דבר ראשון צוות לא עוזר בעליל.. בצ׳ק אין אמרו לנו שלא שילמנו ואילצו אותנו לחכות למנהל ואז הסתבר שהבעיה הייתה בין המלון לאתר משהו כזה והפקידה הייתה ממש לא נעימה ואותו דבר לגבי המנהל הזה.. אחרכ הארוחות פשוט ביזיון לא היה מה לאכול והכל היה קר ויבש גם בארוחת בוקר לא היה מבחר בכלל וארוחת הערב פשוט בושה לשלם על זה כסף ועוד כמות כזו של כסף האוכל באמת היה ברמה הכי נמוכה שיש. יום למחרת יצאנו לטייל וכשחזרנו לא ניקו לנו את החדר אז ביקשנו בקבלה שינקו לנו את החדר ואנחנו נצא שוב להסתובב וכשחזרנו אחרי שעתיים עדיין היה מלוכלך.. לקחתי בעצמי מגבות כי לא הביאו לנו ואז ירדתי בחזרה לקבלה להגיד שעדיין לא ניקו והתשובה של הפקידה היה פשוט מוזר, רציתי לשתות תה בחדר ולא היו כוסות אז אמרו לי ללכת בעצמי לחדר אוכל לקחת כוסות. אחרי כמה שעות באו לנקות את החדר וסהכ לקחו זבל ושפכו ליטר אקונומיקה בכיור מה שהפך את השהות בחדר בלתי נסבלת. בקיצור שהייה וחוויה ברמה נמוכה ביותר מתחת לכל ביקורת אפשרית

שאמרנו שיש לנו יום הולדת ובאנו כלום ואז אמרו שיביעו משהו בערב אחרי ששאלנו שוב נתנו עים פרצוף לא מחייך

Au check out, la réception m'a soutenu que j'avais pris aussi des repas.samedi midi alors que je n'avais dîné que vendredi soir facture à l'appui. Malgré cela, ils ont insisté pour finir par reconnaître que c'était une erreur de leur part. Dommage. Et ce matin l'accès à la piscine n'était pas autorisé pour cause de débordement. Sinon c'est un peu venteux et un peu bruyant. Mais bonne impression au global.

Грязная игровая комната детская, с запахом табака ( персонал выходит курить на парковку все тянет в игровую), нет спуска к морю от отеля хоть заявлена первая линия, доступа к морю нет. Нет кофе в течении дня, вообще скучно. חדר המשחקים לילדים מלוכלך ויש בו ריח של טבק (הצוות יוצא לעשן בחניה והריח נכנס לחדר המשחקים). אין גישה לים מהמלון, למרות שמוצהר שהוא נמצא בקו ראשון לים – בפועל אין ירידה או גישה ישירה לחוף. אין קפה זמין במהלך היום, ובאופן כללי המקום די משעמם.

נמצא קרוב לים, יש חניה, חדר גדול, נקי, מרווח. יש מטבחון ופינת ישיבה. מרפסת גדולה. בריכה גדולה ונקייה.

מיטה ממש לא נוחה. מצעים לא נעימים. הכריות נוראיות, שתי כריות קשות וגדולות מאוד ועוד 2 כריות עם גושים גושים של חומר מילוי. ארוחת בוקר ממוצעת עד סבירה. קפה ממכונה, זה לא כייף. לא מצדיק את המחיר ללילה.

הסוויטה נקיה, שירות החדרים מצויין. השירות לאורח היה מצויין וזמין. הסוויטה מהממת עם מרפסת גדולה שפונה לים היתה כיפית.

תקלה קטנה רק שכדאי לתקן, מעדנים פגי תוקף במקרר של ארוחת הבוקר. מניחה שמדובר בטעות שיכולה לקרות בלי כוונה.

למרות הביקור הקצר נהניתי מהביקור, רק חבל שבקומה שלי בחדר ליד שיפצו או עשו תיקונים בחדר עם המקדחה . לא יכולתי לנוח בצהריים. אוכל היה טעים ומיטה נוחה ונקי בחדר.

האוכל היה פשוט מזעזע.

יחס ,כמעט ולא היה מי שיתן שירות,חוסר יחס,רוב הזמן לא היה אף אחד בקבלה,האוכל היה על הפנים.

אזור הגשת האוכל צפוף מאוד המיזוג לא חימם הכיריים החשמליות לא היה תקין ולא היתה אזהרה שלא להפעיל אותם

היה לנו רעש טורדני בלילה הראשון וגם ביום השני לאחר שהעבירו אותנו חדר אנחנו המשכנו לשמוע את אותו רעש טורדני מהתקרה משהו שקשור כנראה לגוף החימום למזגן בנוסף שכשנכנסנו לחדר המזגן לא היה על חימום אלא היה על אוורור או קירור הסביר לנו שם אחד הטכנאים שזה בגלל העונת המעבר המזגנים לא מכוונים על מזגן אחד קיצור היה שם בעיה שם עם החימום

נוף נהדר מול הים, סוויטות מרווחות עם מרפסת גדולה, הצוות נתן מענה לכל הבקשות שלנו: מגבות, צלחות, מזגן.... הכל היה נהדר. תודה רבה. יש במרחק הליכה כמה מסעדות

חוף הרחצה מעט מרוחק, 20 דקות הליכה או נסיעה של 5 דקות ברכב (לא תמיד יש חניה בחוף)

הכל היה טוב נחנו ונהננו

Bathroom door handles were broken, food was not good, dining room had leak from the ceiling directly on our table, no beach access.

Probably will net be enough to write everything I would not say it’s Hotel We had reservation for 3 nights Sunday - Wednesday Rooms are terrible!!!! We changed 3 rooms the 4th one was the best option from all the worse rooms Mold, not clean , AC was not working for a full day !!!! Room maintenance is Zero !!!! Even I would say below Zero Room Cleaning is Bad I saw the lady dragging the dirt all the room to the front door and pushing it to the front door carpet !!!! They gave us Pool towels When calling from the room , no one answered We had to go down to the front desk My wife try so many times to get someone attention to solve issues But without any luck Until The “ Vice General Manger”agreed and had time to talk to her Even then , like we say “ Good luck “ Shortly Stay away from this hotel Pay more and go to real Hotel not Hostel !

Me and my wife scheduled one night between Friday to Saturday at October. We planned to have a quiet and relief vacation but unfortunately it wasn't.. First there are a lot of weird sounds inside the room.. Second,at the swimming pool we practically didn't have any chance to have a moment of quiet: Noises and loud screaming of child dangerous playing of little children in front of the lifeguard(which basically was half of the time busy talking with his friends outside the pool). The climax was an unrespectable behivor that I won't describe in that platform. Breakfast was good enough.. Service was also good.. The nearest beach was close due maintenance. I won't come back to the hotel..it seems that they prefer to have big families instead of couples..

The property is located in a nice and convenient location. The free parking is appreciated. That said, I paid almost $1000USD for 2-night stay (family of 5). During our stay there was: no use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, dining area did not serve any hot food the first day, there was dripping water and mold on the wall/ceiling in the area where food was served, NO wi-fi in the rooms, bath tub no working and the hotel refused to let us cancel nor offer any compensation for not delivering on the very services and amenities it advertised as having. **THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE BEYOND DATED!!!

I stayed with a very large group for 3 nights in the hotel The group did all the arranging and check in and organization so We had no contact with the hotel staff The suites are a nice size .A bit worn if you look at them but the room was comfortable and the massive balcony with sea view was stunning They managed to feed everyone nicely The food was generally good Breakfast was good although We couldnt find any yogurts But there was everything else and omlette station .Dinner and lunch had something for everyone .No complaints there .We left our room after breakfast on the last day and at 13.00 when we were actually leaving the hotel I realized I had left a bag of childrens clothes in the room I went to the front desk who made 1 phonecall to security and after left me standing 30 minutes with no help After 30 minutes I asked what I should do and they sent me to the offices where a senior employee asked why I was there .Took my details on a tiny note pad amonst lots of mess and promised to contact me .After 28 hours and until now 3 days later no one contacted me 0 guest services .But I phoned the day after .spoke with security who had the bag and sent someone to collect it .In my case and the hotel knew the group I was with in the hotel . The bag belonged to a 2.5 year old who had lost his father recently and the Batman Tshirt I needed and Sonic Tshirt meant a lot to him .A very pleasant stay was let down by a small problem That no one cared about

The hotel is outdated...some bad painting and paint spots all over the room...the hotel walls and corridors are dirty

Room was very tired - walls were peeling paint - sofa in the deluxe room was a very old sofa bed that was deeply uncomfortable - the bathroom was tiny - the advertised spa and fitness were not part of the hotel and required an extra cost to access - for the price this was not value for money at all

It was great staying here. The staff was helpful. Attentive.

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Good water pressure. Other than paint chipping the room was relatively clean.

The first room they gave me was terrible. The carpet was filthy and the room smelled terrible. The desk clerk said there would be a room rate adjustment because the second room was smaller. Never got the adjustment.

The rooms are outdated, old and dilapidated.
