Seehotel Pilatus

Unterkunft war zu unserem Zeitpunkt eine Baustelle, da renoviert wurde. Innen drin aber teilweise noch sehr alt und kein schönes Interieur auch im Neubau nicht.

Für Badehandtücher muss man sich jedes Mal in eine Liste ein und austragen, sehr umständlich. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Badezimmer gibt es nur eine Seife, kein Conditioner und keine Bodylotion. Für ein Viersternehotel nicht akzeptabel. Auch keine Kaffee oder Teebar im Hotelzimmer. Essens Brömme extrem ungemütlich. Auswahl beim Frühstücks buffet auch eher schlecht für ein Viersternehotel Hotel. Zum Beispiel nur Weizen Brötchen, nur Naturjoghurt im kleinen Glas, keine Leinsamen etc. Außerdem Butter und Frischkäse in kleinen Plastikverpackungen.

They were renovating the middle restaurant which was much more of an eye sore than expected. Also no light bites or bar food available. Room extremely dated and tired looking. It is on an extremely busy road

Die Lage, die Betten, dass Hotel war einfach nur super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Frühstück super gut.

Das Abendessen und der Service waren sehr gut

Das Zimmer war alt und schmutzig, sehr hellhörig. Die Gäste über uns und neben uns hat man gehört.

Our suite was spectacular, with the best lake-view ever. The rest of the facilities is closer to a 3-star. At the same time, there are renovation works ongoing, I’d imagine the hotel will get a major lifting. The staff super kind. Also the swimming pool is excellent, big and with a fantastic view.

Schönes Hotel direkt am See mit guten Service und sehr sauber.

Die Lage am See ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Wellnessbereich mit direktem Zugang zum See hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Die Livemusik am Abend fanden wir eher störend, uns hätte ein ruhiger Abend am See besser gefallen.

its most beautiful view . we dindt have AC in room but a large terrace / glass wall. so it was fine. but we checked in 7 pm , so maybe soner check in could be warm and uncomfortable .

they have revnovation in lobby which take a way glam of the hotel , other than that it was perfect. i loved it.

Das die putzfrau trotz bitte nicht stören tafel um 9:00 uhr ohne klopfen im zimmer stand. Der lärm eines gerätes non stop eines nebengebäudes bei offenem fenster

Die Lage am See einfach traumhaft! Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, können Sachen wir Pool und Fitness nicht bewertet werden - waren aber vorhanden und auf den ersten Blick haltend was es verspricht.

Unser Zimmer war auf der Strassenseite - daher etwas lärmig (vorbeifahrende Autos). Für romantischen Aufenthalt ein Zimmer Seeseite buchen! Parkplätze eng, wurde vorne zuparkiert (obwohl es kein Parkplatz war), mein Rückspiegel wurde angerempelt und zudem hatte in der Nacht wohl jemand Spass daran eine milchige FLèssigkeit darüber zu schütten.

Direkter Seezugang zum baden. Schöne Sauna mit Eismaschine zum abkühlen, kneippen. Der Frühstücksservice hat mich freundlich auch schon vor 7.00 begrüsst & bedient.

We had a lovely stay at Seehotel Pilatus. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view over Lake Lucerne, and the whole team was friendly and helpful. We had mentioned our son’s birthday before arriving and really appreciated the thoughtful surprise of chocolates and a beautiful towel-flower arrangement in the room. They also brought him a dessert with a candle at dinner, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast had a great selection and everything we tried was fresh and tasty, and we also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Free parking was another welcome bonus and added to the overall value. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation work, but it didn’t affect our stay at all — we experienced no noise, dust or disruption. We would happily stay again.

La vue lors du petit déjeuner. La piscine, l'accès direct au lac et la proximité avec la gare.

Chambre individuelle qui faisait un peu cellule avec des toiles d'arraignée etc. J'ai été surprise pour un 4 étoiles mais sur Booking j'ai vraiment eu un bon prix donc je ne pense pas que j'ai eu la chambre typique. On entendait un peu la route, côté route et effectivement, comme mentionné dans les autres commentaires, si des voisins sont bruyants dans le couloir, malheureusement on les entend.

The location is stunning. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner is near the lake on the terrace.

fantastische Lage am See. Entsprechender Blick aus der Junior Suite. Großes Hallenbad, leider sehr dunkel. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz.

Zimmereinrichtung zwar praktikabel aber sehr einfach. Bettmatratze durchgelegen. Akustische Entkopplung der Nachbarzimmer schlecht. "Gourmet" Menü hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Sehr schummerige und wenig schmeichelnde, blaue (?) Beleuchtung im Restaurant.

Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Leider (aber auch nötig) wurde viel renoviert während unseres Aufenthalts.

Wunderbar. Die Lage war spektakulär, ebenso der Ausblick auf den See und die große Terrasse nur für uns. Das Essen war ebenfalls super. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht auf der Durchreise nach Italien, konnten aber gut im Pool und am See entspannen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen .

This one was nice refreshing change after all the slightly worn-out chalets without air conditioning. Located next to the lake and rather near the mount Pilatus.

It’s a bit of a walk from the train station, but not too bad. The restaurant was being renovated, but didn’t bother us much. Not sure if that affected the pricing, but, out of all the places we stayed in Switzerland, this was by far the most bang for the buck.

View from bedroom was amazing. Spa was great too. Staff at reception really friendly and breakfast staff too.

It would have been helpful to have an information pack of local places to eat/ visit. Extra pillows for the bed too .

Personal war nicht sehr freundlich (Rezeption war sehr nett), für den Preis hätten wir aber mehr Leistung erwartet. Langes hin und her mit Rezeption bis wir alles hatten, weil unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war aber wir schon in den Wellnessbereich wollten (Bademäntel wollte man uns keine im Voraus geben, wir durften warten, bis unser Zimmer fertig ist und dann diese holen)

We had an amazing view of the lake. It was a 10 minute walk to train station. The indoor pool was great. The breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately they had a major renovation on at the time which we were not aware of on booking.

Does not have the expected setup and ambience of a 4 start hotel, outdated facilities, furnishing, lighting is very strange, blue light in the restaurant, dinner food was terrible. We stayed one night, left early the next day as we did not like it there. Needs major investment. No value for the price paid.

Très jolie vue sur le lac depuis la chambre. Sympathique service de restauration simple t l’extérieur. Facilité à rejoindre Lucerne en train.
