We stayed for one night while travelling the country. It was exactly what we needed for the night with kids. The breakfast was very nice and staff were very friendly.
We truly enjoyed staying at this facility, everyone was very friendly and we wished we had been able to stay longer, it was the perfect location for us to visit the many National parks in the area and then return to the tranquility of this unique property. We had walked the bike trail through the pasture which was quite enjoyable plus the view of the surrounding properties was picture worthy. Parking was easy and close to our apartment, the grounds are well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent!
Good place
Nice and quite getaway at Merom HaGalil. Close to many trails and National parks. Lovely room equipped with everything you need for the night. The bed was comfortable and all the staff was very friendly. The breakfast at Inbar was delicious with fresh vegetables, salads, eggs and big selections of cheese. Would absolutely recommend to stay there! Thanks for an awesome time Tal and Gidon!
It is out in the country about 25 min from Kinneret. The property was relaxing. Thoughtful amenities such as fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffee and tea in the room. Comfortable beds and extra pull outs to sleep more people.
Peaceful lodging combined in beutiful nature. Very clean spacious rooms, very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, We almost forgot covid exist... We will definitely go back. Comfortable point for trips in the Galilee area.
This is my first review on Hotels.com.
Friendly service, pleasant stay. Wonderful little dog friends!
It was a basic room with private bathroom. Not a hotel room but may be batter than hostel rooms. Good breakfast. Central location to east, west and north of Israel. If someone is in to yoga and meditation they have
Excellent in every way!
It was nice to escape the city and spend an evening in the country.
Amazing variety of trees and plants. Great views all around.
Beautiful area, special enviornment, green, simple and neat.
Excellent Kibbutz Lodging very quite and peaceful. Great location to explore the north part of Israel. The staff is amazing and always there to help. We'll definitely go back.
An amazing place for a couple days to unwind and relax. Very nice and modernized room with outdoor area for enjoying a meal and/ a glass of wine. The service was outstanding and the people treated us like family. Lastly, the breakfast was an unexpected wonderful start to the day. We will definitely return..
No wifi in the room Need in room shoes No desk but sofas only
Kibbutz Inbar offered a good and comfortable option for a group of friends traveling on a holiday weekend. Not far from the Sea of Galilee and the central area of the Galilee, we chose Kibbutz Inbar due to its proximity to the city of Safed (Zefat/Tsfat). A hilltop city, Safed is known for its many old synagogues from the 16-18th centuries when it was the center of Kabbalistic Judaism as well as the artist quarter set up in the formerly Arab section of the city, emptied following the 1948 war of independence and repopulated with Israeli artists in the 50s until today. At the Kibbutz, we stayed in two bedrooms that each had their own bathroom but shared a small kitchen space, convenient for friends. A sumtuous breakfast was included in a cafeteria adjacent to the check-in area. No frills but comfort at a reasonable price split between the four of us. Kibbutz Inbar offered a quiet respite in the midst of our journey. I would stay there again.
Absolutely lovely place to stay run by lovely people. Very much recommend it and look forward to returning some day.
A very nice place Great breakfast
Gorgeous area and very relaxing place. It's a unique place, and we were charmed by the dairy cows wandering on to the road. But don't expect any kind of luxury.
The accommodation was comfortable and spacious in a country setting. The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and fresh. The staff was very helpful.
Amazing place, nice and clean rooms. Gideon was very helpful . Very Recomended !!!!!
This is a kibbutz guest house. It is very simple, but provides comfortable lodging for up to 5 family members. The beds are small and narrow. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. There is no television in the room.
It was a great place for the price paid. Very friendly people and a country atmosphere with a great location. The rooms are simple and not well lit or sound proofed. Breakfast fare is okay for a few days.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It is a small Kibbutz setup so guests need to know what they are getting into. The facilities and rooms are simple, basic, and practical. The area is tucked away amongst some agricultural fields. You will get a sense of what it is like to live in the countryside of the Galilee region of Israel. A good place to get away from the bustle of cities yet still be within reach of the key sites within this region.
We spent 4 nights here. The first 2 were very noisy due to some families staying with very noisy children who stayed up late at night. Although their rooms were not near our room the children insisted on playing loudly outside our room till late at night. We are family people too, but felt that they should have been a bit more sensitive. The room had 2X single beds pushed together to make a double and thus the fitted sheet kept coming off the beds. The room was very sparse and had no tv. The outside fridge wasn't very clean. In spite of these facts we still enjoyed our time there and would stay again if returning.
great locetion
Lots of different trees and birds. Great breakfast outside. Simple and clean
Comfortable and clean room with great people . Easy to find this hotel and it has good location.
My biggest issue with this nice budget hotel is the registration process. Some things that should be listed upfront are not, and may be misleading. This has caused me to pay for the hotel 75% more than the price in Expedia indicated. Mainly - if you are Israeli note that the price does not include VAT (17%). Furthermore, though the description of the double room says a cot or small bed for children can be added, actually they then tell you that you will have to pay for a triple room (which is identical in every way to a double room, but more expensive). And you cannot argue or do anything - and the stay is non-refundable (not even as an option). So it is a trap of a cheap and dirty kind. Other than that - it is very nice, in a quiet place, quite clean and pleasant, not fancy in any way, comfortable enough, but with some minor quirks that could have and should have been improved.
We just wanted to 'getaway' and rest. This was a quiet spot with trees and hills where we could get away from city noises and veg. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and clean simple rooms. Small kibbutz atmosphere & nice breakfast buffet. We would do it again.
This is a lovely place for quiet and a base from which to do day trips. The services are very limited at the kibbutz itself-- so we were miles from a store and unable to buy a bottle of water. However, the staff were SO helpful about where to eat dinner and what to visit. If you are vegetarian, please eat the dinner at the kibbutz! They advertise a pool, but the pool is a 5 minute drive away and only open weekends.
Everything met or exceeded our expectations for a country kibbutz. We really enjoyed our stay at Kibbutz Inbar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, even recommending places to visit. Room was clean, neat and spacious and cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. But please note, you need a car or some form of transport at least. It is not walking distance from anything. But a beautiful location with pleasant hikes if you are so inclined.
Nice and quite place, friendly staff, family atmosphere
Very friendly hosts, kibbutz in lovely quiet location, lovely breakfast.
wonderful retreat, great vegetarian meals, staff are like family....convenient for day trips to Golan, Tiberias, Acco, Haifa
Convenient to explore both Galilee and Golan. We stayed 3nights and enjoyed the breakfast buffets and hospitality. We'll stay here again to see all we missed!
It has comfortable and clean room in beautiful scenes
We stayed in Inbar while touring Israel's north. The stay was great; the rooms were simple but clean and provided all the necessary amenities, including an AC unit. The breakfast buffet in the AM was fantastic and really got us started on the day well. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. It's a very quiet area, so if you're looking for a relaxing few days in a country-esque atmosphere or a good jumping-off point to explore the North, Inbar is a great deal.
Clean place. Very basic. Great for children. They have a play area for the kids. Smallest kibbutz in israel , only five families live there... Good location in the galillee. Half hour to tzfat. 20 minutes to rosh pina. Half hour to tiberias. Wonderful wonderful wonderful breakfast. Staff very friendly and courtious. Liked gideon the manager the night we were there very much
This was very much like a home country experience. The staff was excellent, the room was clean, and the surroundings were calm and serene. We were on a weeklong tour of Israel and were in the middle leg of our visit. This was in between two particularly long grueling days and was the perfect stop. We were able to enjoy nature and just relax. There were no televisions in the rooms, but there is a clubhouse with a television if you absolutely want to watch one. The families in the kibbutz are very friendly and helpful.
Phenomenal breakfast. Great recommendations on what to see in the area. Nice experience being on a Kibbutz. People were wonderful and very hospitable. Relaxing environment. The only negatives were a weak wifi signal that didn't reach our room reliably and a few small ants around the bathroom sink.
The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. It is rustic and funky but clean with comfortable beds and passable bathroom facilities. Dinner was extra and worth it although the local wine was a bit overpriced. Free breakfast is o.k. We would go back again.
very good breakfast, clean bathroom electrical cooker, microwave small huts lcated in nice garden
had a very nice time at this Kibbutz hotel.
The staff were fantastic and it is a little bit different from accommodation in the area, particularly as there isn't much else around. Facilities are a little light on and you must have a car to get to the place. Perhaps a touch expensive.
We picked this hotel to experience the Galilean countryside. We were not disappointed. The staff was interactive, helpful - simply great!
Inbar is lovely and the members of the kibbutz are your hosts and cooks while you are there. It was a beautiful setting, good food, and very friendly people. We enjoyed it a lot and would absolutely recommend it to others. It was an easy drive to all the sights to the east - Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights. Other guests went West as well.
