I genuinely felt as though guests were seen as a burden rather than the reason the hotel exists. Unfortunately, both my first and last impression of this hotel were ruined because of the reception staff. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, professionalism, and respect for its guests.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Reasonable hotel depending on the purpose of my stay (family 2 days trip to Jubail), very cooperative staff (thank you Mr.Ahmad in the reception), rooms (even the unrenovated ones) are ok, easy to park cars. Breakfast is average (I didn't opt it).
The location is somehow confusing, between the old city of jubail and the way to Fanateer (the modern part), viewing the sea but mainly to the harbour which is facing the hotel with busy like a bee nest with 24/24 trucks traffic. There's nothing at a "walking distance" to the hotel.

Parking is a bit limited, especially if they have a conference. This visit the room was a little smaller, and the tv had fewer English channels, but the room was still good.
