Les chambres sont assez petites, les portes de la salle de bain ne sont pas pratiques.

Host was very friendly and made it feel like coming home each time we arrived at the Riad. Great location in a lavishly decorated building. Loved the hot milk for coffee in he am.

I loved this riad and all the staff. Such loving and caring people my heart will always be with them. I would say the only thing to expect is the prayer call. When you sre not use to this it can be a lil alarming to first hear it. I got used to it fast. I love this riad and will definitely come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not much English spoken but they are very willing to and patient with a French/Arabic/english/mime communication. Especially Sarah, who is delightful. Rooms are clean and exactly as shown in photos. Small but good bathroom with a fantastic shower. Breakfast is excellent and ample. Location is perfect you can walk straight up the main road from the train station, across Hassan II and straight into the Madina. About 1/4 of a mile and your first and only turn will be into the lane the Riad is on. No getting lost on the way back a night. Great place!

Not the property’s fault but be prepared for a half hour call to prayer at 5:00am. The price is higher than many places nearby but when you include all the advantages it is well worth it.

Kommunikation. Es steht , dass man da parken kann.... Es ist Altstadt, man kann nicht mit dem Auto zum Hotel kommen.

Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich, immer lachend, sehr kinderfreundlich. Wunderschönes Riad, traditionnelles marokkanisches Interior, wunderschöne Fliesen und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war traditionnel und sehr lecker ! Das Zimmer auch wieder im marokkanischen Stil, das Bett sehr sehr bequem und groß genug. Die Lage war super, zu Fuß kommt man einfach überall hin. Das Riad ist mitten in der alten Medina. Geschäfte une kleine Snacks finden sie überall. Wir kommen definitiv wieder !!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Riad Sidi Fatah. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et chaleureux. Les petits-déjeuners étaient copieux et délicieux. L’intérieur est original et reflète parfaitement l’ambiance authentique du Maroc.

Saara a été très attentionnée pendant tout notre séjour et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Le jour où nous devions repartir très tôt pour Marrakech, elle avait même laissé du lait et du gâteau pour nous dans le réfrigérateur. Cette petite attention nous a vraiment fait nous sentir comme chez nous. L’emplacement était également agréable, au cœur de l’ancienne médina de Rabat, dans une petite rue charmante et calme. C’est un bon endroit où séjourner à Rabat, surtout pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de l’atmosphère et du charme de la vieille ville.

La salle de bain pourrait être améliorée sur quelques petits détails. Le lavabo, en particulier, n’est pas très pratique, car l’eau éclabousse facilement autour lorsqu’on l’utilise. Avec quelques petits ajustements dans la salle de bain, tout serait encore mieux.

Las habitaciones son oscuras y resultan pequeñas. Al estar emplazado en mitad del zoco hay que atravesarlo continuamente.

Esperienza davvero fantastica! Hotel assolutamente consigliato, sia per la struttura che per la qualità del servizio. Camera pulita, accogliente e molto curata, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la posizione, all’interno della Medina, molto comoda per visitare la Medina e spostarsi facilmente. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, oltre le aspettative. Se dovessi tornare in zona, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel. Consigliatissimo!

Stunning design or riad! Lovely rooms with air conditioning. Superb location and it's very quiet despite being so close to busiest shopping streets in medina. Breakfast was super tasty!Everybody who works in riad are very nice. We felt so welcome!!! Thank you!!

Ótima localização, próxima ao centro da Old Medina e ao mesmo tempo reservado e silencioso. O quarto tem iluminação baixa, o que convida ao descanso. A anfitriã Sara é extremamente atenciosa e simpática. Café da manhã farto e fresco.

Beautiful place-and quiet despite being in the middle of a busy medina

We had a wonderful stay! So many great things about the riad including the kindest hosts, beautiful decor, yummy breakfast, relaxing terrace and very central location.

Riad molto carino ed accogliente. Camera più spaziosa di altri Riad ed arredata in modo molto tipico, con mobili in legno di cedro che rendevano l'ambiente piacevole. Il bagno era pulito e comodo; sono presenti anche dei comodi appoggi per le proprie cose. Colazione ricca ed abbondante, con anche opzioni salate e omelette.

Tout était parfait ! Le Riad est magnifique et son emplacement idéal car tout est faisable à pied. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Et enfin notre hôte Sara s’est très bien occupé de nous.

The location is great because you're very close to the medina but just outside of it. The place is clean, elegant with Moroccan styled - rooms, the breakfast they served us was rich and delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful.

There was no hairdryer.

Ce fût un bonheur de nous réveiller dans ce riad, entourés d'artisanat Marocain, situé en plein cœur de la médina. La chambre était propre, l'endroit est très calme. L'accueil de Khalid a été très chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive et nous avons eu droit à un délicieux petit déjeuner marocain sur le toit-terrasse le lendemain matin, c'était parfait!

The staff was beyond helpful. they welcomed us with fresh mint tea, they were very accommodating and they even prepared us breakfast beforehand as we had to leave before the breakfast time. They were always cheerful and very helpful. The room was big and the bed very comfy. it is very central in the Medina, but quite too.

the door of the bathroom had a space above, so it was not quite separated from the room, but that was minor

Das Riad ist wirklich sehr zentral! Von außen trouble durch das Souk, aber innen sehr ruhig und angenehm. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Stil ist wirklich sehr traditionell und einmalig!

Die Falltüren im Bad sind etwas nervig. Die stopper halten die Türen nicht immer offen. Ein Mülleimer in jedem Zimmer wäre super.

The property is gorgeous and in the heat of summer loved the ac lol but the people managing it are great and clean as well as just beautifully done. We stayed in many roads over the years while come to Morocco and this one is defo on our top 10 for its beauty and uniqueness and folks who welcomed us

Sehr schönes Road in der Medina von Rabat. Trotz Check-in am nächsten Tag, sehr früh, war jemand da der uns die Tür geöffnet hat. Frühstück kann man auch auf der Dachterrasse einnehmen.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr hellhörig und vor allem in der ersten Frühstücksrunde muss man noch leise sein, die Angestellte hätte die "City Tax" zu Beginn unseres Stays noch genauer erläutern können.

Ryane was de meest vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkster.

De luchtvochtigheid in de kamer. Te vochtig. Geen ventilatie. Ontbijt was eentonig en gebrek aan fruit.

If you want to stay in the Medina, this is the perfect location . The Medina experience was wonderful. The Riad staff were excellent and so helpful. Breakfast very very good. It was our first visit to Morocco we really liked the people and stay. Thank you

It was not a question of like or not like but guests should be aware you are near a number of Mosques and the night time call to prayers can take a little time getting used to, if you are not already used to it.

Die Atmosphäre ist alles in allem genau so, wie man es sich erhofft: Ein wunderschönes, künstlerisch ästhetisch ausgestaltetes Riad mit Brunnen im Innenhof und zufriedenstellendem Frühstück, inmitten der Altstadt von Rabat. Die Angestellten sind freundlich. Wenn an weiß, wo man hin muss, findet man auch nach Erkundungstouren durch die Medina leicht wieder zurück.

Leider gibt es kaum Steckdosen, was für Reisende mit Föhn, Glätteisen etc. ein wenig hinderlich sein kann. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind etwas stickig und die Fenster so hellhörig, dass man geweckt wird von den anderen Gästen beim Frühstück.

Le Riad par lui même. Son architecture. La chambre extra ordinaire. Puis les personnes qui y travaillent notamment Aznah et Ryane. D’une gentillesse extrême. Les femmes d entretien le gardien de nuit bref toute l’équipe. Sa situation dans la médina : les avantages sans les inconvénients. Je reviendrai avec des amis

Great location and very friendly staff The location is ideal for visiting Rabat, a peaceful and very pleasant city. Hasna and Riyane were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The night watchman also gave me excellent recommendations on where to eat in the evening, which I really appreciated. I stayed for only one night, but I was able to enjoy my time there and had a very positive experience. I would gladly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Rabat.

The only small point is that the lighting in the room could be a little brighter. However, this is quite common in traditional riads and did not affect the quality of my stay.

Place was nice but he had to pay for someone to bring our bags to our room, it wasn’t part of their service.

Hard to find and showers water wet entire floor because it was too small. And doors to the bathroom were swing doors which was dangerous when you need to go to bathroom in the middle of the night.

Not much.. room on second floor but had to pay someone to bring our bags up to the room. Not a tip but pay a man. It is not in their service. The ladies who clean the room and gave us our breakfast were so nice.

Shower was so small you wet the entire bathroom when you shower.

This Riad is like something out of a fairy tale. It is worth to try at least once in your life!

I loved the style of the room as it felt very cosy especially in the evening after a long day.

It was a bit noisy. You could hear drilling outside tje Riad early in the morning. We didn’t need an alarm as we were woken up by the noise.

- C était bien situé dans la médina - les espaces communs étaient propres - l une des jeunes filles étaient souriantes - c’était assez silencieux

- le PIRE petit dej que vous aurez au Maroc. Ils vous ramène des crêpes et du pain décongelés qui ont AUCUN goût. Ils sont presque encore humides. La pire omelette que j’ai mangé de ma vie. Impossible de la digérer tellement c’était mauvais. Pour ce prix là, vous pourriez au moins mettre du pain frais ou des beignets frais acheté aux marchands si vous voulez pas cuisiné tous les jours. Le petit dej est vraiment mauvais. - les odeurs d égout dans la salle de bain c’est vraiment horrible. - Les photos sont bien plus belles que la réalité , le Riad est sombre et sans charme - les chambres sont un peu triste. - vous pourriez ajouter un transat sur la terrasse - sachez que dans ce quartier vous aurez l appel à la prière pendant 30/40 min à 4:30am , et on l entend très fort. - vous pourriez rajouter des bouteilles d’eau

Le Riad est idéalement situé dans la médina, proche des points d’intérêt.

Nous avions réservé via Booking, une chambre supérieure, les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. La salle de bain est très petite et mal agencée. Odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain importante.

Ontbijt werd snel geserveerd en vers, verse jus d'orange, thee of koffie, jam, kaas, en het lekkere Marokkaans brood, de pannenkoeken, ommelet, olijven; kortom alles lekker vers,smqkelijk en gezond. Een aanrader ! Een heerlijk dakterras waar je gezellig kan zitten. Mooie smaakvolle kamers Elke dag werd de kamer weer netjes en schoon gemaakt altijd erg vriendelijke ontvangst De Riad ligt erg mooi in de medina, heel dicht bij de tradiotionele marktjes, en toch is het er heel rustig eenmaal binnen; de buurt is schoon en veilig.
