Hotel del Fundador

No vi que las fotos reflejaran lo que en realidad son las instalaciones. La habitación es amplia, pero no en buen estado. Los descansos y patiecitos sin cuidar, sectores al alcance de la vista en el desayuno sin limpieza. El desayuno muy escueto, poco variado. Los chicos de recepción, muy atentos.

Quedamos muy conformes con la atención en recepción, la limpieza de la habitación y de las zonas compartidas (desayunador, living, etc). El estacionamiento techado y cerrado con llave es un buen dato, porque uno queda totalmente tranquilo respecto al vehículo. Mejoraría el servicio del desayuno y la amplitud del horario del mismo, ya que como es a partir de las 8, y teníamos que cumplir con un turno médico a las 9, tuvimos que desayunar muy apurados. Volvería a reservar en el hotel sin ninguna duda; y comparado con otros hoteles de la zona donde he estado en otras oportunidades, fue muy superior. Buena relación precio- servicio.

Me gusto la excelente atención de la gente del bar. Y la excelente actitud de Christian, el muchacho que está a la noche, que a pesar de irme a las 5am, me brindo el desayuno. No me gusto, la habitación, descascarada y sobretodo la cama. Pague por una cama matrimonial y me pusieron dos camas individuales pegadas, que no eran iguales y Se separaron , tenía 5 horas para dormir y lo hice muy mal.

Sobrevaluaron las tarifas indicadas por Expedia. Malas condiciones de higiene. Instalaciones eléctricas defectuosas

Nice location and nice staff. Overall some lack of maintenance of the hotel. No fridges in the rooms.

Bueno. El Precio es razonable. Habían camas en la galería hacia la habitación e impedían el tránsito. El desayuno muy bueno. Puede mejorar la limpieza.

O hotel é muito velho e precisa de uma reforma geral. Descargas que vazam direto, cheiro horrível no quarto, portas estragadas, muita coisa ruim para descrever em poucas palavras. Os funcionários são ótimos, mas o hotel é horrível. O café da manhã é fraco. Elevadores improvisados de dar medo. Muito caro para o que oferece. Fuja dele, não vale o preço que cobram.

Es un hotel que está venido muy a menos. Le falta mantenimiento y refacciones.

es muy distinto a como se ve en las fotos , el estado es muy sucio, en la habitación habian papeles de los shampu anteriores a mi estada, los ascensores un desastre casi nunca anduvieron , la zona es un lugar muy cercan a donde hay prostitucion en general nunca me habia ido tan mal en elegir un hotel con ustedes

El hotel es malo es 1 o 2 estrellas no da para mas.y nos encontramos que tenian un perro en la habitacion de al lado nuestro.

the room hadn't been cleaned and there were stains on all the walls.

We have recently returned from a South American Tour. This Hotel is possibly the worst we have stayed in. Dirty sheets, towels and room. Dangerous electrics and a lift that stopped short of the floor by a good couple of inches. The stairs were no better, having loose handrails. We asked the rep to move us to a different hotel, without success, they offered us another room which was just as bad....so was the 3 rd room we were offered. We were forced to stay under duress, staff offered us a free meal & a free massage, we accepted neither. Next morning there was rotten fruit in the basket at breakfast. The best part about this hotel was when we left.

I came to watch Paul McCartney and this was apparently one of the " best" hotel available in town according to the agency. The pictures lie! It's old, dirty, noisy room , cold and wifi barely works. I feel like asking my money back.I have 1 more day to stay here and I wanna die. Hotel doesnt need to be fancy, but it needs to be comfy, and this one is far from it! Don't waste your time or money!

L’hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier très anime ou l'on peu tout faire à pied. Bon petit déjeuner continental. Ascenseur pour accéder aux étages.

Nicht so schön wie beschrieben, für den Preis okay. Dennoch nicht schön, Zimmer dunkel und nicht sauber. Frühstück auch eher negativ.

pequeñas cosas que se arreglaron. faltaron perchas- las repusieron faltaron vasos para los cepillos de dientes- lo repusieron no funciono el aire acondicionado y el frigobar que pedimos. TODO ESTO SE SOLUCIONO SIN PROBLEMA

El hotel esta bien ubicado. No lo considero como 3 estrellas, es un 2. El desayuno básico, pero suficiente para un 2 estrellas. La habitación cómoda con piso flotante.

El hotel no llenó expectativas, tiene falencias, pero subrayo el EXCELENTE trato trato de las personas en recepción, para mí es muy importante.

La experiencia en el hotel no fue buena, sus instalaciones y su habitación tampoco. El baño se encontraba en muy mal estado y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El espacio de desayuno un campo de batalla.

This hotel was convenient for sightseeing in Cordoba covering major spots on foot.

Dissapointed as pictures from hotels.com are " edited ", small rooms, old beds, small shower, disgusting pool, very Basic breakfast, tv reception is poor.

Eventhough the hotel is well located, it is old and dirty. Rooms are not renovated so you have carpet and decorations from the 80's. We stayed only one night and cannot talk about the breakfast. O hotel é bem localizado, fica perto da praça principal e de diversos pontos turísticos de Córdoba. O quarto é limpo e o café da manhã é bom.

The only advantage of this hotel is the location and that the staff is really nice. Other than that is old, not clean, mantained and noisy. We had power failures at 2am and they are all noisy talking outside trying to fix the problems... Rooms smell a mix of cleaning products with pee... Beside our room, there was a door where they keep all towels and bed linens... All in the floor and the floor is disgusting. I was not able to sleep at all. Slept dressed over the bed. If I woul return to Cordoba NEVER to this hotel

comoda la posizione, a pochi isolati da Plaza San Martin, personale cortese, ma servizi e pulizia non adeguata per un hotel a tre stelle

Vi blev noget skuffet, da vi så værelserne. Det var temmelig koldt og man kunne ikke selv regulere varmen. Ingen udluftning på badeværelset. Men rigtig fin service. Hjælp med at finde rundt i byen og få tilkaldt læge.(der endda var gratis) Morgenmad fin -men der var lidt koldt.

We did not stay but paid a fee for "cleaning" to go elsewhere. Dirty and one room had damp sheets. We were a large group who felt the photos were very misleading. The staff were friendly and were the saving grace for this place.

We cannot recommend this hotel. The only thing that is good about it is that its only a 10 min walk from Plaza San Martin. And the staff was friendly. The hotel is dirty and really needs to be renewed - the rooms need new painting badly and redecoration of furniture too. The sheets were dirty too, the bathroom flooded when taking showers. The breakfast was average. Not like the pictures at all!! You can find way better value for this price!!

O Hotel parece que foi recém reformado, ou somente partes dele... tem muita coisa que parece que foi deixada para depois, inclusive a limpeza dos banheiros (aliás, a reforma não chegou a todos os banheiros!! Pedimos para trocar de quarto por causa do estado do quarto que nos haviam colocado). Ainda demos o azar de nos hospedarmos junto com uma equipe feminina de ruggby ou coisa parecida que destruiu o café da manhã e nosso sono às 6 da manhã. Apesar disso, é bastante fácil se locomover a partir desse hotel e a equipe da Recepção é bastante atenciosa.

I expecte a diferent hotel from what I saw. The whole hotel is reforming, dirt, sand, in everywhere. The rooms would have a nice decoration, but in fact, they are not in good shape. The pillows are a moutain to sleep on, hard and high, bad sheets and towels. The breakfeast is also very bad, and the staff not helpfull and unfriendly. Well, if they are willing to renovate the hotel to let it in a good shape, they should close it, and re-open after the renovation, because no one who has been in the hotel by this time, would want to get back. Go to another place, we stayed in King David Flat in the back to Cordoba, is a much better one, with almost the same price value.

We stayed at Del Fundador Hotel twice during November 2008. I reserved a double room and paid AR $240 per night. This is a moderate price range for a hotel located downtown, about 10 minutes walking from all key sights and attractions. This hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the Omnibus (bus) station, which is a real plus if you arrive by long distance bus. On the negative side, the hotel is located in a semi "seedy" area, but one only needs to walk a few blocks towards the main square and the neighborhood improves. Despite the surroundings, we had no problem walking in the area at night. Once inside the hotel, the environment improves. The reception and dining areas are nicely designed, and computers are available for Internet access. The hotel rooms are on the modest and small side. They seem fairly modern and upgraded, with nice wood floors and decent furniture. Each room has air conditioning, cable TV, a safe, and a large bathroom. Beds were decent and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, had plentiful hot water, towels, and soap/shampoo. There is a large glass bowl type sink, either in the bathroom or in the main room. Our rooms appeared to be non-smoking and there were no tobacco odors. The hotel staff were very friendly, young, and some spoke English. They help with taxis and other special requests. For example, we had an early bus to catch and they opened up the breakfast room early for us. In another instance, we requested a quiet room and they provided us with a room opening into an inner courtyard and not the street. Breakfast was included with the price of the room and included cheese, ham, breads, fresh whole fruit, yoghurt, cereals, tea, and coffee. It was adequate and typical of an Argentina hotel or bed and breakfast. Overall, this facility is a good value, is clean, and is located very centrally for tourism. It is well maintained and meets the needs of the "medium budget" traveler.
