La ubicación es immejorable, estas a muy pocos minutos de Meteora. La habitación era cómoda, acogedora y tenia u pequeño balcón. Se puede aparcar facilmente delante que hay una pequeña plaza.

Cuando llegamos nos costó gestionar el tema de los códigos/llave de acceso ya que no había nadie y nos atendieron por whatsapp. Nos decepcionó la cocina que es anecdótica bajando las escaleras, esta en el mismo hueco de éstas. Contábamos un dia con preparar algo de cenar, pero no la llegamos a usar ya que era pequeña y compartida con todos los huéspedes.

Sehr gutes Frühstück nebenan , kleine Küchenzeile im Souterrain und wir konnten per Haushaltsstrom sehr günstig unser Elektroauto laden.

The bathroom is unacceptable, the shower cabin is worn and dirty. This made our stay unpleasant. Also dust and spiderwebs.

Die Lage direkt unterhalb der beeindruckenden Berge war optimal um zur Wanderung loszustarten, der check-in war komfortabel und problemlos (waren kurz im Austausch mit der Betreiberin vor Ort) und das Zimmer hatte einen rustikalen Charme, mit cooler Badewanne samt Massagedüsen, bequemen Bett und ausreichend Heizmöglichkeiten. Auch vom Balkon aus hat mein einen guten Ausblick und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Hat mir gut gefallen!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und sehr ruhig und auch das Städtchen ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor der Unterkunft parken. Das Haus steht unmittelbar vor dem Bergen, was insbesondere Abends sehr eindrücklich ist.

Die sogen. Rezeption scheint in der Wohnung der Vermieterin unterhalb der Unterkunft zu sein. Hier öffnete uns eine junge Frau, die sich nicht vorstellte und uns rasch in die Räumlichkeiten führte und wenige Eckdaten mitteilte. Weitere Auskünfte z.B. zu den Klostern konnte bzw. wollte sie nicht geben. Sie schien nicht sehr daran interessiert, uns willkommen zu heissen und das stand im starken Kontrast zum vorgängigen Mailaustausch mit einer Eliane, der reibungslos und in sehr freundlicher Tonalität erfolgte. Das Zimmer (wir hatten Nr. 3 im ersten Stock ohne Ausblick auf die Meteora-Berge) hat nicht die in der Beschreibung erwähnten 35qm und es gibt auch keinen „Wellnessbereich“. Lediglich eine Eckdusche im kleinen Badezimmer mit Zusatzfunktionen, die wir nicht ausprobiert haben, da der Zustand der Dusche eher als dreckig bzw. schlecht gepflegt zu bezeichnen ist (siehe Fotos). Die Spülung vom WC machte keinen verlässlichen Eindruck, d.h. der Schwimmer drohte jedes Mal hängen zu bleiben. Indes funktioniert die Heizung im Zimmer tadellos und rasch. Die Gemeinschaftsküche im Untergeschoss ist eine kleine, dunkel Zeile und das zur Verfügung gestellte Geschirr ist teilweise dreckig. Dort gibt es Cafékapseln und eine Nespressomaschine, die zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Frühstück findet im Haus Alsos nebenan statt. Es ist ganz ordentlich, aber mit 12€ überteuert. Die dortige Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielleicht sollte man sich die Zimmer dort ansehen. Das Haus dort macht nämlich einen gepflegteren und ordentlicheren Gesamteindruck :-). Das Ausschecken erfolgte durch das sehr freundliche Reinigungspersonal, das zufällig bereits vor Ort war. Die Vermieterin oder deren Enkelin/Tochter haben wir nicht mehr gesehen. Angaben zu unserer Person mussten wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt hinterlegen. Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft eher den Eindruck einer besseren Jugendherberge, wobei sie hierfür viel zu teuer wäre.

I stayed for one night, and everything was fine; the room was clean, and the stay was comfortable enough. However, there was nothing particularly memorable or impressive about the place. It’s a decent option if you just need somewhere to stay, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics.

Top Lage in der Altstadt. Ruhig gelegen, gleich ein paar Meter weiter beginnt der Wanderweg zu den Klöstern und in wenigen Minuten ist man unten im Ort, wo sich Restaurant und kleine Läden befinden. Unser Motorrad konnten wir direkt vor der Unterkunft parken, wo es in dieser kleinen Straße sicher stand. Die Zimmer sind authentisch und hochwertig eingerichtet, vom Balkon hat man direkten Blick auf die Meteora-Felsen. Das Frühstück, was im Nachbar-Guesthouse stattfindet, war das beste griechische Frühstück, was wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

The room was nice and very close to a trail leading into the scenic area.

I was expecting something a bit more special based on the photos and description. I found the hospitality to be less warm and welcoming than I have experienced elsewhere in Greece. The breakfast, which is provided at the hotel next door, was just okay. It gets the job done, but I wouldn't use a word like "lovely" to describe it.

The room is clean and cosy with a shared living space which is well-decorated with wooden furnature. It is close to the town center, about 6-7 minutes walk. I would prefer to stay here again for the next visit.

Lovely room with a nice balcony. Host was friendly and helpful and our room was ready earlier than our planned check in. Beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. Bathroom was large and well stocked. Would stay again. Short walk downhill to some restaurants. The one we chose was a “mom and pop” affair and quite good.

Apartments close to the hiking trail, far from the center, quiet, comfortable beds, and good internet.

The tree almost completely covers the beautiful view from the balcony, and the door to the balcony is broken.

Wonderful place, run by a family. Unique interior, fabulous view from the balcony. We had a suite and enjoyed its comfort. Highly recommendable.

It was easy to reach and park outside the house. The owner was very nice.

We rented a triple room and the extra bed was very very uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled of humidity a lot and since it had no window, the whole room smelled.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the Meteora rocks.

Our hostess was behaving slightly oddly - we checked in and within 20 min went back down to ask about whether doing any laundry was possible and she had no recollection of us. Laundry was priced at 20 euros a load.

It is a good value for the price and the location has nice views and in the upper part of the city where it is very quite

Beautiful, comfy apartment right at the foot of the Meteora rocks. Very nicely decorated. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc.

Very good location, very good shower

The location was great with a magnificient view. The house was a traditional old house but with modern touch. The lady was so polait and very friendly and she let us in with our dog! Super clean bed sheets and towels! It had a fridge and nice shower..Great terrace. Very quite place.

The room was not comfortable for 4 pax. Even though we were 2 adults 2 children,the room was not suitable for all.

Amazing views!!! Size of room was great. Bathroom was huge as well. AC worked very well. Best one we had out of any other places we stayed on our 2 week trip. Would stay here again.

Amazing location with a view of the rocks. Quirky and attractive property. Massive bedroom with a jacuzzi bath. Bustling town with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. Parking wasn't easy but not too difficult in the town.

The staff were not so friendly, especially when we arrived as the hotel has two receptions and it was confusing. Breakfast wasn't the best, just needed a few more items.

It was a confusion with the type of room that was booked. Suggesting to call the receptionist in advance to confirm your booking, despite the confirmation email. But after discussion a good alternative was found.

Beautiful host from next door at Alsos House greeted us and made us very welcome. Excellent location, incredible views. Room was small but adequate. Small fridge. Hot shower only at night. Breakfast 9€ next door was nice. Tea/ coffee facilities in common lounge would have been a nice touch for the evening.

Perfect location right near the fab hiking trail that goes up to two of the monasteries. Elena was wonderful, giving us very good advice about seeing the monasteries, and her freshly baked spinach pies, delicious, bougatsa, excellent coffee, fresh fruits, eggs, and much more made a great breakfast. The charming room with a terrace had the best view! We had a great three nights.

We liked everything about it except that we had to leave.
