Quiet and convient

Very easy to stay in. A little dated now but is a good size and has everything you need with full kitchen facilities and an electronic fireplace. The pool is excellent and well kept.

It’s a good option for family and friends. Also, there’re many utensils if you would like to cook. The swimming pool is good, with warm water.

Great room, spacious, close to restaurants

No break first

We stayed on the way towards Eastern Canada. We have 3 teenagers the loft was bonus space for them to have their own space. Although it’s a tad outdated the space was extremely clean. The pool was just down the hall and we could sit outside while still keeping an eye at the pool. It’s about 10minute drive to the village but we just packed for the day and returned for dinner. It was nice not having to pay for the village high priced dinner. There is a grocery store walking distance and a hot plate in the hotel room if you choose to make an easy meal. We would stay again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en famille. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée. J’ai particulièrement adoré la mezzanine, un vrai plus surtout avec des enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We've stayed here a dozen times and never dissapointes with the room with the mezanine and kitchenette. And Guy, the gentleman at the front desk is always very welcoming and helpful. Excellent service!

Monsieur super acceuillant et respectueux. Très belle place Super belle chambre et grande pour notre famille de 6! Nous avons bien aimé! En plus piscine chaude et super agréable.

Nice place

Des le début l'accueil par Guy était hors pairs. Il nous a donnés toutes les explications nécessaire sur la chambre, et fonctionnement de hôtel il a dépassé nos attentes, un grand wow. De plus la chambre est vraiment bien équipe et propre. La seule chose est le divan lit que nous avons pris pour nos 2 ados n'est pas le top des confort et fait du bruit a chaque fois qu'on bouge. Cela dit nous étions conscient lors de la réservation, mais pour 1 nuit ce n'est pas un irritant toute fois si nous devions rester plus qu'une nuit nous n'aurions pas prit le divan lit. La piscine et sona très propre et agréable. De plus l'hôtel est hyper bien situé pour ce qui est des restaurants et balades . Nous reviendrons assurément cet été pour profiter des activités aquatiques. Un grand merci

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had one of the loft suits and was perfect for our ski holiday. There were some minor issues with the unit but nothing that would prevent me from coming back.kettle didn't work, not the comfiest bed but again place was clean and outfitted well to make meals. Location was great it was walking distance to three grocery stores and a micro brewery for those that just need a beer and a cooked meal ;-)

Great stay

It was overall fine. We didn’t get the rooms cleaned from night to night - so no clean towels or beds made.

When we walked in, there was no one at the front desk, we rung the bell, we even knock on the door to the office, we had to wait about 8 minutes. ON my bill we were charged $120.00 for an extra guest, however the room we booked said it sleeps 6 people, we were only five, Also in the room it stated if we didn't wash our dishes, we would be charged $50.00, seems odd to us, what do the house Keeping do?, We will not return to this hotel in the furture.

Fantastic place to stay in you're looking for a clean, low key, budget friendly place to stay. Loved the pool and dry sauna

Great llace to stay with all amenities

Very clean and Big space with kitchen for family.i can take bus to mont tremblant to ski.the bus stop is 3 mins walk from hotel.i also walked to supermarket to buy food everyday.there are 3 big supermarkets near hotel.

It was affordable and very comfortable stay. The indoor pool was warm and very clean.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Super clean and equipped with everything we needed. Just a little far from the village where we had dinner reservations. The building is a little run down. Looks like there was a restaurant attached to the hotel but just filled with junk now. A little unsightly.

Everething is ok

Our railing to the top floor in the room was broken. Said they couldn't fix until Monday. Our stay was only Friday to Sunday. Not safe especially for children. Received no fresh towels even though the "make up room" sign was on door all day. Room shakes when dryer next door is being used by staff.

Quiet place to sleep for a long week-end

Well situated for people traveling by bus 🚌 from Montreal, there's a free shuttle just by the shell gas station to go to Tremblant mountain. Cycling trail close by , Tim Hortons also close by . Beside some children running around in the room upstairs, who can blame them its vacation time afterall, was a very pleasant weekend . There's a pool inside very convenient

We enjoyed the mezzanine layout. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to be comfortable.

Close to village

The room was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our group of 3. The staff was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information at check-in, including recommendations for restaurants and where to charge our car. We found a good restaurant, grocery store and car-charging station minutes from the hotel. In the morning, it was a short drive to Mont Tremblant.

Impossible to get the room before 16h which is too bad. Then at 16h everyone is waiting in line at the front desk, impatient. Room OK and bed comfortable

Staff is always outstanding there..we've stayed many times over the past 6 years. The rooms are very well kept, clean and the pool is large and clean. The only thing about Saint Jovite is getting any food delivered. It takes forever (1.5 hrs on average) to get a delivery and your options are basically junk like au coq, bennys chicken or basic pizza. The hotel is fantastic but plan on dining out at a restaurant for supper. Good luck getting anything from mcdonalds or tim hortons on monteé ryan on a weekend morning...they open whenever they have staff to work..otherwise closed.

Overall property is well maintained, only issue was sofa bed mattress it was thin for family of 4 instead booked 2 queen bedroom

Comfortable and convenient. Easy access to the P'tit Train du Nord trail and a short drive from Mont-Tremblant and numerous golfcourses. Close to many good restaurants, grocery stores and other necessities. Lot's of room to bring in our bikes - just make sure to request a room on the main floor.

This hotel is really nice and conveniently located, close to Mont Tremblant main street. There are also many groceries and restaurants near the property. The room has got a kitchen with all the utensils which made our trip even easier, specially when you’re travelling with small kids. The receptionist named Guy was really nice to us and furtherly explained us all we need to know to make our trip even more interesting. The pool and sauna are great! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, bilingual and accommodating. The man at the front desk explained everything about the room and the facilities at check in. The room was clean and functional. It has everything you need for a longer visit - kitchenette with dishes and utensils for 4 people, including cookware and a stovetop! You also have access to a kettle, keurig (no pods), coffee pot, microwave etc. I loved the faux fireplace, too! Good amenities - although I did not use the jacuzzi, pool or gym during my short stay, so I cannot comment on their condition. Hotel could use some renovation and updates to furniture. The furniture seemed old and worn. Very strong scent of citrus upon entering the room, perhaps oranges or lemon pledge. I thought, at least it is clean, but I felt maybe they were compensating for old smoke scent or musky old room smell. It is clean superficially, but maybe they could look into a deep professional clean of the room and upholstery, including the carpet and perhaps use different cleaners, so the scent is easier on the senses. The scent either dissipated or I got used to it, because it didn't seem as strong after a few hours. Overall, I think this is a great place for families or groups to stay. There is a nearby grocery store, so you could pick up food and cook in the room. I would definitely book here again.

Great Service; great rooms with kitchenette

Room was excellent ... very clean, looked recently renovated and very comfortable. Kitchenette is well equiped and hotel right beside 3 grocery stores. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Pool was also nice, however the hot tub was not functioning and the sauna is in need of repair, which was disappointing after a day of skiing. We would stay here again though.
