Очень слышно улицу и фильмы, если смотрят во дворе. Балконы соседствуют друг с другом, если соседи куят, то тянет в номер. Индогда пахло канализацией из ванной, но быстро выветривалось.

The location next to the beach at Eel Gardens with a nice water entrance enabling interesting snorkelling /freediving. Everything from Assala to Mashraba bay is within a comfortable walking distance. The owners and crew are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and healthy and the crew was always smiling.

Unfortunately the building is next to a defective sewage pipe, which surfaced during my stay. One night I woke up because of the smell of ammonia despite the closed door and windows. It is not the hotel’s fault but a misfortunate coincidence, it did affect my stay though. Besides, every evening a TV was blasting very loud and I could hear every word when trying to relax.

A perfect destination for a first time in Dahab, close to everything, very friendly and cozy

If this hotel was a cabin in the woods I would call it "rustic". A little worn down and rough around the edges, but with a lot of charm. Our room was on the second floor. It had a balcony that looked over the courtyard to the ocean view beyond. The staff were friendly and eager to help whenever we asked for something. The location is great. It's about a 10 minute walk, down a pedestrian path that hugs the shore, to the main strip. We enjoyed being a little removed from the noise and bustle of everything, but close enough to get there easily. There was a consistent breeze off the ocean which made 40 C (104 F) feel completely comfortable. They also have a cozy lounging area right on the water, with crawling vines providing shade, and easy access to jump in the water with a snorkel whenever you want. Overall a wonderful experience. We would be happy to stay here again.

The noise from the street behind the hotel could be quite loud in the room. The old doors don't do much to muffle sound. The WIFI worked, but was slow. If you are doing remote work that requires high speed internet I wouldn't count on the network here. I was able to do some zoom calls, so it's not awful, but I wouldn't want to be trying to download big files like Docker containers.

Amazing Location

To be honest, the room was quite dirty and I encountered at least five cockroaches within my few day stay. Location is great and it's cheap but I wouldn't recommend.

A simple but very nice place right on the beach. You can literally walk straight from your room into the waves for swimming or snorkeling. The owner (Val) is super friendly and helpful and you can borrow everything you need for snorkeling at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is bit basic. You have two choices, that's all. There is no open branch.

Room was very scruffy. Only one pillow. Plastic chair on the balcony. For the price, not really acceptable. Too much penny pinching. You get hit by so many add on taxes, adds about a third to the quoted price.

The location is perfect and the hotel has its own access to the sea. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed. The host and his family are very nice people. The breakfast is fantastic.

It could be a bit loud because the other side of the hotel faces the street, but it did not bother us.

Beautiful place

Quiet and nice area of Dahab. Nice chill and relax area, good snorkel and dive spot directly on front of the accommodation. Nice little balconies with views on the sea. Main road of Dahab with all its restaurants and shops easily accessible within 5-10 min. if walk.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach. The staff and management is very helpful and welcoming!

The bathroom in my room was tiny, it was only one meter wide.

El Primo is well-located across from the beach in a quiet, trendy area. The breakfast is delicious and you can easily walk to the beach, snorkeling areas, restaurants and cafes.

El Primo is very expensive compared to the quality of the services and facilities, especially in Dahab. For example, our water heater broke moments after we arrived and we had to push the staff to fix it quickly, especially after they proposed that we just shower in one of our friend's rooms. We then spend nearly 24 hours without hot water for what turned out to be a fairly simple fix. We were also given one dirty comforter to sleep under, without a duvet cover. There are also very limited offerings in the cafe. For example, if we wanted a soft drink, a staff member had to take his bicycle and ride to a nearby store to bring it, rather than having it available in the refrigerator.

Not the best place for couples, more of a familiar place, a lot of kids in the place, which is fine, but we were looking for something quieter.

Perfect quiet location by Eels Garden 5 minutes north of the bay with all the coffee houses and restaurants. It can be windy up there, but balconies are sheltered from neighbouring buildings. Great view, large clean rooms and good hard beds. You sleep well at El Primo. Host arranges pickup at Sharm or Taba.

This is a basic, budget hotel, clean and well-run. It was just right for this short stay where I only wanted to dive then sleep then dive. It would be a bit spartan for a longer stay.

We stayed 4 night at El Primo, all the rooms have a balcony that faces the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot the food for breakfast which was alternate Egyptian breakfast and eggs omelette with fruit salad. We had dinner once at the hotel and we were pleasently surprised. The room was very nice, AC working well, very clean, nice view, also some wire to hang out towels to dry. the shower pressure was not constant but not a big deal. I will definitely come back to Dahab and I'll definitely come back to El Primo
