ideal. Frühstück im Modernen Restaurant hat alles was man erwartet. Auch das Panoramafenster mit dem direkten Blick in der Hotel Küche ist richtig Cool. DIe Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr nett und Super Freundlich gewesen.

Eine Erklärung zum Gebraucht der Klimaanlage wäre überaus nützlich gewesen, da man einfach das Gefühl hatte, diese habe nicht richtig funktioniert.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hotel staat in het centrum, vlakbij het station. Wij hadden geen last van de drukte. Van te voren (omdat we dachten laat aan te komen), een tafel gereserveerd. Eten is heerlijk (niet goedkoop). Konden buiten in de serre of binnen in de airco (waren er in de zomer) plaatsnemen. Je kijkt uit over de tuin. Je kunt je auto parkeren/opladen achter het hotel. Je loopt zo het dorp in.
Whirlpool is op afspraak (tijdslot reserveren); dat wisten we niet. We hebben hier geen gebruik van kunnen maken

Materasso di bassissima qualità a molle con un Topper quasi inutile e cuscini anche peggio , camere ristrutturate di dimensioni anche troppo modeste ma l'argomento trascurabile , data la metratura sarebbe meglio evitare di proporre un king size forze . Ristorante, all e sala colazioni molto accoglienti . Colazione modesta ma in linea con le aspettative . Parcheggio comodo .

self check in的系统似乎有点小问题，我按照邮件要求操作但一直提交不了，似乎处于死循环状态，试了多次一直是这样，不过还好最后在办理入住还算顺利

One staff member was not very friendly - practically manhandled my husband out of a space when he was looking for the bar! Breakfast was okay but compared to the fantastic evening meal disappointing.

The hotel is small but it's charming, super clean and with view to the mountains. Good breakfast! You can enjoy in the terrace with chill music and view to the mountains, very quiet.
It would be great if the staff could speak a bit more English, but not big deal. Helpful staff. The shower door is not very strong so the water sometimes goes out and the floor gets very wet.

I do not recommend booking here.

I was not given the room I had selected and paid for and had to insist they bring in the second bed (twin) that I booked. The evening manager was very rude about it and suggested that I didn’t need the second bed and that I should just sleep in the same bed as my 13-year old son since we were only two people.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Tutto posizione strategica per la stazione ma visto anche per la visita della città. Accoglienza fantastica sia dal check-in, agli operatori e sala colazioni. Bellissima la stanza, pulizia impeccabile, ma la cosa più importante è la gentilezza, di tutto lo staff con il quale sembrava di conoscerti da sempre mettendosi a disposizione dando info e regalando sorrisi e ospitalità.Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della cena perché giornata di chiusura ma sicuramente speriamo di poterci vedere nei prossimi viaggi nelle vicinanze. Complimenti vivissimi a tutto lo staff.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Ficamos no hotel apenas como passagem no caminho para a Suíça. Quarto confortável, bom café da manhã e embora não tenhamos conseguido uma vaga no estacionamento do próprio hotel, há um estacionamento público coberto, no subsolo em frente ao hotel e que só é pago durante o dia.
