הצוות לא היה מסביר פנים ומעט חסר סבלנות. מה שממש הוריד מהאווירה. התחזוקה קצת לקויה. ירד גשם בלילה והיה טפטוף על המעקה במרפסת שכל הלילה לא נתן לנו לישון מראש הרעש של המכות בברזל.

The location is great, right in the middle of sairee with private beach access and an amazing pool to enjoy. It's a bit loud but truly don't need to move much to enjoy everything koh tao has to offer. The included breakfast was nice and a good option if not a bit simple, still recommended

We took the grand superior room, we paid extra for what we thought would be a bigger more luxurious room in a better location. The room was small, cramped and not very good, it just looked good in the photos. There wasn't hot water all the time in the shower, it wasn't very consistent, the staff are nice enough but not very happy or particularly helpful. My expectations were much higher for sairee hut resort from the photos and the price we paid for the grand superior room and I was generally disappointed by the experience. The standard room or triple room which are half the price offer a better and more spacious room.

Very poor Wifi signal. We got put in room number 1, I'm not sure if it is older than the rest but it is outdated, needs maintenance, no cupboard space. Only a few lounges at the pool area, so never available.

Breakfast is excellent especially the young friendly man from Myanmar who always greets you with a smile. The property’s location is fantastic, right on the beach. Loved the free port transfer. The top up bags outside your rooms are a great idea. My room was generally quiet.

Room cleanliness could be better (shower screen is glass and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. My toilet had a distinct urinal smell about it and the fridge in my room was a bit noisy. The white pigeon also gets fed by the property staff and then poops on you whilst you are relaxing at a lounger - delightful :)

As fotos no booking.com são enganosas. Acredito que ficar numa das villas ou quartos premium poderá ser uma experiência melhor, mas nós ficámos em quartos standard enganados pelas fotos que estão no portal e colocaram-nos em quartos localizados...na rua!! quartos de frente envidraçada, à beira da estrada, sem qualquer proteção ou limite do hotel. Parecia que estávamos a dormir em lojas!! Os quartos era mínimos para três pessoas e obviamente sem wi-fi. A limpeza era bastante dúbia, fazendo pensar que as toalhas não são lavadas a altas temperaturas. A iluminação do quarto era horrível. A piscina das fotos também engana. embora bem localizada perto da praia, é minúscula ao contrário do que parece nas fotos. A localização junto à praia é muito boa (embora os nossos quartos fossem o mais longe possível) mas a praia de Sairee está um desastre. Sem manutenção, suja, com cheiro a lulas mortas nauseante, com o areal cortado por "ribeiros" de sujidade a irem dar ao mar. Não sei se é da pressão do turismo, mas não esperava isto de Koh Tao.

Ideale ligging aan het strand en de gezellige bars van Sairee. We hadden de nieuwe kamers, proper, modern en met goede airco. We ondervonden geen lawaai omdat we op het hoogste verdiep waren. Eigenlijk ligt het hotel juist goed, beetje rustig maar je kan gezellig wandelen naar de restaurants en bars van Sairee. Ontbijt op het strand is ook heel leuk. Gratis taxi van en naar de haven. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Strand ook proper. Zonsondergangen waren magisch.

Klein minpuntje was toevallig dat 1 namiddag we niet in de zwembaden konden wegens onderhoud, maar dat kan juist toevallig zijn.

I would especially like to mention Yin from the reception. After we complained about the room we were given initially, she really helped us and moved us to a much better room in the newer building. She made sure everything was okay with us and was helpful throughout the process. The room in the new building was much newer, nicer, and quieter, and we really appreciated her help.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a really old room. There were no proper curtains, so guests in the adjacent room could see everything. There weren’t enough power outlets in the room to charge our phones, the kettle was very old, and we could hear all the parties outside throughout the night.

Buena piscina, salida directa a la playa. Desayunas con los pies en la arena. Hotel tranquilo.

Pese a que el hotel es tranquilo, está en pleno bullicio de Koh Tao, una zona con mucha fiesta y muchísimas motos.

El desayuno increíble con vistas al mar, el personal muy amable y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos y la ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro.

Le camere non corrispondevano alla tipologia di camera acquistata , vecchie piccole rotte , la doccia si allargava e non c’era acqua calda, inoltre la camera era a ridosso della strada. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla ma non ci è stato concesso. La zona spiaggia è diversa dalle immagini , non ci sono pouf ma sedie di plastica. Non c’è neanche spazio per prendere il sole. Colazione ok ma personale scortese. Nonostante la richiesta di supporto, Booking non ci ha mai risposto, siamo andati via dopo 2 giorni al posto di 5.

Was very close to the center without being in the midst of all the noise

Too many malfunctions (air conditioners, hot water) that were fixed after we complained, but still annoying. WiFi connection was terrible. Had to use cellular. Room with sea view - far from the sea and a view of roofs with a little blue at the edge.

Schöne Hotelanlage, tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Am Ende vom Sairee Beach gelegen, daher relativ ruhig.

Beautiful resort located right on Sairee beach. Pool was brilliant and never too busy. Breakfast at the property was brilliant with a great choice of Thai and western food options. Staff very helpful, especially Sam who helped us with a room change.

Sometimes people were reserving sunbeds with towels even though staff told them not to.

Le personnel était incroyable ! Un grand merci à eux. Et l’établissement est très bien entretenu. Un petit clin d’œil à l’oiseau qui dit « I love you ».

Il y a beaucoup de vis à vis entre les chambres et qui donnent sur le passage. Notre chambre (twin premium) manquait d’intimité pour une chambre avec deux lits (salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre). Par ailleurs, une odeur terrible de moisissure dans la chambre a rendu ce séjour moins agréable que nous ne l’aurions souhaité compte tenu du standing de l’établissement.

Le personnel de l'établissement est très attentionné et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. L'hôtel est très bien situé sur la plage . Petit dej sympa avec vue sur la mer. Piscine bien entretenu. Les chambres sont top. Merci beaucoup

Die Lage ist absolut top und das Personal ist super freundlich.

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr dreckig, abgewohnt und voller Fliegen und Ungeziefer. Das Badezimmer war an vielen Stellen dreckig und auch schimmelig. Das Wasser der Dusche hat 8 Stunden gebraucht, um abzulaufen, da der Abfluss verstopft war. Dies wurde auch nicht behoben nach Aufforderung. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, da an keinem Fenster Fliegengitter angebracht worden sind. Es waren jeden Tag sehr viele Fliegen und kleine Geckos im Zimmer, wo diese herkamen, ist uns nicht bewusst, da die Schiebetüren den ganzen Tag zu waren. Die einzige Möglichkeit, wo sie hätten herkommen können, wäre durch die Klimaanlage, die durchgehend den ganzen Tag laufen muss, da man nirgendswo ein Fenster öffnen kann zum Lüften. Auch war der Außenpool so verschmutzt und grün, dass man ihn nicht betreten konnte.

Chambre famille. Beaucoup de place et une chambre très moderne. restaurant, piscine et plage à proximité. Personnel toujours très sympa et attentif. En juillet, l'hotel était complet. Beaucoup de monde autour et dans la piscine. Nous y avons fait deux séjour et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement. Sans doute le meilleur rapport qualité-prix/ emplacement de la région.

Qualité de l'eau de la piscine. Il faut se méfier des hôtes qui ne se douche pas de la journée et qui y vont comme ca! Ma fille y a sans doute attraper une petite infection à l'oreille.

Wij hadden een prachtige kamer, maar ze zijn niet allemaal even mooi. Zwembad is aan de kleine kant en weinig bedjes beschikbaar op het totaal aantal gasten. Ten slotte vind ik zelf dat alle hotels wel iets beter voor het strand kunnen zorgen. Er ligt best veel plastic en op Koh Phangan deed het personeel heel netjes dagelijks id ochtend een rondje. Is best zonde. Ik heb zelf maar af en toe wat verzameld voor de gemoedsrust

Goede ligging aan het strand en in het centrum. Kamer was comfortabel en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Hotel biedt een gratis ophaal- en wegbrengservice van/naar de pier aan. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

חדרי התיפעול של המלון ממוקמים בין החדרים על השביל המרכזי שיורד לים. תמיד יש תחושה של בלאגן ודברים שאורחים לא אמורים לראות. גם הכביסה והמצעים שהוצאו מהחדרים נשארו זרוקים על הריצפה במסדרון מה שגרם לתחושה לא נקיה ובלאגן . בבניין הראשי אין מעלית וקשוח לעלות 3 קומות ברגל.

Fantastic location, great busy resort with lots of families. The pools were lovely and the spot just on the beach is beautiful. Food was great, comprehensive breakfast and we ate there for lunch and dinner a few times and was really good with good service.

I’d booked basic rooms without realising there were other options .. and they were very very basic. The bathrooms could really do with an update. The WiFi was almost non existent on the rooms so had to go up to the pools to get online where it was better ..

Nos pusieron en una habitación super vieja, no tenía ni mesa ni una silla ,los pocos muebles que tenían en muy mal estado. La ducha estaba atascada y se salía el agua por todo el baño..calidad precio fatal! Las fotos de Booking no corresponden con la habitacion real. Llevamos 3 semanas viajando por Tailandia y es el peor hotel y trato recibido.

Voortreffelijk. De verblijven waren schoon en exact zoals de foto’s. Zwembad aan zee, geweldig voor onze tieners. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met geweldig uitzicht direct op zee. Het personeel was super vriendelijk! Locatie top als je het fijn vind direct de gezellige straatjes van Koh Tao te bezoeken voor een massage, shoppen en eten. Kortom een dikke 10

It was very busy, the room was quite dark and not too connected to the surrounding environment.

For our family of 5, first time to Koh Tao, the area was great. Hotel was really good value for money.

The newer building rooms and bathrooms are much nicer. We were in the older bungalows and next time I would choose the newer style.

C'est un hôtel idéalement situé, dans un quartier très animé. Il dispose d'un restaurant offrant une magnifique vue sur la plage, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Lina, une jeune employée chargée de l'entretien des chambres. Malgré un travail exigeant, elle était toujours souriante, disponible et prête à rendre service. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa volonté de trouver des solutions pour faciliter le séjour des clients ont été remarquables et ont grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience très agréable.

Le seul point négatif concerne la salle de bain, qui est vieillissante et mériterait une rénovation. De plus, l'eau avait tendance à stagner, ce qui était peu pratique.

Le couché de soleil sur la plage de l'hôtel est magnifique. L'hôtel est bien placé et le personnel très accueillant. Le rapport qualité-prix est parfait.

The hotel location is wonderful, the free shuttle to and from the pier was fantastic, the staff could not be more helpful and are happy people. The beach front restaurant is excellent value and the food was fabulous. Loved the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The pool 8s beach front and the sunsets are class. Local tours can be booked at reception. Stayed as a family of 4 in 2 neighbouring rooms.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was brilliant.

The staff was so lovely, and the property is right on the beach. They also offer breakfast for several hours in the morning and a free shuttle to and from the Koh Tao pier. And it was located right by the downtown area so access to shops and restaurants was just a minute walk away.

The only negative was the room; the bed was like sleeping on plywood - very uncomfortable. The shower was also connected right next to the toilet with no barrier. Which made taking a shower a very hectic experience because the water would always drench the toilet.

I liked the location as it was beach front and also close to restaurants, 7 Eleven, taxi rank and the pier. Staff friendly and helpful. They quickly moved us to another room when I mentioned the smell.

1. Our room (211) smelled very badly of egg/sulphur most of the time. 2. Most of the sun beds near the pool are in the shade and many of those are under a large tree where birds sit and poo onto loungers and also onto myself. Therefore cannot sit there to read book etc. 3. The property is poorly laid out. Sun loungers/pool facing toilets and reception. Many areas of the property are cluttered. For example the alley way where we had to walk when leaving our first room had items/cages/bin bags cluttering it. Also the staff crushed cans down there which was noisy and could be heard from inside our room. 4. Our second room (garden room), needed blinds on the first floor to block out the bright sun in the morning.

La ubicación es buenísima, tienes bares, restaurantes, 7-11 al lado y es un viaje corto al Pier para los tur y llegada/salida de la isla. La vista a la playa mientras tomas desayuno, y la piscina increíble. El staff muy muy servicial, nos ayudaron a reservar todo y nos trataron muy bien por ser nuestra luna de miel. La pieza y baño muy buena calidad, con aire acondicionado y buenos amenities, nos hacían aseo todas las mañanas. El desayuno buffet muy rico, con mucha variedad (pancakes, cereales, frutas, pan, café, omelete, etc)

La cama no era tan cómoda porque se sentía la división al medio. Cuándo llegamos estaba todo un poco desordenado en los pasillos.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Strandanschnitt sehr schön, allerdings bei Ebbe sehr sehr flach. Schöner Pool direkt am Beach. Tolle Bars in direkter Nähe und die Walkingstreet in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Schöne große Zimmer. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Pier. Wir waren zum 2.Mal hier und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

In unsren Zimmern im Haupthaus leider nur Badewanne…somit beim Duschen leider das komplette Bad unter Wasser 😂. TV vorhanden…leider kein Empfang. Wer das braucht also lieber vorher fragen.

I loved everything about it, then staff were amazing and really enjoyed the facilities. My favourite bit is the birds who sign and speak at you when you walk past

We are senior citizens we had requested for a ground floor room near the pool and requested for same we got a room on 2nd floor. We also told then to change and we were ready to pay extra for same but we were denied . We had booked and paid for 3 days and we had to leave in 2 days . The staff was very non co operative.
