駅から距離あり、他のホテルにあるような送迎があればよいですね。あと、昨年リニューアルと聞いてましたが、部屋のデスクの角がはげていたり、ウォシュレットが古いタイプのものだったりと、部屋は対象外だったのかな、と思わされました。

口コミ評価で朝食が高評価なので、今回朝食利用しました。 某ビジネスホテルに比べて、バイキングの種類が豊富で味も悪くなかったけど、大人2000円の価値があったかと問われてると、 物足りなさを感じた。 無料夜食の夜鳴きそばを利用したかったが23時までで、利用しそこねた。 周りが飲み屋多数あるので、せめて0時、できれば1時くらいまでサービスあるといいも思った。

フロントがもう少し愛想が良かったらもっと良かったかな…少し残念な感じ。 サウナ後の椅子があといくつかあると助かります。

飯店位置離甲府車站有相當一段距離,而且沿路都有案內所,還有外籍女性拉客,對家庭住客來說有些尷尬,飯店房間大小就是日本正常大小,大的行李箱是打不開的,床墊是超級軟的沒有支撐,枕頭也是很小很薄完全無法支撐頭部,洗衣機並不在公共空間,在泡澡區的換洗區裡面,洗衣服要到1樓櫃台借鑰拾再到10樓,進去都會很尷尬,第一次遇到這樣擺放的,

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026This is one of the smaller room hotel chains, but for the price it was fantastic. The room was small but we could open 2 suitcases. The bed was comfy. The a/c worked great. Checkin/out efficient. Staff really helpful and so nice. Location very good, 3 bus stops from station and minutes walk to good food, good shops, castle park, winery. Free vanity items, coffee / ice / water refills downstairs and a SUPERB Brekky included in our extremely reasonable price. Oh ... and an onsen on the top floor. We were too busy to use it. We stayed in similar hotels at 40$ more and a bigger room, but this place really delivered for the price.

A little flexibility on check-in time. We'd been traveling for 24hrs and had to wait in the lobby for an hour before we could check in. Sometimes a bit of flexibility goes a long way.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026旅館のような規模の大きめな露天風呂、サウナ。 お湯も滑らかで、お風呂上がりは肌がツルツルになりました。
畳が人工畳で、見た目ちょっと 汚れてるように感じた。

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026温泉や湯上がりのアイス乳酸菌飲料サービスはとても良かったし、フロントやレストランのスタッフの対応は、礼儀正しくとても良かったと思います。
景色が悪いのは宿泊費のせいで仕方がないと思います。でも、窓の外は鳩の糞だらけでとても気分が悪い。おまけに朝方その鳩が鳴く声が気になり、早く目が覚めました。鳩対策を望みます。もっと事前に調べれば良かったのですが、甲府駅から思いの他、遠かったです。

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Konumu tren istasyonuna ve merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ve yakındı. Akşam ücretsiz olan gece rameni lezzetli, onsenden sonra dondurma da çok yerinde idi. Kahvaltı da fiyat performans dengesine göre çok iyiydi.

Reviewed May 28, 2026大浴場 露天風呂 サウナ ゆったりできました こちらの シャンプーリンス 好きです 😄湯上り 夜はアイス棒で朝はヤクルトいいですね🙂 1階の ぶどう ジュース コーヒー 飲み放題 いっぱい飲みました ありがとうございます 夜泣きそば無料で 21 時過ぎに 軽く食べて ぐっすり眠れました 今回は朝食食べなかったのですがここは色々種類多くて美味しいおすすめ また利用させていただきます😀
今回は1人だったのですが 私の娘は大浴場に行かないので 部屋に シャワーのある 部屋を選ばないと ゆっくり 歩いて13分位だったので 色々見ながら 行けたのですが 今回は 膝が痛いので 甲府駅から バスで ときわ 通り3駅 できたら バスの時刻表があれば嬉しいです すいません
