Bear minimum breakfast, no hot dishes . Just toast and peanut butter , coffee and yogurt. Mattresses are century old and very uncomfortable.

The front desk obviously knew that the hotel was not clean or satisfactory was not unfriendly, but not very friendly at all. The facility was dirty inside and out the room head hairs on the bed. The mattresses were old and lumpy. The bathroom was not clean the whole room smelled very strong like cleaning supplies room next to us was full of children that were screaming all night all and all that was a bad experience that I would not do again in the morning front desk clerk did not even ask how this day was knowing that it would be a negative review would never recommend this facility to anyone.

The reviews raved about a large full breakfast. Basically it was the worst super 8 breakfast we've ever had. So we were sadly disappointed.

I didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator but the stairs were nice and and not spaced too far apart with a great sturdy bannister so my old knees managed well the railing was better than using my cane to go up the stairs.

The picture in the studio queen bed. Shows a bathtub in the main room. There is no corner bathtub just a sink. I would take that picture out.as well there was no setting for airconditioning. The room was comfortable and clean though. I would stay again.

the older man who was there for 3 days was great. Efficient courteous, kind. The younger fella did the bare minimum. The room by the breakfast area no longer held a couple of computers or a printer which used to be handy for printing off flight info or checking internet. Initial impression enterring Hotel was a laundry junk room window on left showing off mess, Could use curtains. Guest info in room was extremely out of date. referred to things no longer there, like 2 different restaurants , one with western food etc. Now just 2 Japanese restaurants. Breakfast used to have muffins etc but now just 2 kinds of cereal, bread, bagels and yogurt with coffee tea and milk and 2 fruit juices.. No cleaning lady on one day. Exterrier not being kept up .

1. Could not get television to work. Had front desk attendant come in twice to attempt to get tv operational, but to no avail. Spent entire evening with no television. 2. Room telephone was inoperative, totally dead. Front desk attendant indicated at first repair tech. would be called. No one ever showed up to repair. After second attempt to go see front desk, we were told line was disconnected? Not acceptable. 3. Tried to get partial refund during check out but to no avail. Just found out they double billed. me. charged for 2 nights not one. No credit received yet.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2025The price was great however the hotel rooms are somewhat dated and though they advertise a breakfast, a 1/2 Costco muffin, yogurt, toast and coffee isn’t breakfast. The sheets are definitely worn and should be discarded. One bed had badly stained sheets that were very visible when the bed lamp was on. The shower silicone is moldy however the water was nice and hot. Mattress should be replaced soon but the room was very quiet. Parking is good and it is conveniently located just off the highway. Not sure I’d choose this location again.

Outside of the rooms the place is old and tired, very dated, the room it's self had been refreshed and was comfortable, I would stay if passing through, or a weekend, but no more than 2 nights.

The website made it look like the complimentary breakfast had numerous options but it was only bagels, stale muffins and very stale cereal. In the room we had, the carpet was stained and beyond disgusting. We really only got there to sleep on our way through so it was less than 12 hours that we stayed there but we will never stay there again.

Toilet seat was unstable. 3 attempts at trying to get the card to work for the room door (including the staff key the desk person gave us were unsuccessful, so we requested another room. Beds were clean and it was late, this is the only reason we stayed. My parents room had no fire detector. So sad to see this property unkept, as it used to be clean. No staff was seen other than the front desk person. Lobby and stairs to second level looked like they hadn’t been cleaned /vacuumed in a cookie years. Won’t be coming back.

There were no dishes in the kitchenette but it did have a sign that said not washing dishes would be a $20 charge. The continental breakfast was underwhelming. The sheets and bed were clean though and comfy.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025We were a little taken back as to how cold it was at the moment we walked into the lobby and going down the hallway. By the time we reached our room, we were frozen solid. The room itself was also cold. We turned up the heat, but the minute you walked back into the hallway you could certainly feel the achy cold. The linens were very, very worn, actually tattered and ripped in areas. It was clean, but everything was extremely dated and not in great condition. Very dark in the room as well. The room also smelt like wet dog. We only dealt with a couple of staff and they were very pleasant.
