Buena ubicación en zona nueva hotelera de la Boquilla en Cartagena, se puede ir a pie hasta el centro de Convenciones Las Américas, y hospedarse por menos de la mitad del precio de dicho hotel Las Américas. Desayuno incluido muy bueno, acceso directo del hotel a la Playa, hotel pequeño pero competitivo. Lo recomiendo.

Es un excelente hotel, mi habitación fue la bonavento y era realmente muy linda y acogedora, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, todos los productos de baño excelentes de gran calidad, todo el personal es super amable, el desayuno bufete variado y delicioso, me gusto mucho.

Excelente calidad humana es lo que hace que Vista Marina sea muy acogedor. Volveremos a este excelente hotel

Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena.

First class hotel, no negatives, everything perfect: Location, Decor, personnel, room, bed, and location. Definitely will come back I highly recommend this Hotel

La arquitectura del hotel muy elegante y original, el diseño y equipamiento de las habitaciones de muy buen gusto, la ropa de cama de superior calidad, los baños muy cómodos, muy buena la carta del restaurante, el desayuno y la comida de muy buena calidad. La atención de los empleados excelente, todos muy cordiales y atentos a cualquier solicitud. Realmente un lugar para recomendar y regresar..

En general todo estuvo bien, la comodidad, la limpieza, las zonas comunes. Esperaba más del desayuno, no me gustaron los panes y el calentado estaba muy condimentado, pero el almuerzo estuvo delicioso (lomo en salsa de champiñones)

O hotel de um modo geral é bom, a limpeza dos quartos é satisfatória. Quando fiz a reserva me foi informado de que havia café da manhã, imaginei que seria um café tipo pequeno almoço, como é praxe nos hotéis que costumo ficar. Entretanto, tudo era limitado, as frutas eram pequenas porções, os pães também não eram suficientes para duas pessoas. O atendimento e a receptividades dos funcionários foi excelente, porém, lamentavelmente a questão do café da manhã me deixou bastante frustrada, porque conjuntamente com o Vistamarina Casa Hotel funciona o Restaurante Sara Fusion Caribe, onde os preços são bastante elevados (o equivalente a R$ 60,00 por pessoa já incluido o imposto de 8% e gorjetas, valor este sem nenhuma bebiba). Como ficamos vários dias, tínhamos que comer no local, pois, também não há opções na redondeza e o transporte diário para o centro oneraria ainda mais nossa estadia. Logo, recomendo que ao fazerem reservas em hotéis em Cartagena, se certifiquem bem se o café da manhã é bem servido.

Una experiencia muy agradable, desde que realizas el check in sientes la amabilidad de las personas, la comida del restaurante es muy buena la playa queda al lado , las habitaciones son amplias y tiene buenos accesos para ir a diferentes sitios turísticos. Muy tranquilo.

Hotel pequeño, privado , cómodo y muy bonito. El personal es muy amable y te colaboran en todo lo que necesites. El hotel tiene convenio con otro en el centro histórico donde puedes hacer uso de bicicletas para recorrer la ciudad amurallada.

Nice little hotel with only 13 rooms. Good service, sometimes a little bit slow. Very friendly staff. The only minus: it's written that it's for adults only but it was full of kids between 5 and 9 years screaming and splashing in the little pool.

This hotel is a must from service to staff members to nightly rate to gourmet meals. Extremely modern, great amenities, right on the beach, gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner... suite is superb (you even have your own massage table in your own ginourmous bathroom... absolutely loved this place to the point i extended my stay in Cartagena and stayed an additional 4 nights.

This place is absolutely a must, everything was outstanding... from its main entrance (great taste in decor and upgrades), service (front desk, housekeeping, servers....), hotel condition and upkeeping (outstanding)... the food is simply delicious and fairly affordable. We loved our experience and extended our stay for an extra 4 nights at the suite 2. Fantabulous

Tilbragte 2 dage på dette hotel. Hyggeligt mindre hotel ved siden af alle de kæmpe luksus hoteller på stranden. Ligger lidt for langt væk fra byen (ca.20-25 min) så det er fint hvis man ligesom os bare ville slappe af og nyde poolen og stranden. Ok pool og liggestole hvor der var mulighed for sol hele dagen. De havde også 'telte' på stranden man kunne benytte sig af. lækker morgenmad. Lækkert stort værelse med udsigt ud over vandet. Restauranten på hotellet er fin nok, vi spiste der 2 gange. 1 gang: ret lækker fisk, 2 gang: Mega tør fisk. Venligt personale. Meget informerende. Desværre var der meget vejarbejde foran hotellet, som forstyrrende idyllen. Også syntes jeg det er mærkeligt at have et hotel hvor der er 30 grader året rundt, hvor man ikke engang har en vandautomat, men tvinger sine gæster til at købe rigtig dyrt vand på glasflaske : 300ml = 4000 COP Vi gik ned i en kiosk der lå 2 hoteller væk for at købe vand næsten hver gang.

We had a great time. The hotel and the room were very clean. With the "standard room" package we were placed in a room that had no exterior windows, were below the stairs that lead you to the second floor, and were right next to the bar and kitchen. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They helped us book excursions, gave us helpful suggestions and recommendations. We would stay there again, but not book the standard room.

Resaltar el servicio de la lugar y lo tranquilo. De muy buen gusto respecto a las instalaciones. Las áreas de descanso y sobre todo el personal tan amable.

The staff is awesome, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They handle everything from tours to cab rides, lining up massages etc. They seem to know everyone they set you up with and make sure there isn't any funny business. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service. It was less than 10 min. to the airport and the Old City and a $3-$5 American Cab ride. Direct access to the beach and jet ski/jet board rental on site. You can walk next door to the Raddison for a great massage which ran about $45. American for a massage. The downside is the overall maintenance of the place, it just seems like they have let it go a bit. A door handle would fall off or water would be leaking into the room through a door jam etc. Nothing unbearable by any means just a little irritating.

The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was good quality. The hotel is very close to the amazing walled city and airport. We thoroughly enjoy the beach with its warm water and clean sand, despite the occassional hassle from beach vendors.

Ein kleines, schönes Hotel mit viel Potentzial. Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen, das wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Jedoch mangelte es an einigen Ecken, viele Lampen funktionierten nicht und die Möbel wirken abgewohnt. Unser Aufenthalt hatte leider ein unschönes Ende, da uns die Dame an der Rezeption versuchte abzuzocken. Bei der Endabrechnung berechnete sie uns 14 000 COP zusätzlich pro Nacht (!). Erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage und Vorlage unserer Buchungsbestätigung, erläuterte sie, dass es sich hierbei um eine “Hotel Insurance“ handelt, die jedoch - ganz plötzlich - freiwillig sei. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast im eigenen Hotel nicht vor Betrügereien sicher. Der Strand ist nicht schön und am Abend gefährlich. Das Hotel sollte sich mehr darum kümmern, was an der Straße und am Strand des Hotel passiert. Vorallem der Pförtner macht auch einen fragwürdigen Eindruck.

Si el plan es ir netamente a descansar éste es el hotel, la atención del personal es excepcional al igual que la comida de la carta del restaurante. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, los baños con detalles hermosos y solo haré reparo en el aire acondicionado pues hace mucho ruido y no permite un adecuado descanso por lo que debimos apagarlo en las noches con la incomodidad que genera el calor a la madrugada. Es un hotel para adultos por lo cual no encuentras niños en la piscina. En resumen lo recomiendo totalmente!

El servicio del hotel estuvo bueno, sin embargo tuve problemas en el pago porque en la pagina cuando reserve decía un valor y que incluida todos los impuestos y cargos y cuando fui a pagar cobraron otro valor y adicional los impuestos y cargos,considero que es una información engañosa

Pasamos una estadía maravillosa en este hotel el cual es pequeño, íntimo, estilo boutique, muy cómodo y completo, con una maravillosa atención por parte del personal, inmejorable; el desayuno variado (canasta de pan deliciosa, recomiendo los huevos benedictinos) la carta del restaurante completa y muy rica en lo que pudimos probar. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy confortables, la cama muy cómoda, el aseo impecable. En general fue una muy buena experiencia, volveríamos sin duda.

El lugar ideal para descansar, muy chiquito (13 habitaciones) lo que hace que sea aún mejor, es muy exclusivo, el gerente es una persona increíble al igual que el personal de recepción, nos atendió Wilson en cafetería y una señorita muy amable y simpática. Todo muy bueno.

Hotel was ok, disappointing to realise that you needed to have a suite to get hot water as standard!!! Nowhere was this info included on Expedia when we booked. When we called to confirm the booking we were told they were fully booked the first night and would be sent elsewhere. Not a good start! Nor were we notified of this by Expedia or the hotel. Food was average (only ate breakfast and lunch there, service pretty slow). About 15/20 min cab ride to the old town, which I wouldn't recommend if you're travelling on your own.

This is an executive house converted to a hotel. We stayed in the Master Bedroom Ocean View aka Vista Marina Room. The bed was hard as a rock!!! The electrical breaker which controlled the hot water and internet router would overload every time we took showers. After 10pm you cannot call anyone to fix it. Therefore you have no TV, Internet or power to charge the phones if you take your shower after 10pm. LOL. The staff is nice. The owner is an amateur hotel operator. But I still love the place. I would go back. Maybe

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here for two nights. The hotel was luxury and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spatious, clean and the shower was great! We spent the day by the pool and the hotel has its own resteraunt and bar with great food. There are also massages available on site. If you're looking to relax by the beach for a few days, this is the place!

This hotel is a small, 11 room hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are enormous and everything is updated. If you are looking for a full amenity resort, this is not for you. But the attention and service from the staff was great. Because there are such few guests, they could really cater everything. I was there with my 2 kids. The hotel really does not cater to children but they were very accommodating.

The food was amazing. The stay included complementary breakfast every morning. We ordered pancakes and the cheese/mushroom omelet. The hot chocolate was flavorful and the orange juice freshly squeezed. We ended up having lunch one day at the hotel because it was too wet to go outside. We ordered the grilled red snapper as the main dish and the grilled octopus as the appetizer. Both were delicious (and we are picky eaters)!!! We highly recommend the fresh drinks - i.e. the cherry limeade, mint lemonade. The ocean is calm and a lovely backdrop to the stay. We preferred to go in the morning when the tide was still low. The massages were amazing too. Very professional staff all around. The hotel is beautiful and boutique, not overbearing like some of its neighbors (i.e. the Radisson). The waiters and the receptionists really helped make our stay all the more better. They gave us recommendations on where to shop, where to eat, where to party and the the volcano tour (a must do). Our only complaint - and this shouldn't deter anyone from staying here - is that the faucets in the bathroom had green rust on them. Other than that, the bathroom is lovely and the plants in it both soothing and crafty. Also, the bed is super comfortable!

Beautiful hotel located approximately 10 minutes from the old city and 15 from Boca Grande. It's romantic, friendly staff, and breakfast. They could improve with the mix drinks and dinner menu. Also the Internet wasn't good. But I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel... right on the beach, beautiful rooms, solid menu. It's got a much more intimate feel than the high rises in the area. Highly recommended. Even in spite of a booking mistake I made when reserving it online, the receptionist (Crisitian) went out of his way to make it super easy for me to avoid any online re-booking penalties, and take advantage of an even better promotion they were offering.

Loved vistamarina! Super cozy you literally feel like your at home the minute you walk in. The hotel was very clean and the the staff was excellent! The showers are amazing!!! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you can hear the guests next door showering thought it was a little strange. But other than that everything was great and we will be back!

over all was pretty good, down side internet wifi very slow. Everything else very good. Good food poor menu selection.

I stay in Vistamarina with a friend and since we got there in the afternoon we were greeted and made at easy. The room was beautiful and the service excellent I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be treated like a Queen and King.
