It would be better if there are a microwave or Waschmaschine.

It was near the beach and it was very well-maintained and clean. The staff were great and the price for value is exceptional!

The only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 is because of how bad we felt for the miss treated parrot in the hotel’s reception area. Its cage was small and it was clearly hot all the time, and they were only feeding sunflower seeds to the poor thing.

Отличное месторасположение. Машину можно поставить около отеля, на улице, проблемы с парковкой не было ( даже была тень). Номер чистый, ремонт в ванной и новая кровать. Все необходимое есть (посуда, принадлежности). Кондиционеры в 2 комнатах ( на кухне и в спальне). Здание с лифтом. Остались довольны, снимали на 2 ночи проездом, но остались бы и на дольше. Есть бассейн.

Отель очень уютный. Внизу холл с диванчиками, кафе со столиками. Небольшой, прохладный бассейн , всегда был чистый. В холле живет очень интересный попугай, который поет и произносит невероятные звуки( мяуканье и что-то похожее на кваканье:)), как бы пытаясь удивить и поиграть. С администратором нам очень повезло. Синан,( спокойный, добрый, ответственный, немного понимает и говорит по- русски) дал очень хороший номер, как раз на северной стороне. Это нам было очень кстати , т.к. мы из Питера, жару не очень переносим, нам днем лучше в теньке,чем на солнце. В номере все отлично, соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Апартаменты на 4 х гостей, с гостиной и одной спальней. Да они угловые и окон много, но свет рано утром не мешал,т.к. сделаны отличные двойные шторы. В комнатах приятный ненавязчивый дизайн. Мебель и пол хорошие, матрасы удобные, ничего не скрипело. Достаточно современная техника, большой холодильник, два кондиционера, телевизор с интернет каналами, всё работало отлично! Немного критики: не хватало микроволновой печи, готовка на плитке долговата. Wi- Fi в номере слабоват. Очень порадовали два балкона: один использовали для сушки белья с пляжа, а второй большой угловой в полное удовольствие посидеть вечером за столиком. Вид великолепный на сквер, две тихие улочки с красивыми домами ( отелями), огромная сосна рядом, вдалеке горы! До пляжа 5 минут. Море великолепно, щаход между больших камней безопасный, метров в 20 ти 30ти от берега песчаное дно можно достать ногами и постоять, попрыгать. Кафе, ресторанчики, магазинчики рядом. Все покупки можно везде совершать по кьюаркоду. Синан всегда был на связи, радушно помог по разным просьбам, организовал отличный трансфер. Мы были в Турции 3й раз, но таких хороших людей ещё не встречали. Желаю им долгого успеха и процветания.

Отдыхали с 15 до 26 октября семьей. Расположение супер, персонал очень вежливый, уборка и смена белья каждые 3 дня. В принципе все необходимое было в номере. Очень красивая терраса с попугаем на входе. Хотим выразить благодарность всему персоналу😊😊.

Запах канализации из туалета и иногда дым сигарет от соседей. Матрасы жесткие.

Det er et mindre og meget hyggeligt, roligt og familiært hotel, ingen støj og uro fra høj musik og en masse larmende gæster. Det føles lidt som hjem på sin ferie. Det ligger dejlig tæt på stranden og med gåafstand til både Alanya centrum samt det skønne Oba.

Jeg var lidt generet af min nabos høje TV og så skulle jeg bede om toilet papir hele tiden. Det kunne være rart hvis man fik mere end en rulle af gangen og der blev fyldt op ved hver rengøring.

Персонал всегда на связи, всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу Расположение удобное, не самый центр, но пару километров пешком можно прогуляться. Тихое место, никакого шума. До моря пять минут. Вай фай, кондиционер, телевизор, все работает. Убирали и меняли бельё раз в три дня, по запросу даже чаще. Большой холодильник, это плюс.

Уборка на троечку, кое как протирают полы и все, шкафы, занавески, все очень пыльное , мебель довольно старая. Особенно ванная комната .Набор посуды на кухне минимальный, мы сами купили кружки, побольше, средство для мытья посуды..Одна сковорода и одна кастрюля. Плитка маленькая, две электрические конфорки.

Честно, не поняла столь высоких оценок у этого отеля. Поездка спонтанная, бронировали прямо накануне вылета. Отдыхали с 7.09.2025 по 13.09.2025. Номер 501. Цена была нормальная (никакая не низкая) для этой локации и такого уровня отеля, 302 евро с учетом личной скидки на Букинге. Главный фактор, повлиявший на выбор этого отеля - оплата на месте, без предоплат, отмена брони - оплата первой ночи. О плюсах. Удобное месторасположение, все рядом, при этом немного поодаль от шумной центральной туристической улицы. Место тихое. Отлично работали кондеи, в номере чисто, белье чистое, уборка каждый день, полотенца меняли, постельное белье тоже меняли. Удобный матрас (похоже достаточно новый), большая полноценная двуспальная кровать, подушки тоже норм. Большой полноценный холодильник. На кухне вроде была вся посуда для готовки (мы не готовили). Вода и горячая и холодная была без перебоев. Достаточно просторный балкон, на нем есть сушилка для белья, столик и два стула.

Отель (ну точно номер 501) очень устал. Мебель как будто собирали из всяких разных мест. Кровать в спальне вроде новая, хорошая. Шкаф и одна! прикроватная тумбочка вроде как комплект, типа комод в этой же комнате - похоже от кухонного гарнитура (но не из этого номера)), выключатель от бра над кроватью находятся за изголовьем кровати, включить их возможно только отодвинув кровать, розетки в спальне только две, не у кровати, одна под самым потолком, ставить телефоны на зарядку очень не удобно, о другой технике не идет и речи.. половину кухни-гостиной занимает какая-то несуразная односпальная кровать (видимо туда надо класть детей). В ванной в принципе отсутствует вентиляция и видимо что-то не так с конструкцией труб, очень сильно смердило канализацией. Сильная слышимость и от соседних номеров и из коридора. Микроволновки в номере нет. Посудомойки и стиралки тем более. Вместо варочной поверхности - электрическая плитка. Пытались сварить на ней яйца для завтрака - не сложилось, она очень долго и слабо нагревается, вопрос с приготовлением пищи поэтому был снят, питались в ресторанах. Хотя при бронировании на кухню рассчитывали. В отеле завтрак и какая-либо еда отсутствует. Мальчик с ресепшен и женщина, убирающая номера, что-то все время ели перед входом в отель за столиком)) информация о том, может ли там поесть отдыхающий отсутствует. Есть малюсенький бассейн, нам показался не очень чистым, залезать в него не решились.

Все просто отлично. Будем рекомендовать друзьям.

Witam wszystkich. Zajmowaliśmy apartament z dwiema sypialniami na czwartym piętrze w trzy dorosłe osoby. Niewątpliwie atutem Hotelu jest jego połażenie. Blisko piaszczystej plaży do której jest około 200m jakieś 4-5 min spacerkiem. Blisko do centrum Alanyi a praktycznie hotel jest w centrum przy cichej uliczce bez nocnego zgiełku. W pokojach bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja, bardzo wygodne łóżka o odpowiedniej twardości, o czystość apartamentu dba personel sprzątający a wszystkie sprawy natychmiast rozwiązuje kolega z recepcji.

Niewystarczające wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, złej jakości kuchenka elektryczna.

Уютный отель, наличие посуды в номере. Вода в бассейне чистая и без запаха хлорки. Хорошее расположение, море рядом (300 м), ресторан в 30 м в сквере. Продуктовые магазины в радиусе 100 м

Хотелось бы чтобы мыли полы перед заселением

Удобное расположение, отзывчивый персонал, на мини кухне было все необходимое для приготовления пищи (посуда, приборы) как минимум на троих. В каждой из комнат было по кондиционеру, с жарой справлялись хорошо. В большой холодильник вещалось множество продуктов, морозилка так же была. Кто будет арендовать машину, припарковаться всегда была возможность рядом с апарт- отелем. Напротив находится локальный прокат, где можно арендовать недорого автомобиль. Нам достался "0" Фиат (механика) еще весь салон был в заводской пленке!

Есть несколько моментов, для кого то это может стать принципиальным. 502 номер располагался на 5 этаже на солнечной стороне практически с утра и до вечера. Без кондиционеров было бы очень жарко. Телевизор жил своей жизнью, старого образца, каналов было много через приставку, но практически только турецкие каналы.

Отдыхали в отеле Sempati Apart с 4.08.2025 по 14.08.Очень дружелюбный ,отзывчивый персонал.Чистый номер,чистое постельное белье и полотенца.Вся необходимая посуда для готовки.На территории отеля есть бассейн,не большой,но всегда чистый и прохладный,что важно при такой жаре,когда на море (обеденное время)очень жарко.У нас был 2х-комнатный номер,в каждой комнате по кондиционеру.Бесплатный wi-fi.Отдельный отзыв заслуживает кофе,который варила сотрудница отеля,очень вкусный и ароматный.Цены очень приемлимые.К морю 3 минуты пешком.Рядом магазины,кафешки,базары,аптеки все в пешей доступности.Нам все понравилось,мы чувствовали себя как дома!Благодарим Сенана и рекомендуем этот отель!

Идеальное место для того, чтобы остановиться в Алании семьям с небольшим бюджетом. Тихо, чисто, очень близко к морю, отличные хозяева, кондиционеры, все магазины рядом.

Расположение в относительно тихом месте

Отель заявляет о себе как об ориентированным на семью, однако для детей нет абсолютно ничего. Посуды очень мало, не хватает на семью из 4 человек, хотя при бронировании все было указано. Нет возможности постирать вещи, нет микроволновки. Якобы уборка каждый день, это ложь, ПОПРОСИЛИ убрать за сутки до выезда, в уборке отказали. Больше ни когда не буду бронировать.

I liked the kind and helpful staff and the location of the hotel.

In my opinion the pool could be a bit cleaner but it was okay as the beach is very close.

I stayed at Sempati Apart Hotel and liked everything about it. Everything was as described. The kitchen is well equipped — instead of a gas stove, there's an electric one, which worked fine. All the necessary detergents were provided. The place is quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. The free beach is about 500 meters away. There are BIM and Migros supermarkets nearby for groceries. The administrator also recommended good and affordable places to eat nearby, which was very helpful. Most importantly, they helped arrange a convenient and cost-effective transfer to another city.

Evening road noise at times

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Reasonable price. Relatively clean. They have an elevator, which is rare for apart hotels in Alanya. Wi-Fi working fine.

Some odor coming from sewer system. We had to cover the shower drain with a cloth. Room is rather worn down, needs renovation. The street is noisy. Motorcycles roaring all night. Breakfast is not available at all. Have to go somewhere else.

Room is ok, staff is friendly

Hard to sleep - room windows don't have much isolation, so you hear motorbikes and cars driving thru the street for the whole night.

Hotel apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped and super clean. Reception staff was helpful and we were able to park opposite the hotel entrance for free. Swimming pool was great and we were only five minutes walk from the beach and the local restaurants.

The location was a couple of blocks away from the beach and promenade. The bus stop was also 1000 feet away. A main street with the restaurants and cafes takes about 3-4 min to walk to. Staff knows some English and very friendly to all people.

I like smaller hotels which have a more personal touch. This is the 1st stay here due to my previous hotel choice being turned into residential apartments. Sempati has everything you need. Its 1 minute walk to beach, has plenty of local shops even closer. This hotel is within a turkish community who are so friendly and genuine people. The hotel itself is very clean and equipped with all the basics you need. The rooms are adequate size for self catering I mean how long do you want to sit in an apartment when your on holiday, we chose to eat out, that way eat what you want, when you want. This is a quiet spot but if you want livelier nightlife the harbour is a 20 min walk away. Sempati has free wifi in all area's of hotel, 24hr reception service, we will be coming back to this hotel again in September. Check out the rainfall shower and a rather hilarious parrot who certainly kept us entertained during the time we were there. I highly recommend this hotel, great staff, overall a lovely place.

A shortage of electric sockets and in awkward places. The kettle needed descaling had bits of lime scale at bottom of coffee cups when drank. The gorgeous shower tends to overflow on bathroom floor but shower mat is provided but gets soaked.

Everything was very good for the price we got.

We were there at the end of September for two weeks. Family of two. We took a two-room room. Cozy, comfortable. High-quality cleaning and linen change every three days. We were satisfied, the kitchen corner was equipped sufficiently; what was missing, we asked for something additional. The refrigerator is large and good, air conditioners in every room (worked properly). 3-5 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. The street is quiet, nearby is an inexpensive cafe with local cuisine, a public garden with a children's playground. There is an elevator, we always used it. The staff is polite and attentive. We would like to express our special gratitude for finding the opportunity to accommodate us very early in the morning, after a long journey, without additional payment. Several supermarkets nearby, 5-15 minutes walk. I liked everything very much, thank you very much. We'll come again. We recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to use google translate to communicate with him. There was parking on the road close to the hotel.there is a kitchen with many things that we may need. There is a kettle and stove. It’s sleeps 3-4 people but we were two. The wifi was good. The price was good. We didn’t care about the location, we stayed overnight only and we had a car.

The building was easy to find and the check-in, check-out, easy to do. Good location, clean, modern and comfy apartment featuring a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a nice balcony (with table and chairs) and a free parking place. The elevator is a big plus. There are a lot of supermarkets close to the accomodation and it was very easy to prepare our own breakfasts (we enjoyed a lot to eat in the balcony). The price-quality ratio was very good.

Poor comunication with the personal of the hotel.

It was lovely and the staff were kind. We would stay there again as it was clean and comfortable.

The location is very good, right in Alanya, 200m away from the beach. The staff is friendly and the location is easy to find. There is also a small pool(we didn't use it).

The apartment was surface clean. There was a bad odor coming from the AC. The open space was more like an hallway and you could feel cigarettes smell. For one night spent there, it is passable.

The gentleman at reception was very friendly and the beds were comfortable, nothing to fault here.

But the two bedroom apartment was absolutely tiny, kitchen almost non-existing, dark and old. I would much rather consider it a subdivided hotel room than an apartment. Certainly this was not what we were expecting from a 8.5 rated place and we were glad we were there only for one night. And the pool was equally tiny and devoid of sun.

Friendly, Safe, clean and good for family.

The big and cozy number, the sleeping and living area was well organized. Condition was working well. The hotel has elevators, so it didn't take much efforts to go upstairs. Many things that may be needed for self-cooking was in the room. Comfortable beds. Cool fridge.

The wifi was working well only in the living room, its capacity is not enough for such amount of people living here. The condition did not have remote controls at first, but the hotel managere had solved that issue.

The staff of this apart hotel were helpful. The location is close to the beach, supermarket and you can park in front of the hotel. The apartment has a lot of space and the kitchenette contained everything that you need. Good shower and good beds. Extra blankets available. Tv with many international channels in the room. Good comfortabele couch.

The apartment is located realy near to beach and everything: restaurants, bars, cafes & …. and you can walk to reach them less than 10 minutes. We had gone by car and you can leave your car in front of the property but there is no private parking.

Bathroom was awfull. The floor fill with water after first bath and it won’t be dry even if after 3 days.Water prussure was so low.There is no slippers there. No liquid soap, no dishwashing liquid. Blankets were awfully old, also the dishes …
