Radisson Blu Hotel Liuzhou

Everything except the staff that was to assist with luggage.

I had three heavy bags due to the fact that I travel a lot and was left to my own devices to enter the hotel with my bags and up to my room. Commented to front desk staff and they seemed not to care.

The carpet smells a little, room is very clean.

All of the staff were courteous and polite and very helpful. They were very responsive when I had an issue and called them.

I didn't like that breakfast was an upcharge.

Good hotel. Friendly and supportive staff. Very clean and tidy. Superb breakfast choices. Spacious well appointed rooms.

This was my second stay at hotel, All the facilities are excellent, and staff was helpful. it would be helpful for long stay business travelers if some cooking (Microwave) facility you can provide in room.

Being total vegitarian, I suggest hotel to offer more veg dishes.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good river view, reasonable food choices, shuttle buses to airport, value for money,very suitable for business travelers, also recommend it for leisure travelers.

I was totally impressed. I got in way early. I had to get another day added they charged me same price that I booked at. So helpful I was there during the contra virus they shut down the gym for our protection provided masks checked temps of everyone coming in. Breakfast Buffett was great people awesome chef checked on people all the time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay. I will be staying there my next trip to Liuzhou.

Stayed f 3 nights and thought this is a good place, but - paper walls, one hears people talking with each other from 6 to 030 - when leaving the reception told my colleague that I already left so we had to pay 2 taxis to the airport. Thank you for wasting my money! - as we were on company trip, we had lounge access, what they didn’t tell us was that the normal breakfast is more expensive than lounge! First time I hear this, instead of issuing a normal invoice for the 50 rmb per person extra, I got an invoice for a New York cheese cake with some discount to make it an even number after tax. So in total paid 300 more than I should have and didn’t sleep well a single night. There are many more options in Liuzhou, and next time will try something else.

Friendly , smiling staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, full size gym and swimming pool, excellent dining and breakfast option, great central location with plenty of taxis and walking distance to the river and village and parks.

Preferable stay in the Liuzhou city. River view from the room window is excellent, highly recommended for all foreign travelers. Rooms are clean and,there are no concerns. Staffs are co operative. Near for shopping access. ( SIM, fruits, markets, marts etc., )

酒店地理位置不错，出门不远就是民俗村和江边，早餐非常好，餐厅在26楼，视野广阔，很喜欢鲜榨的果汁，有原汁机随喝随榨。

Great staff and hospitality, with excellent selection of Chinese, Western and Asian food. for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Comfortable rooms and beds with excellent internet service. Fully equipped gym with selection of cardio equipment and free weights with full size swimming pool and spa. Great location, close to parks, museum, river and village with choice of restaurants and bars.

Very good Hotel. Position Central in Liuzhou service very professional Cleanliness and service are very hight levels . Parking free and taxi everytime available. It is located 30 minutes from Liuzhou airport and 10 minutes from Liuzhou center. Available in front of the hotel a big park

Regular visitor to this hotel. The staff are great, the restaurants are good and the place is really well maintained. There are lots of other hotels in LiuZhou. But I am not going to risk staying in a hotel that is probably below Radison standards.

The hotel was quite full and they proposed to take the big suite for two people (me and my colleague in different rooms with private bathroom), plus we had a very big living room/office room. The best accomodation ever. Not to mention the view on the river and its bridges! Breakfast quality at the top. A place to return to, for sure!

This hotel is close to shopping and also across the street from a very nice park that runs along side the river with a lot of different walking trails. The hotel is very quiet and fitness area has a lot of different equipment.

Considered to be the best hotel in Liuzhou it lives up to its reputation. Manager and staff very friendly, hotel is large, rooms are big with broad views of the city. Hotel is very centrally located and easy to walk around the area including parks and gardens and restaurant and bar area in traditional "village " by the river nearby. Excellent and broad choice of both Asian, Chinese and Western food a la carte or buffet. Bar and top floor restaurant was being renovated but will reopen in October. Full size fitness room with quality weights and cardio machines and full size swimming pool offers a nice break from the heat and humidity in summer. Also with sun deck. Overall international quality hotel that is in line with Radisson in other cities including Oslo!

This hotel is clean and has good facilities. All of the staff at the hotel are very accommodating and are very helpful. I was in the beautiful city of liuzhou for business staying for just a couple of nights, this hotel was recommended by a colleague of mine who had stayed there before, I was staying in the top floor which were named the business floors, the room was comfortable and cozy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were 2 different restaurants for breakfast both of which were nice in my opinion.

I do like this hotel in liuzhou. It's not very new but feel comfortable for me. The room is quiet and clean. The bed is nice and I slepte very well. I think i would like ti live in it in the near future. Thanks.

I always stay in the Radisson Blu while working in Liuzhou. They have a can do attitude and make my stay from home both trouble free and enjoyable like a home from home. A very pleasant stay with this hotel. Spacious room with good services. Facilities like gym and swimming pool are very good too. Great location with many restaurant nearby.

Easy to catch a taxi across to downtown for shopping, only a short ride. Walking distance to the river that is lit spectacularly at night, and across the road from a beautiful park with gardens, paths and waterways. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and central location to explore Liuzhou and surrounds

it is a nice hotel, there are not as many english speaking employees, as advertised. this is a highend hotel, everything is extra, and expensive. it is very nice and clean. the air conditioning did not work, even after the hotel staff tried to set it for me, the outside temperature was only 18c, and my room was 26c so it was uncomfortable for sleeping. If I was a wealthy buisness man I would stay here. they charged 37 canadian dollars to was 1 pair of jeans, 2 tee shirts, 3 underware and 3 socks. I am currently staying at a hotel for the same price for one night, comes with free breakfast buffet for two.

There was something wrong with the first room and within five minutes of calling them, we got an upgrade to a suite. The customer service is definitely commendable.

Nice swimming pool. Main entrance is under construction but staff will help you call cab from the street. Starbucks is not in walking distance and opens at 9:30 so better make coffee in room. Locate at a new & clean business area, 15 minutes taxi to city center (railway station).

Comfortable stay, good choice. If I have another chance to visit Liuzhou, I will stay here again.

Nice American hotel so rooms and food were familiar. Staff speaks English which is helpful! The neighborhood is a bit removed from Center City, but nice enough.

Excellent hotel. Courteous staff, good food, nice pool and workout area. Couldn't be more pleased.

The Radisson Blu in Liuzhou was clean, up to date, and provided international travelers a convenient location. Staff was proficient in English, and the hotel provided everything I needed. However, there's a shopping center in the complex with a supermarket/department store and several restaurants, making my stay very easy. My room was in great condition, with luxurious appointments. As a coffee drinker, though, I was really upset when they neglected to restock those supplies! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and plan to return when my business brings me back to Liuzhou.

Hotel is very high standard. It is in a new business area which makes the area pretty sterile. breakfast is a expensive at 140RMB if you are not in expenses.

This hotel was one of the best hotel I have stayed in; I have travel all around the world. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you a big plus was that most of them speak English. The bell boys were very helpful and made a lot of playful jokes in English. Top class food in the hotel whether you eat upstairs or in the 2 second floor restaurant, a very enjoyable hotel indeed.
