Nos tocó en la última planta y justo al lado del armario de limpieza. Desde las 6 de la mañana imposible dormir debido a los ruidos y golpes de la limpiadora. Luego el parking es una trampa 15€ es un atraco porque es muy complicado entrar y salir.

We had an issue with our luggage service and the receptionist (Romina) was very helpful and helped us get everything arranged by calling and speaking directly with the luggage transport service..

Su ubicación es muy buena. El personal también muy bien. Los baños son nuevos.

El ruido. Las puertas cierran haciendo demasiado ruido, sumado a que no hay ningún tipo de insonorización en las habitaciones, fue imposible pasar una sola noche sin despertarme con ruidos de gente por el pasillo/cerrando puertas/pasando maletas/ruidos de habitaciones de al lado. Parece un hotel que cuida los detalles dentro de sus límites, y creo que es algo que deberían priorizar y se les está olvidando.

Atlantico is right in the heart of the main city. The room had everything we needed with an updated bathroom with a very hot shower. This was a great stay for us.

as is typical.in some euro hotels, the walls were bare and an inexpensive piece of art on a wall or two would have made it look finished.

Hotellet lå midt i "smørøyet", altså så nære havnen og sentrum som man praktisk kunne komme. Rsepsjonen ble bestyrt av Beatrix og hun viste seg å være en sjeldenhet når det gjaldt service og hjelpsomhet.

There was no kettle or coffee making facility in the room but we did not ask for a kettle.

The location was perfect close to all de restaurants you can do walking to visit the places. Have a nice cafe restaurant just next door. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The location was perfect for someone walking the Camino de Santiago. It is clean, it is convenient, and the service was excellent. It is right across from Church of Santiago de Vigo, which I didn't know when booking, but it's where many Peregrinos start their Camino if they're going to do the 100 km. There are two laundromats within a block. There are plenty of restaurants, and the one to the left of the church that was recommended by the front desk was absolutely outstanding. And the value for what I paid was the icing on the cake.

Posizione centrale comodissima alla zona pedonale di Vigo, parcheggio interno e staff sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta

Hotel molto carino e centralissimo per visitare Vigo. Non capisco perché sia classificato come 2 stelle quando ha tutti i servizi per averne 3, la camera è nuova, ampia e accogliente. Reception sempre presente e ottima colazione ad un buon costo. Gentilissimo e professionale lo staff, che ci aiutato per la ricerca del parcheggio.

Está muy bien ubicado, y si vas con coche por 15 euros al día tiene parking, que en la zona se agradece mucho, el puerto está a 10 min andando. Y olía realmente bien el hotel, un aroma fresco que nos encantó

Por el precio que tiene la verdad nos esperábamos otra cosa, la habitación bastante pequeña, sin nevera para poder enfriar el agua (en verano lo veo básico), las camas de muelles y almohadas de las de antes. Se oía absolutamente todo de las otras habitaciones...

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte in questo hotel a Vigo, perché eravamo di passaggio, e siamo stati veramente bene: molto pulito, ed accogliente, la nostra camera era spaziosa nonostante avessimo fatto aggiungere un letto per nostra figlia, piccoli dettagli molto curati. Al piano rialzato, dove noi alloggiavamo, a disposizione degli ospiti una grande sala arredata con molto gusto, dove poter riposare, ascoltare musica, bere acqua offerta dall’hotel, scaldare un pranzo con il microonde a disposizione, o, semplicemente, fare due chiacchiere. Siamo stati accolti da Romina, che ci ha aiutato a risolvere qualche problema logistico, e addirittura si è resa disponibile a prenotare per noi il trasporto per il nostro ultimo giorno di permanenza in Spagna, perché dai nostri smartphone il sito non ce lo permetteva. Insomma, hotel consigliatissimo!

Eran dos habitaciones conectadas y en el último piso. Toda estaba muy limpio. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella de agua por persona. Me gustó mucho la ubicación, está en el centro cerca de todos partes, tanto del puerto como del casco viejo. También pasan autobús por la misma calle del Hotel para ir al aeropuerto y también están cerca las estaciones de trenes y autobuses. Y también tiene cerca cafeterías.

Buena ubicación. Buen servicio de las personas que atienden. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Es cierto que se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones, en ese aspecto pierde puntos en la relación calidad precio.

O banheiro não estava bem higienizado, cheirava a xixi e cigarro.

I would have scored this hotel higher if it wasn't for the noisy guests who came in from their night out at 4.00 am with no regard for other guests. I realise this is not the fault of the hotel, however it did affect our stay. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival which was slightly early than normal check in, but our room was ready. Nice sized room and excellent bathroom, which was very clean. Excellent air con which was quiet and effective and much needed in 34 degree heat. The location of the hotel was excellent for the historic area, marina and train station.

A couple of extra pillows would have been good, the ones on the bed were very flat. As a suggestion, maybe some signage reminding guests to be mindful of others if coming in after 10.00pm.

Room size tiny / not enough room to open two suitcases at the same time. Tiny elevator.

Mina was outstanding. She went above and beyond in her level of customer service. Her knowledge is professional represents Atlantico perfecto! Beatrice was also outstanding!

Breakfast setup could improve. There is no room for trays while selecting breakfast items. Try expanding the size of the setup to improve flow. Coffee cups were small. There was not enough fruit.

Staff super simpática e disposta a ajudar. A Beatrice da recepção nos recebeu muito bem. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no Hotel Atlántico Vigo. Ótima localização, hotel confortável e acolhedor.

La struttura era carina, ordinata, pulita ed il personale molto gentile.

Non ho molto da dire, se proprio devo dire qualcosa, non hanno un locale per tenere le valigie, che vengono comunque tenute alla reception. Comunque è un dettaglio di poco conto.

Hotel con buena ubicación, tiene parking, pero dispone de pocas plazas. Habitaciones más bien pequeñas, baño cómodo con ducha. Personal amable y con disposición a agradar.

La ubicación estaba bien para poder pasear hacia el centro de la ciudad. A pesar de no haber cogido el desayuno buffet, la cafetería del hotel está muy bien y pudimos desayunar ambas jornadas allí.

Poca insonorización, se escuchaba cualquier ruido de pasillos y habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, great breakfast and ambiance, close to everything but quiet in the room. Definitely exceeded expectations!! 100% recommend

A very pleasant place to stay. Perfect location, great Wifi, comfortable room

The one problem here for me was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. As a result, I could not sleep until 1 or 2 am, even with earplugs in. The constant banging of doors and talking of other guests kept me awake, despite feeling tired. And why do people nowadays feel so comfortable talking loudly and slamming doors well into the night, as if oblivious to others. Is this the most selfish generation ever?

Como estábamos haciendo el Camino de Santiago, queda un poco retirado, pero los taxis son buena opción y buen precio
