Posizione perfetta per Elli beach e a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla old Town e dal porto. Si trova in una viuzza pedonale quindi è molto tranquillo. Avevamo un appartamentino al secondo piano quindi molto ventilato. Titolari molto gentili e disponibili. A disposizione degli ospiti libri, ombrelloni per la spiaggia, ciabattine e asciugamani

A Greek family run Hotel that feels proper Greek. A basic and comfortable suite with a lovely balcony. owner there to recommend good local restaurants. Easy walk to old town and Harbour. Also an easy wander to bus station.

Very good location, 5 minutes from the beach, 10-12 minutes from the old town and 8 minutes from the main bus terminal. After checking out still had some time to go the airport. I could stay in the lounge. I wasn’t kicked out.

Location was great. Close to the beach, the port and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Facilities were comfortable and clean.

We could not have wished for a better location. It was central and close to the beach and restaurants. The location was extremely quiet and the owners were the mast lovely friendly people and the hotel was immaculate.

Everything was perfect I could not fault this property and when we return in the future It will be my first inquiry for a place to stay.

Very close to Elli Beach, and within easy walking distance of lovely restaurants, cafés, bars, and markets. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very attentive.

Das Hotel ist sauber, freundlich, ohne Schnick-Schnack, aber dafür kann man Handtücher für den Strand mitnehmen. Zimmer mit Balkon, es gibt Wasserkocher und eine Mini-Küchenausstattung und Kühlschrank. Und die Lage ist wirklich super. Eine stille Gasse, die direkt in die "Bar Street" mündet, also relativ ruhig, aber mittendrin. Überall Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Läden und Kioske in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten am Stadtstrand von Rhodos Stadt, in vielleicht 10 Minuten am Hafen. Am Hafen entlang gehend kann man die Altstadt nicht verfehlen, eine gute Viertelstunde zu Fuß. Ich fand es wirklich super dort, sehr freundliche Hotelchefin, würde wieder kommen.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ιδιαίτερα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν με κάθε μας ανάγκη, να μας δώσουν συμβουλές για τη διαμονή μας, τις εξορμήσεις μας και να μοιραστούν ιστορίες του τόπου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευρύχωρο και διέθετε τα απαραίτητα. Στο κατάλυμα διατίθενται ομπρέλες παραλίες για δανεισμό.

Die *Lage* des Hotels ist gut, da Restaurants und Souvenirläden in der Nähe sind. Für den Strand werden Handtücher ausgeborgt. Das Zimmer war ok sauber und ruhig. ((Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht ganz überzeugend.))

Viele Mücken im Zimmer, kaputtes Fliegengitter und ein Loch im Badezimmerfenster. Die Handtücher hatten ein bisschen Flecken und wurden nur jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt.(nicht jeden Tag) Das Personal war leider nicht besonders freundlich.☹️ Wir kamen früher an, konnten unser Gepäck aber nicht sicher unterstellen. Uns wurde die Lobby empfohlen, was uns nicht sicher erschien. Daher mussten wir etwa vier Stunden mit unseren Taschen herumgehen.

Great location, near the beach, near the ports, near the bus stop to the airport. Clean and organized, they had beach towels and umbrellas you can borrow. They had a lift for luggage. They also had a guide to Rhodes and what to explore, books to borrow for the beach. Overall great place to stay.

Hotel sans aucun charme et cher, déçue par rapport aux photos.

This place felt unreal, I was solo travelling and it really made the difference. The family running the hotel are truly nice and helping people in all aspects, since the beginning they care to give lot of tips and insights about best places to visit or where to eat as the locals. I loved the location of the hotel that was 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the medieval city making it the perfect starting point for your trip especially if you dont have a car. As per the room, it felt so authentic, I always had this feeling like I was at my home. Truly recommend!

Everything in the apartment was perfect. It was very, very clean, simple, and everything worked perfectly. A big thank you to Christine and her mother, they were always checking in to make sure everything was okay and asking if I needed anything. The location is absolutely perfect: close to the beach, bus station, Old Town, the best restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need. Another great touch was that beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach mats were provided, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, large bedroom, working fridge, useful balcony but no good views. I believe this is a family run hotel and the staff are helpful. Decent bathroom but bring your own shower gel their's is crap. Good for short stays and solo travellers.

No proper air conditioning, just a large wobbly ceiling fan I was scared to leave on at night while I was sleeping keep thinking it will collapse on top of me like a horror film.

La struttura è in zona centrale, ma in una piccola traversa fuori dal casino dei negozi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Le camere sono piuttosto semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario e pulitissime. Abbiamo adorato il terrazzino!

Unico punto da migliorare il bagno un po piccolo e senza finestra, ma nonostante questo pulito e con tutto il necessario.

At Florida ligger i midten af Rhodos nordlige bydel i et stille og roligt kvarter. Ingen biler der. Dejligt værelse med køleskab, elkedel og kogeplader. Lille badeværelse og altan med to stole og bord. Tæt på Spar supermarked, bager, restaurant, butikker, stranden og den gamle by. Gratis håndklæder også til brug på stranden. Meget flink og omsorgsfuld værtspar.

Intet at bemærke. Vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet på Florida i uge 33 2026.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est très bien placé et dans une rue calme malgré un quartier touristique donc très agréable de rentrer là le soir. Le personnel est très gentil et aidant si besoin.

Le coin d’eau est assez peu pratique (très facile de mettre de l’eau partout quand on se douche) mais cela reste un détail.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Old Town, where everyone wants to be! The room was clean, quiet, and had a balcony overlooking the entire city!

Lokacija je odlicna. Osoblje uvek nasmejano i na usluzi. Soba je prostrana. Cistoca na visokom nivou. Dobijes cak i peskire i suncobran za plazu.Jedan dan nas je sacekao iznenadjenje u sobi tanji voca iz baste vlasnika hotela. Svaka preporuka za hotel.

All'accoglienza è stata molto esaustiva e ha consigliato in quali spiagge dove andare. Inoltre è fornito delle facilitazioni indicate ferro da stiro, boiler elettrico, piccolo scalda, microonde, ferro da stiro. C'erano anche teli mare e ombrelloni in condivisione. La posizione è nella città nuova.

Il bagno con doccia è provvisto di tenda e non c'era l'ascensore (max 2 piani) ma un ascensore per bagagli.

Плюсы: отель расположен на тихой улице, недалеко от пляжа Элли; в номере просторный балкон, который выходит в закрытый переулок.

Минусы: персонал отеля не отличается радушием и гостеприимством - приём достаточно холодный; уборка номера практически не проводилась - за три ночи моего пребывания в отеле лишь один раз сменили полотенца и заправили постель; мусорное ведро так и осталось полным; влажной уборки не было и в мыслях; на мой вопрос входит ли уборка в оплату, ответили грубо "Вам же сменили полотенца". Стоимость - более 100 евро за ночь - не соответствует условиям проживания в отеле. Не рекомендую этот отель за эти деньги

Location, staff and that someone came daily to clean the room. For the price it was very good, but don't expect luxury. For a solo traveler who only uses the room at night to sleep it was more than enough. The hotel is 3 minutes away from Eli beach, here the waters are calm, a few hundread meters to the left the waves are angry. There are supermarkets, taverns, bars and all kinds of shops close by. Rhodos old town is 20 minutes by walk, and the port about 10 mintes walk, plus a lot of bus stations nearby.

The furniture is quite outdated and the hotel itself is old style. If your not picky it is ok.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The street where the hotel is located is very sweet, quiet and calm.

The bathroom was small and not well built.

The receptionist was very pleasant, helpful, and even recommended great places to visit and excellent restaurants. The hotel boasts an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, featuring a clean room and a comfortable bed. A wonderful touch was that they offer beach towels to use during your stay, and even beach umbrellas and sunscreen.

The bathroom is slightly dated, though spotlessly clean.

Great location in the new town, close to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful; there is a small library at the hotel and a collection of beach items—so useful! Amazing experience.

The hotel is located in a calm place but it is very close to the streets with cafes, shops and restaurants. The owners are so nice and helpful. For the time we spent there, we really felt like at home. The price is excellent for the quality. We would come back in the same hotel when we travel again to Rodos.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, you could tell the hosts cared for it as if it were their own home and kept everything spotless. The location was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. An amazing experience overall!

Great location. A very cozy and beautiful street. The beach, the city center and cafes are all within walking distance. Polite staff. Near the reception desk, there is plenty of advice on what to do and where to go in the city; thanks to this, I experienced the best sunset of my life. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was a lovely little balcony; everything I needed was provided. I was left with nothing but the best impressions.

The only thing missing was a charger by the bed :)

I loved my stay here. My room/studio had everything I needed; the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the location perfect. The hosts were welcoming and answered all questions I might have. I felt so well looked after!

Családias hangulatú szállás. Nagyon jó környéken, központi helyen, mindenhez pár lépésnyi távolságra, mégis nagyon csendes kis utcában. A sarkon magyon jó vendéglővel és egy hangulatos kápolnánval. A part és a buszállomás könnyen és gyorsan megközelithető. Minden tiszta és a személyzet nagyon kedves, közvetlen és segítőkész. ...naptej, strandtörölköző, uszószemüveg, vizicipő, strandtáska is van a recepción ha valakinek szüksége van rá.... : )) A gazdaságos szoba mindennel fel van szerelve amire szüksége van egy embernek néhány napra. Nagyon elégedett voltam, csak ajánlani tudom.

Veldig koselig og lite hotell beliggende i rolig idyllisk gågate. Ingen trafikkstøy og heller ikke støy fra nattelivet. Liten men godt og sjarmerende utstyrt studioleilighet. Effektiv AC. Gangavstand til alt.

Вы знаете, когда видишь цену- то в строку, что не понравилось ничего писать и не нужно. Все что есть в указанной категории все есть , даже больше ( утюг и гладильная доска), полотенца, зонтик на пляж, даже крема защиты от солнца и аптечка все есть.

Sehr nettes, familiengeführtes, kleines Boutique-Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Es wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht und es gibt sogar kostenlose Sonnencreme, Mückenschutz sowie Handtücher und Sonnenschirme für das Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tout! Absolument tout ! Je recommande fortement! L'accueil et l'hospitalité de la propriétaire et son personnel est absolument remarquable. C'est vraiment bien situé, mais en même temps loin de la cohue. Il est possible d'y faire tout à pied. La propreté est impeccable et la chambre est équipée avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin.

I visited this hotel on a solo trip to Rhodes and I couldn't of picked a better place. The area was ideal to reach all tourist spots, the beach and many food places and felt very safe. The staff were incredible and ao hospitable. They offered lots of advice and were always checking in. They even gave late check out until my flight was due, for free. I cannot reccomend this hotel enough!!! Expecially for solo travelers!!

Nice location with restaurants nearby, not too far from beaches and ancient city. But not close to bus stops. Room had refrigerator and some nice amenities, but fell short.

There were problems… after my local Euros card wouldn’t go through on their machine (“couldn’t connect”), we agreed to try the next day (I was staying for 5 days). She said she hadn’t had this problem all summer. When she wasn’t available the next morning, she went ahead and ran my US credit card without my permission. Apparently was in a hurry to get her money and couldn’t wait? Even though there were nice amenities, which included a one burner hot plate… there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate to boil or fry and egg for example. No napkins or paper towels. Then there was no hot water in the morning on two mornings (“didn’t have this problem all season”). She tried to make up for it by giving me fruit from her garden one morning and other such gestures, which was appreciated. On my last morning (I think I was the only person left at end of season), hammering and drilling in rooms above and next to me started at 8AM and continued until I checked out. Couldn’t wait until I left? It just felt like she was more concerned about money than my comfort. The place was “OK,” but these things made for a bit of an unpleasant stay. It would not have taken much to make it better, but was the least pleasant stay on my 6 weeks in Europe…reminding why I usually look for an AirBnB or similar when I’m traveling.

I had a very good experience at Florida hotel  welcoming reception, very quite in the morning, no noises  even the cleaning lady started later. It what I was looking for in Rhodes  been few times in Rhodes, even in Blue sky hotel it wasn’t so quite. Highely recommended

Ho avuto fantastico ed indimenticabile soggiorno! L'hotel gode di una magnifica posizione centrale ma in una parte molto tranquilla! Raggiungibile a piedi in breve sia la spiaggia che i bellissimi luoghi storici e del divertimento. Rodi medievale, il Castello dei Cavalieri sono a pochi passi dal hotel. I supermercati sono praticamente davanti la struttura. Si può comprare anche la carne fresca nella macelleria dietro angolo. Ci sono tantissimi taverne e ristoranti nella vicinanza dove è possibile gustare buonissima cucina greca e anche ballare sirtaki. La stanza è molto carina e dotata di tutti i comfort. La pulizia è eccellente! Ma la cosa più importante del mio viaggio sono state ospitalità e accoglienza in hotel! Christine, Michelle e il suo marito sono stati eccezionali! Ho sentito sempre la loro gentilezza, cortesia, disponibilità, aiuto e attenzione speciale durante il mio soggiorno. La mia vacanza è stata breve, di una settimana, ma mi è rimasta nel cuore. Non vedo l'ora di tornare ancora in questo incantevole e meraviglioso posto sul mare!

Odlična lokacija za obilazak i pun doživljaj grada. Nalazi se u pešačkoj zoni i sve je lako dostupno, takođe i plaža. U sobi su nas dočekale odštampane detaljne informacije o tome gde jesti, šta probati od lokalnih specijaliteta, preporuka za lokalna vina, blizina marketa i sve informacije za obilazak ostrva..Mnogo su nam značile te informacije!

Možda samo da se ne potencira previše na tišini u večernjim časovima. Samo ne previše, ok je da ne bude buka..

Florida Hotel was very centric ,all the restaurants,supermarkets ,shopping street was all around it ,but its more like a pension other than a hotel ,there is no elevator to go up and also the bathroom was very old fashioned ,needs to be renovated…the owners are very helpful and kind .

Ωραίο, πεντακάθαρο και φωτεινό δωμάτιο σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης της Ρόδου. Γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά (ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, σουπερμάρκετ κ.λπ.), αλλά το ίδιο το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε απολύτως ήσυχο δρόμο.
